I wish I could say that for $110 and over an hour and a half, my husband had the best haircut and shave of his life. But unfortunately, not only was it ridiculously overpriced for the service he received, she also complained about how difficult it was to cut his hair for most of that time. He has spots where she missed shaving, and it looks like she didnt even cut the back of his hair. Its very patchy. He came here many times before she worked here and he actually thoroughly enjoyed it and always looked great. They need to bring back the old barber. Were both so disappointed.

I love this store for buying good quality gifts and I have never met so many nice employees in one place. Im visiting Virginia for the summer and I went to The Art of Shaving in Tysons Corner. Charlestons location puts Tyson to shame in customer service and cleanliness. They have a fantastic team here and know their products

Amazing experience. Best shave and trim I’ve ever had. Well worth the price. The staff is very polite. They know everything about what they are doing. Very good advice on anything you could ask.Women: no offense but if you have something to say as a review then do it through a mans eye not your own. Do not just review to complain about irrelevant things. If you go to a 5 star restaurant, it is obvious that there will be a tip. Same for here. Thank you.

The service here is friendly and this place has an old 1930s feel. They have very high quality shaving supplies and their products last a long time. Worth the price if an excellent shave is important to you.

So - here’s the deal. Is it expensive? Absolutely. Is it worth it? It’s 1,000% worth it. If you’ve never had a good razor, brush, and cream you have NO idea what you’re missing. Gentlemen - quit going to Walmart and splurge a little. You’ll not regret it.

Hours are wrong. I went in and clearly stated I wanted to buy a soap refill but they sold me the soap with a bowl. When I made the drive to return it they were closed 2 hours early, times on the art of shaving website are the same as google. Two brushes I bought at other locations have had the knot fall out. I will take my money elsewhere.

Overall, my experience was not enjoyable due to the staff being extremely over helpful. I wanted to browse and look around, but the staff were so pushy, I could not focus on what I wanted to look at. I ended up getting frustrated and leaving because I was not left alone long enough to look around the store. Nice store, but the staff needs to let customers browse until they ask for help.

$50 for a basic mens haircut and aggressive upselling of products before the haircut was even done. What really irked me the most was the barber swiped the credit card then immediately said and the tip? before the credit card receipt that had a line for a tip even printed out. It has the prices of a high end barber shop but thats it.

Amazing! Bought product from helpful staff, while the Barber gave my son a shave and haircut for his birthday. Such an enjoyable gift to give.

Had a great experience shopping here this afternoon and Ian (our sales rep) made all of the difference between just looking around and finding exactly what I wanted. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!
