Wow, is best buy going under? They do not have checkouts...you have to go to customer service to buy something. First we had to wait on someone to come out from behind the black curtain. Then I had to wait on a return which took forever! This will be my last time.

I made an appointment three days ago for my iPhone to get serviced. I went today at the scheduled time and I was told the iPhone service guy wasn’t available. I wasn’t offered any other services or options. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

I am so disappointed with Best Buy I will probably never shop there again! They sell customers Geek Squad protection that does nothing. It cant be used with the product is under warranty so we have to wait for the warranty to run out. Why do you sell it to us during that time period then?!? We are double covered with a useless waste of money. AND they dont sell the coverage we really need! This is in reference to a recent TV purchase. Now, Im stuck paying for an item that doesnt work. Watch out for those protection Plans!!!

Ill never buy anything here. They cant answer the phone, they dont answer questions when asked and the only person helpful was the greeter, who was unable to assist with what I needed to purchase. Ill take my $3,700 purchase elsewhere.

What can I say… It’s Best Buy. Their busy becsuse their competitively cheap and if you’re like me and want to actually see, feel & touch & use $500+++ electronics than this is your one stop shop! They match any prices and I’ve never paid more than other online giants. But I can take my item back to the store myself and/or exchange it for something else very simply and easily within 14 days without the risk of being hacked online. I have too many people to try to order a big TVs from online stores and they just deal with frustration of sending them back because they’re cracked all the time.FYI, I’ve purchased online without here without any problems and they offer curbside pickup. I’ve had hacking problems with a huge company that starts with an A🤔.

Great place for electronics but the last two times I’ve visited this location I needed help finding something and both times I wound up leaving because I couldn’t find anybody to help me look for what I was looking for. There were a lot of people shopping both days the store was pretty crowded so I get it, it’s just frustrating leaving empty-handed

Wasnt much people there but the cell phone area was pretty busy and it seems like they wanted to get you in and get you out. I asked for what I wanted they got it off the shelf give it to me and told me to go to the register to pay to check out because they still had a customer that they were working on. That was cool so I went up and got checked out you know on my way not bad

The Best Buy Citadel Mall location is one of my favorite stores to buy anything electronic related. I like being able to see and touch everything before I buy it and this store is good about providing that feature. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable and can answer any question I may have prior to a purchase. I have always had a positive shopping experience at this location.

I took my MacBook to the geek squad and it took over an hour to simply drop it off and leave them my information. The staff greeted me and then never came back for 45 minutes. Then, over the course of 3 weeks no one called me to give me an update on my computer and they don’t answer the phone. Eventually I got ahold of them, but each time I called, the staff were not on the same page about my computer and had no idea what each other had worked on. Eventually I finally called to just come pick it no matter if it was fixed or not and they say “Oh yea it’s ready” without notifying me at all. They told me I could come pick it up whenever as they were open until 9:00pm every day, but yesterday I went at 7:00pm and Best Buy staff told me geek squad closed early and couldn’t give me my computer. The lack of communication between staff as well as customers was very poor and I would not come back to this location.

I visited the geek squad at this location to have my screen replaced on my phone and spoke to a bald, white gentleman. After running the diagnostic from Apple and paying for my screen to be replaced, they found out the phone was non repairable. The man helping me acknowledged that it was something they were not aware of until working on the phone and since the diagnostic didn’t catch it they did not have me pay the difference. After issues with my service carrier I went back the next day and the same gentleman ran another diagnostic on the phone and was very helpful again in steering me in the right direction and getting the problem resolved. Would absolutely recommend anyone to go see him at geek squad.

Website states item is in stock and allows you to purchases. I receive email stating that item will be ready later. I then receive another email stating that the item is out of stock and that they can have it ready in several days. How does a tech retailer not have the tech to know if an item is in stock before someone purchases it. Other companies manage to make it happen. Best Buy has been going down hill as a Corporation for a while. If you can purchase somewhere else, I would recommend it.

The last 2 times that I shopped at Best Buy, I used curside pickup. I am very impressed with their procedure. It is as simple as pulling up your email stating that your item(s) is ready for pickup, you tap the yellow box that they tell you to tap, you tell the color and type of automobile and let them know what your curbside parking number is. This may be out of order on which occurs first, but it is very easy, safe and convenient. Thanks, Best Buy!

I wish there was a zero star option. Went in to buy printer ink but learned they were out of the particular ink we needed. Dept manager said he could order it and it arrive in two days.Its now been 5 days and we still dont have it. A rep yesterday (5/8) that our money would be refunded if we didnt have it by today. We dont have it. Called repeatedly and were told its upss fault, wont refund our money in less than 15 business days, and that a dept manager in customer service can not be spoken with but emailed, and if they decide to call us they will.Have been told it will arrive tomorrow. Obviously best buy cares nothing about their customers, nor cares about promises their dept and customer service managers are making to the customer. They say all calls are recorded, but yet their rep could of course not have any record of the conversation my husband had with the female rep that promised us our money back.Will NEVER go in another best buy.

Geek squad here is trash. Speaking as a former employee myself. Showed up for an appointment to take advantage of an official Apple repair program. Before I could even show him my paperwork, homeboy denied that there were any repair programs for iPhones. Then he told me I was 11 minutes late, which was 1 minute past the window and he’d have to reschedule me for tomorrow. The store was dead and there was nobody behind me in line. This was all after watching him pull similar bs to two people in front of me. Idk his name, Brad or something douchey like that

After waiting in line for a good 10 minutes they asked me if I had an appointment and when I said no they tried to push me to the back of the line. This is the best place to look at things before you order them on Amazon. At least it was until they stopped letting people inside.Now Im not sure why this place even exists.If you do need something right now, be aware its probably at Target too. You cant see it diagonally across the street but its right there attached to the mall.

My wife purchased a printer online from Bestbuy that was available for Bestbuy in-store pickup. After purchasing the printer, the status changed from 10 minute in-store to unavailable.She called Bestbuy and they kept trying to get us to accept a 1-3 week delivery. This didntwork since we are moving in three days. Bestbuy didnt offer a discount or credit for the inconvenience.Now we both agree that its a great place to look at things that we want to see in person before going elsewhere to make our purchase.

Worst experience ever! They dont have a clue when it comes to customer service! Purchased an $1800 TV scheduled for delivery a couple of days later. The automated phone called me twice the day before to verify that I would be home between 12:00 & 8:00 PM. I waited all day and they are a no show. I call BB and the person tells we its still on its way to the distribution center and they dont know why I got scheduled for delivery. The next available date for delivery is a week from now. I make the mistake of saying OK and schedule a 2nd delivery. I get 2 calls the day before to confirm delivery between 7:00AM and 1:00PM. Its now 3:00 and they once again are a no show. Call dispatch and wait on hold for 15 minutes and finally told yes its unacceptable but give them another 4 hours. They cant tell me if Ill get the TV after another 4 hours and no one is willing to find out and get back to me! Im done with this store and BB will be the last place I go to buy anything going forward.

The place to go when you need expert advice on anything electronics related. Very nice employees eager to answer your questions and provide insight into your decision making process. I like how this Best Buy is set up, which makes it easy to find everything. The TVs are in to the right, computers in the back, and the movie section is front and center. One of my favorite places to go, where I can physically pick up and examine a product before I buy it.

Communicating with anyone in the store over the phone is practically impossible. Was on hold for over 2 hours and then got cut off. No one calls back. No one responds to email. The prices are good, but good luck if you have any problems getting any help.

Bad customer service!I hope I could rate them below 1 star.I found an amazing open box deal. I was trying to order online and the Best Buy team request to go in store and order the TV set. Upon going to the store, and requesting for the open box item, they refused and said it is not available in the store and when I started walking out suddenly they came to me and said that the item is available. I requested to see the open box item, but the associate ensured that you won’t need to check it, since it will be brand new. I even asked them if I can take it with me, they pushed me to take delivery. That sound good to me, but I think that they just wanted to make a sale and didn’t even show me the open box item, neither did they ship the tv.When I checked back online for the delivery, the status changed to BestBuy cancelled the order and pending refund. The refund is still pending after a week of this incident. I won’t go back to the store at this location, since the store manager also promised to call back and resolve the issue, but seems like as the day ends, they forgot their past to do task and move on. Never got a call to have things fixed and neither got refund yet.I will claim for fraud with my credit card, but very disappointed with the customer service I got at this location.Check the items before you purchase and maybe take it with you, instead of delivery. Associates or the store manager(s) might sound very promising, but they don’t seem like, at least in my case.

This place has a very limited selection. I went there to purchase an external CD/DVD drive. They had very few items to choose from. I bought the most expensive external CD drive ($89), but I’m taking it back because it’s not working properly. Sometimes it works, but it takes it forever to read a CD. I also wanted to buy a Sony camera lens, which didn’t happen because of their limited selection. In some areas, the shelves are almost empty.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.With Covid I have been trying to make an appointment to get my phone fixed over the phone instead of going into the store. I have called EVERY DAY this week when Ive got off work while driving home. I have about a 30-45 minute drive home, every day this week I have sat on hold the entire drive and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Today when I got home I decided to remain on hold until someone answered, than I thought- might as well just go in. I drove to the store (all still on hold), to find all of the employees standing around chatting. At this point, after 72 minutes on hold, I hung up because I was in the store and clearly someone SHOULD stop their conversation to help a customer. When I asked the girl at the register to help me make an appointment to fix my phone she told me I can only do it online or over the phone. When I told her I had been trying to call for days, and that when I walked in the store I had been on hold for over an hour, she told me to just try again.I have never had such a bad experience with Best Buy.

It takes a lot for me to post a bad review for any business. My child and I went to BB to purchase a soundbar. Could only get 1 out of 10 on the display to work, some didnt have power cables. Waited 45 minutes, spoke with one person who said they were going to get me someone two separate times. Spoke with someone else at the register, told him I had been waiting a while and politely asked if he could call somebody; he didnt instead saying were just short-staffed. Made one more trip around looking for an associate then I left. Disappointing experience.

Just spent 1800.00 on a camera Nikon d5600 which turned out to be amazing and a go pro and a Apple tablet and everything we purchased was perfect and amazing!
