How can needing to replace an 18 year old Viking Refrigerator during COVID be a positive experience. It can be when working with the right company and people. We ordered the Sub-Zero in February. We need to match the door panel with the cabinets that have been in place for 18 years. Working with Signature appliance and cabinet divisions, we placed our order and received a COVID delayed ship date of July 14th. That gave us a tight window to install prior to an extended trip we had planned. Casey coordinated the two groups and planned the install. The old refrigerator was uninstalled, new one delivered, cabinet maker there to install trip and panel pieces and and everything hauled away as scheduled. the work teams led by Bryce and Duane were efficient and very capable. I especially enjoyed how they worked as a team. The unit is installed and we could not be happier with the results. Great experience and it overcame all the barriers that the pandemic and shortages of microchips put up. Oh yes, and they did it in a thunder storm.

Very unprofessional anddisappointing company. Will never get our business again. My husband got his “dream stove” from them 2 yrs. ago. It was so deserved, and I was so proud of him. The igniter went bad a few days ago. My husband went in the store and was told he’d have a new one overnighted. He has now called them 2 daysin a row without them having the decency to return his call. We are so let down by their HORRIBLE customer serviced. Kindness goes a long way ! In response to your response...... as I said we will no longer be doing business with you. Please do not contact either of us again. My husband did not answer your calls because he was already fed up with your horrible customer service. He should’ve been told the person he needed was not at work. We found a wonderful person to fix his stove at no charge! Now leave us alone.

Like everyone said they will gladly take your money. I have been by there to talk called twice. All I ever get is someone will call me. Very poor customer service.How does it feel to be waiting on a phone call. Then being ignored. Screw you and your warranty.

AVOID them at all cost. I too had the same experience as many others. They will take your money and provide abysmal support. I originally left a negative review and they refused to come out and fix my problem. I kept a detail log of all the issues and the lack of resolution to the problem. I am amazed that they can stay in business.Instead they took next to zero initiative to resolve the issue and we pursue them for a long period of time. They took no ownership of the issue and I ended up spending thousands of dollars out of my own pocket to resolve the issue. They know nothing about their products in their installers have no professional credentials whatsoever.The manufacturer of my grill and vented hood which they suggested were shocked at the horrible installation job they didThey pointed me to the first page of the owners manual with a list of what not to do and clearly this company has no product knowledge whatsoever. The prices we paid were much higher than anybody else in the area my best advice is to stay far away from this company as there are many other choices aroundI partially blame myself for not asking more people in the area about this company the deeper I dig the worse the experiences getI went to another company locally in the area I was able to identify the problem appointment within minutes of how to rectify it ultimately I was saw the wrong combination of products and this is a brand new house and I purchased about 10 or so different appliances from them and they treated me like I only purchased one item one itemI only hope they don’t suck or anybody else into the horrible experience that I had

Unreliable, unprofessional and disorganized. IHired this company to move my applicants gave them exact mode numbers of each appliance. The guys come and explain they are not strong enough to move the appliance to my garage so they leave them in my living room and never return my calls. Save your self the headache and use someone else.

Earlier this past month, I wrote a scathing review to which must be rescinded. In short, my apology is extended and an explanation required to set the record straight. The folks at Thermador (manufacturers of my temporary malfunctioning device) have been on top of correcting the problem after learning that the outsourced warranty service provider had failed to correct the malfunction. They only learned of this after our salesman, Al, contacted the regional Thermador manager and engaged his assistance. Kudos on all fronts. Ironically, my spouse is truly dissapointed that the matter has been resolved - the kitchen is officially reopen and our daily dinner out is now a thing of the past

We had a totally awesome experience with Signature. Jeff is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful appliance expert that we have met. He was very flexible with our changing remodeling schedule and the appliances were delivered and installed as promised. In addition, he patiently guided us through our unfamiliarity with a new model ice machine. Signature has our highest unconditional recommendation.

Bought a Marvel Icemaker and it died after about a year. Ive been trying to get Signature Appliance to fix or replace it since April of this year and they are dragging their feet... Poor customer service!

This place will take your money and provide the worse service none to man. I spent over 28k on appliances and they drop the ball more than any place i have ever seen. You are better off going to the internet shopping than giving the local people the business. Same company as signature Kitchens.Got half the stuff delivered and installed and the other half is where ever. set up for 2 installs and yet NO one has shown up. Time to go to court I guess and waste more time

Unbelievable and not in a good way! I ordered $10,000 worth of appliances in December !’ Nightmare getting delivered. They Scheduled them for delivery and forgot to put on their schedule, after I made a 6 hr drive to meet them! Finally brought them a week later and I still have yet to have a range! Now - in a world crisis with little restaurants open, I am unable to cook! I have called repeatedly for help - and have been send to 911 appliance service, which still hasn’t fixed! No one has checked or offered to help! So frustrated ! Strong warning does personal service

Pros: Al, the manager, was helpful & professional. Adam, the installer, was competent. Locally owned business. Good selection of appliances.Cons: it took almost ten weeks to have a wall oven and microwave oven properly installed. The original microwave didnt fit & wall oven arrived DOA. Jeff, the owner, ignored my calls for three weeks. Luckily, Al stepped in to finally get new units installed. Appliances installed this week and work well. Wall oven came with only 1 rack. Jeff was supposed to drop off 2nd rack same day as install. He never showed up. I picked it up three days later. I was quoted $450 for installation. Jeff told installer cost was $850. Again, Al resolved the situation. Without my interaction with Al, my review would have 1 star.

I have worked with the amazing professionals from Signature Appliances for the past 5 years off & on. Most recently, I have been working with them more frequently. I have yet to be disappointed. They deliver exactly what is needed exactly when they say it will be. The keep a high standard of work ethic. They are adept, courteous, thoughtful & expert at what they do. This is a company that will truly stand the test of time simply because they understand the true meaning of customer service.

This place was unbelievable. We walked in to buy a refrigerator. We were the only ones in the store. No one looked up to say hello or to greet us. No one paused to tell us they’d help us in just a minute. We walked around looking at all of the refrigerator’s they had in the store discussing the different options we like and dislike. Still no one came to talk with us. Would NEVER do business with a store like this. We left.
