2nd purchase with Palmetto...1st one was an excellent experience...2nd one not so much...Spent 116k and was given inaccurate information..Failed parts before I even got it home and to date NOTHING was done about it. Gauge system was never setup or reached with accurate voltage, fuel etc...Winch had to be replaced, trailer jack had to be replaced. 36 volt on board charging station was wired separately and not hardwired to factory power shut off. Tackle system/ cooler system was installed incorrectly. Nuts had been removed from captains chairs. Inside of hull was full of trash. Wax job was terrible and I found a terrible patched hole on the starboard side right below the winch hook up as big as a softball...Love the staff but the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Service vs staff...They couldnt find a trolling motor so I did. Know one new where the remote was at. Under sized fire extinguisher was sent and would not fit. Holes drilled in hard top for antenna mount were not sealed...dual graph was installed to low on left side to reinstall Yamaha cover for gauges when boat is not being used. Waited 3 weeks to receive mso so I could legally register and use the boat. Boat was a month late coming in. Electronic steering was not an option after I had committed and it is a standard option with a price increase from Yamaha. Motor came in the wrong color. All fixed mount cushions had to be tighten to stop all the rattling. No way possible the boat was tested properly prior to delivery. Very bad experience

I looked at every boat in our class from Jacksonville to North Carolina and spoke with over 10 dealers and visited 8- Lee was by far the most knowledgeable salesperson we spoke with and the service was top notch from the first phone call to delivery. Pretty disappointed with my experience here. Would rather not go into details, but purchased my boat here and had to get a couple things still under warranty repaired. Awful and dragged out experience and towards the end I didn’t want to argue so I just swiped my card and wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. Never going back again.

I own a 30 foot Grady White that needed maintenance and some extras I wanted while it was on the hill. Could not be happier with the service and fair price. They may not sell Gradys but they will service mine from now on. Great team.

Had excellent experience with Clay and the service department. I wanted to have a GPS trolling motor installed on my 24’ boat. Other shops said it would be difficult and it would take weeks to complete once dropped off. Clay was very knowledgeable on the equipment had me ready to roll, I mean troll, in about 48-72 hours. Install quality and workmanship was excellent. Communications were very fast. I even had them add a transducer after I dropped it off and they had it in within 24 hours. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again. A+++

Just stopped by with an approved loaned in hopes of buying a boat today and no one even bothered to come outside to assist us. Pretty disappointing considering there are so many options to buy boats in Charleston will try another place.
