This review is for Daniel, the manager of this location. He happened to be at Superstition Springs the day we went. He built my daughter’s team logo from scratch on the computer and did an awesome job on her hat. It turned out better than we expected and my daughter can’t wait to wear it to her next tournament. She’s a hat girl and it was the missing piece to her uniform. Daniel is awesome and will definitely get our business again!

Awesome and stylish hats, Planning to gift some for my Granpa cause he loves hat.

I went to get my hat embroidered and the guy had attitude and didn’t listen to what I wanted. Not only did I have to tell him over again what I wanted, he messed up the embroidery and went over the mlb logo. The employees were on their phones so they didn’t notice till it was too late.

The only place that I get my black fitted caps.

My place clean and customer friendly all the time... not a lot of inventory at this location to have this size store

This is a great store! I know where in Arizona so its hard to find my California teams but they do have a bigger selection than most hat stores. I bought a hat in my size but it fit small... I didnt have a receipt but the associate was able to pull up my Lids membership and let me trade the Hat in for one that fit better! Great customer service! I would give them six stars if it was allowed

Have not received a call on my digital copy that I paid for last Sunday.

I was looking for sun visors but they only had a few!! With this being a hat store you would think that they would have a better selection but they dont!!!

Staff is nice, but they dont have much variety of beanies, and not too many team options for hats.

Its Arizona and Lids is a must! Best quality, Best prices, Numerous Team Hats and the helpful prevention of skin cancer and eye shade protection. Hmmm.. Think you should head to Lids too.
