I wish I can give this place more than 5 stars. They are incredibly fast with their service and EXTREMELY nice.I went to 8 different mechanics trying to diagnose my car to check why the O2 sensor and the catalytic converter were reporting Not Ready. Each time, I would get someone saying they did not have enough expertise to diagnose the car OR had someone telling me that I had to pay $200 for diagnostics. I came to this place and they were able to diagnose AND fix my car AND do my emissions inspection all for $28.

Got tires replaced for a work car, which was a urgent matter. Great service, fair price, overall very good experience at this place. Will recommend their service to my friends.

Their prices are almost unbeatable for services across the board, which adds to the value of expertise and thorough care they bring to the table. I have been with J&L for several years and the service continues to be the BEST. Uliser and his team are top notch. He is always open and honest about the repairs and suggests the order of repairs. I dropped my car off at JL Tire & Auto last week due to a check engine light. The previous shop I visited couldn’t figure out the reason. Came over to JL after a friend suggested me. They were fast, reliable, and provided high quality service. Turned out my oxygen sensor was bad. They fixed it and also did an oil change. I highly recommend JL tire. I’ll be coming here for all my future automotive needs.

This place does everything. Went in to get brakes, tires and rotors done and this place is just exceptional. From the moment you walk in the shop, you are greeted and treated with respect. More importantly, they are FAIR and HONEST. I have brought my other 2 vehicles to them for regular maintenance and will continue to do so. I am now proud to say that I have a place I can trust and call home for servicing my vehicles.

Went there for an oil change, four new tires, alignment and balance, headlight restoration, and VA state inspection. I was very impressed with their service. Uliser and Raul very helpful and honest. I called them around 9am to bring my car in later that day around 4pm. They got me on the schedule, same day, took my car back quickly at 4pm and repaired my tire all within 30 minutes. They found a screw in my tire and patched it up for a very affordable, competitive price. They were helpful, kind and very quick! Their office was nice, clean, welcoming and easy to find!My tire feels great and no issues the next day. I will be going back due to their great, quick service. Highly recommend!

I had my own new full set of 19 Kenda All Season Tires mounted and precision balanced today 12/23/19. Work was completed with cleanliness and professionalism. Staff and technician understood my concerns with no damage done to wheel sensors, tires or vehicle. I was allowed to examine the completed work before payment was made.Price was reasonable. JL Tire and Auto Service were excellent in customer service and with the tire service appointment. I will definitely come again or another caring professional tire shop. I went to this shop yesterday evening to get my Breaks Checked. Dealer has quoted a high price on the issue and couple more issues including a Service. These guys are really honest. He didnt charge anything for diagnosis, also he said my breaks are just fine, no need to do anything. Also I consulted with him couple other repairs I may or may not need, he honestly told me that I am good for now. He could have had made money from me considering I dont know much about cars, but he didnt. Very helpful and trustworthy, I will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

I took my Jeep to JL auto service by the recommendation of a friend and let me tell you they exceeded my expectations. Raul the manager kept me updated on my car and gave me clear explanation of what was wrong and an honest recommendation of what to do based on me and my car and not what would bring them most profit. Raul even offered a loaner car if I needed. JL staff have outstanding customer service and great work ethic. Will be definitely coming here for any auto repair needs.

Uliser is THE MAN! I cannot recommend this shop more. Uliser is a magician when it comes to cars, he knows them inside and out! From the moment I walk in and spoke with the manager and staff there, I knew I was at the right place, I am an out of town driver and needed the state safety inspection to work in the area, they advisede that I needed to fix a tyrod and ball joint advised me to bring it in early the next morning .I was there by 8am and by 1030- 11am they had fixed everything and had it inspected and a very reasonable price. Big thanks to the staff there would recommend you to anyone in the area.

The tires didnt really last long but thats a different story. What was kinda strange is why they were under my hood pointing out that the transmission fill cap miraculously popped out and landed 2 inches from the fill port. What part of the work order permitted for you to be looking under my hood for problems? It was a tire job not an inspection.

I went to two different shops and they were not able to find / fix the issue I was having with my tires but J & L Auto & Tire did! Uliser and Demas are awesome and super honest. I didnt have to wait forever and they told me exactly what was going on with my car no more, no less. I highly recommend coming here for all car problems! The 3 worst things about moving to a new state are finding a new Dr, a new dentist, and a new mechanic. J L def made the latter a breeze! I had a really last minute request to swap my exhaust and get some work done on my throttle body and Uliser at J L not only got me in the same day but got it done at record time at a GREAT price!
