I called for a service on our refrigerator that is 6 months and was told since we didnt buy it from them, they will not service it. Her statement was We cant service everybody.OK fine, noted. We are in the need of new appliances, so guess well keep that in mind when shopping around. I even offered to pay for the service without warranty.Guess they dont need the business.

Repairman did not show up for a scheduled appointment leaving me waiting without even a phone call.I called back afterwards only to get a message saying that they would be on vacation.Very poor customer service experience.

Got a better deal at The Home Depot. But maybe I just got lucky. So always price around before you make a decision. Charlston appliance did have a good selection of appliances.

Charleston Appliance is the only place we’ve bought appliances for at least the last 15 years. When we built our house, several years ago, every appliance came from their store. They’re honest people & we’ve always received excellent service from them! Whenever we have needed someone to come out to repair something on our washer or dryer (they get a work out with my family), they’ve gotten someone to us in record time. That’s something you cannot expect if you buy your appliances from big box stores like Home Depot! Charleston Appliance makes their customers that also purchase their appliances from them (and not just ask for service calls) a top priority! You don’t get that kind of follow up treatment from a big box store! Support our local appliance store & also invest in great service going forward with Matt & Laura!

They were very friendly, helpful, and a lifesaver. My refrigerator stopped working and I needed 1 asap. They were able to help me without waiting months to get one. Just bought the refrigerator and love it. Its a Whirlpool. Would highly recommend them.

Great sales and great service.

They are very rude and liars.They claim the Maytag appliances they sell have better parts in them than other big box stores which after talking to Maytag they said is totally false.They also said they are 65 service calls behind and 45 deliveries behind which is totally faults. I have bought other large appliances from them and I will never do any business with that store again

We bought a new range and over the range microwave. The owner was very helpful and informative. He didnt try to up sale or sell me anything more than what I wanted. Weve bought appliances there in the past and have had good luck with them. Free delivery, set up and taking the old appliances away is a huge plus and adds even more value to already good prices.
