Great place to get your Lexus serviced. They have a wonderful reception area. They have a great snack area filled with all sorts of snacks and beverages. Upstairs they have 10 massage chairs. They have a waitjng area and a quiet computer area. They have a sports room with two TVs tuned to sports channels. They make you feel important. Will be back again.

This was my first time buying from this dealership. Im not the average customer that needs to be educated by a sales person about the vehicle Im buying being that I have years of experience in the automotive world. That being said I dont usually get along with sales people bc of the pitch or rouse that they run you on. Thankfully my sales person was Tyler Hubbard. He was easy to talk to and deal with. He knew an extensive amount about the vehicle I was looking at along with others that I was curious about. Most of all he was honest and straight forward. In my experience thats hard to find in the automotive world no matter what department you walk into. He was very patient and took the time to help me with all my questions and my extensive look over of the used MDX I purchased. Next time I buy an Acura I can only hope hes there to me my sales person! Give this guy 5 plus stars!!!!!!

Once again I would like to express high praises for the service team at Pohanka Lexus. Lead by: Allen (Service Manager), Shane (Service Representative) and Scott (Overnight Team Lead). I own a 2015 Lexus RC F that I did not purchase at Pohanka Lexus but is under the Lexus warranty. I noticed that the front bumper was not properly affixed to the vehicle and immediately drove it to Pohanka. The service team informed me that the bumper cover may have been improperly re-affixed to the vehicle. Without any hesitation, Allen put in a rather cool Lexus SUV and stated they would take care of the situation. Within hours i received a call to pickup my vehicle the work was completed!! When i arrived the vehicle was ready, washed, vacuumed, and tires shined!! The bumper in excellent condition and properly affixed to the vehicle--no charge. This outstanding service is not only a testament to the Pohanka Lexus Service Team, but an AFFIRMATION to the HIGH CALIBER of dedication, customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and peace of mind you can expect from the service team at Lexus in Chantilly, Va. Several years ago I brought my sons 1990 Suburban there to rebuild the differential. They were reasonable in the price and didnt take too long. Because of this, I went there recently to buy my daughter a car. Salesman Slade Charters listened to me and did what I needed. My daughter likes her car a lot. I recommend shopping here for your next vehicle.

Went with a friend who was interested in taking a look at the new Blazers. He was in between two vehicles. As we walked inside and asked to see some of the vehicles on the lot we were given the response by the salesman its cold outside, would you rather just look via the computers inside? My friend and I were shocked. If we wanted to shop via the website we wouldnt have bothered driving to the lot. Needless to say he bought his new vehicle elsewhere later that afternoon.

Friendly staff. It was an easy, smooth and pressure free purchasing experience. I have not yet tried their service center though so this rating is only for the showroom. Oh, they also honored their advertised price. Only thing I didn’t like is that they did NOT provide receipt upon receiving full payment of the car. Who receives a certified cheque worth couple of grands and doesn’t provide a receipt?!

Bought my 6th Lexi From here and my Daughter just purchased her first. Since 2007 this dealership has remembered me by name every single time. They ho out of their way to help get the abdolute best deal one can get. They treat return clients like family. Ill never leave this dealership or lexus. Period. I purchased my Lexus prior to moving to Northern Virginia, so cant comment on the sales process at Pohanka. But, I’ve been very pleased with the service department. I’ve had routine service completed there five times, including the 60,000 major service. There are three very comfortable waiting lounges - with massage chairs and snacks! The estimates of cost as time have always been accurate, and they are glad to provide you with a loaner for anything that will take more than a few hours. I had my car detailed inside and out there and was very happy with it.

I bought my Suburban from here and always go for any routine service. Great staff and have always found them to be going an extra mile. Usually I go early mornings and most of the time the maintenance is done while waiting. The waiting room is nice n comfortable wit TV and coffee. Friendly, professional and helping staff.

Experiences with the staffs are always pleasant however Ive had some ups and downs with the quality and results. Despite all that it is convenient to located at least for me, west side of the northern virginia with extended service hours which works perfectly with my schedule with many perks as being a customer to this dealer.

I paid $2000 dollars for a maintence check and these jokers failed to change my oil or change my wipers, but guess what they charged me for it. I realized it after my car kept saying low engine oil and I almost died driving in the rain because I could not see. In the past the service with Pohanka was excellent and I could trust what they billed me for was actually down, but now they are sloppy! They didnt even label and mark my most recent oil change on my car nor did they follow up with a survey. If your service maintence employees are overwhelmed or overworked--make them happy! Billing me for $2000 and not following through is unacceptable, my engine could have blew out because of your negligence.

It was a great experience. All the staff; ASH, Marcel, Jerry as well the rest if the staff had been real good to us. Even though the vehicle we purchased didnt turn out good. The 3 day money back helped us out and we were able to get our refund. As far as the issue with the car goes, ASH asked me to point out the area of issues with the vehicle so it could be adhere to. Overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

I have purchased 4 new lexus from this dealer. I used to do lease deals for 2 or 3 yr at a time. After my first purchase I was treated wonderful. I was the first trip too. It was a lot longer of a visit than I wanted but, the next three visits were under 1.5hr and basically a sign and drive deal. Three yrs ago my business faced A huge loss due to embezzlement and employee theft from a manager of 8 yrs. My identy was even compromised by this individual making credit score go from a 715-730 to a 500. I also hurt my credit due to canceling all my credit card accounts ect. I didnt know. Well at that time my lease was also up and it was time for my next purchase. Lexus did everything they could to keep me in the same, actually a better deal in my next lease even tho my credit was at a major low of 512. It was due to the 11 yrs I built a relationship with them and I think that is top of the line and speaks volumes . It took them a bit to explain my scenario and get my deal approved by the bank but they did mike was the manager I believe during all my purchases. . No other companies give that one on one customer service that I recieved here. I was a new Honda car buyer before buying my first lexus . I cant thank POHANKA LEXUS enough. Unfortunately after that deal I closed my business and then over the next yr I lost both my parents. Creating a huge change in my life and demand for a vechile. I did not release my next vehicle but i bought a OLDDDD (like brand new literally it was) 2006 lexus is250 and paid cash for it. I absolutely love the car. Ill never get rid of it . Its one of my favorite without a doubt but, Im getting ready to purchase my next new lexus and I wont do business anywhere but here. If u want a great customer experience go to this lexus. We all know lexus speaks for itself. Once u drive one there are no other vehicles for u that will even come close to comparison so were already sold there. Always get great service and they really think about the customer and the fact that they may have to wait. The lounge is spacious to include segmented areas for sports lovers, folks that need quiet, folks that need massage, folks that need to work, charging stations and plenty of refreshments. In addition they provide text messages for questions and status. Across the street are also plenty of places to eat.

If I could give them a zero I would. I go there only because it is close to my house and their hours of operation. They always try to upsell you on very expensive services and claim that I havent had them done when I did. $75 for windshield wipers, seriously!! I bought the wipers at an auto parts place and replaced them myself and it didnt cost me $75. Then they want to charge me to top off my wiper fluid when I just filled it up. I have told them to take it off my bill twice. This is ridiculous! The service reps are arrogant and talk to me as if I dont know anything about a vehicle. I love the car, NOT the dealership.

So heres the thing: the prices are hufh and the work is at best adequate. After 20+ years, having purchased 2 acuras here, i have watched the quality diminish...which is really strange, given how competitive this area has gotten. Don t bother giving feedback --- i have yet to get a callback from anyone in a position to change anyrhing. Sample: please check my vehicle, which has roughly 55k m8les on it, as i am going on an extended road trip in a few weeks. Yes, we checked it and you are good. 3 weeks later it dies in a Mcdonalds parking lot miles from home. Why? The 100- month battery was bone dry. The connections had gunk on then., indicating they had not been removed and cleaned. Really? I could go on.

I have owned 3 Acuras and have serviced all 3 at Pohankas dealership in Chantilly. I have never really been satisfied with dealer service until I experienced Pohanka. They are easily the best dealer service I have ever encountered, including my experiences with local Audi and Mercedes dealerships. Pohanka easily beat them. This is the reason I continue to buy the Acura brand so I can have them serviced at Pohankas.

I purchase 2 brand new cars from this dealership, a RC F and NX200t. When the RC F was delivered it had some curb rash on the front right wheel so I pointed it out and they had a repair company fix it.After 5 months the wheel was peeling and I took it back and asked to get a new wheel put on,but they refused and insisted that it would have to go to the same repair company again.The sales manager Wes Wolfe was extremely rude and unprofessional, and started tocomplain to me about his personal issues to me.I was without my car for 1 week with a loaner car. When I got the car back the wheel they refinished doesnt look like factory finish. There are some small scratches and the edges are rough. I went back to Wes and explained that it was not like factory and he just said that was the best he could do and that if I wanted to get it repaired again by the same company he could do that. I said I didnt want to go through the hassle again and just wanted to get the wheel replaced since I purchased the car brand new. He refused rudely and just said that would not happen, period!I then spoke to the General Manager of the dealership, Garry Whipkey. When I called him he started out very negative and then started to yell at me saying that I trashed their loaner car! My jaw dropped!!!!This guy should not be a General Manager, has no idea how to treat customers with respect.He said they had to spend $300 bucks to detail the loaner car. Total BS. I told him how could that be? There was a banana peel and potato chip bag on the floor. But anyway this guy continued to yell at me and accused me of trashing the loaner car. Then he said that also the wheel was not going to be replaced and that he didnt care to hear from me ever again!I am just so tired of these clowns! They are unprofessional thugs that have no clue how to treat customers and operate professionally. I have a Mercedes Benz and BMW too and I have never been treated so badly by a dealer in my life.NEVER WILL I GIVE POHANAKA MY BUSINESS AGAIN!Please save yourself from a huge headache and go to any other dealership out there!I wish I could give them zero stars
