The guy working in the store was really rude. He wouldn’t let us try on hats without him bending them all crazy.

Clean, store albeit small but nice selection. This was based off my visit back in May. I’d def go back

This place is awesome..the manager there rocks..made a trip from Tucson with an online order exchange..no problem with the exchange.they definatly got the hat game on lock!

Pre-ordered a hat from the watermelon collection and never received a final shipping notice and have not received the hat after waiting for months. Have reached out a handful of times through their customer service email and Instagram and have not received a response for weeks now from anyone. Extremely disappointed that I can’t even get someone to take the time to address my problem.

Store was not open at listed hours despite every other store in the mall being open. Take your business elsewhere.

Best place to go to get the latest hats. I recently bought a few and noticed that my membership no longer existed, which was weird but the manager hooked me up and set me up with a new one and it enabled me to get a small discount. Hats are usually around $30-$40 each

I feel as if this store racially profiles people. I was in the store earlier today and I felt completely pressured while looking for a hat. When I was browsing the store another guy out of the blue just happened to enter the store and pretend as if he was buying a hat. I could see him watching me with the side of his eyes the whole time making me feel uncomfortable. When I finally went to purchase the hat and pulled out my credit is when he decided to leave the store. I think it is because I was black he probably thought that I was going to steal. I am thinking about returning the hat within the 30 day period just because they made me feel more like a ciminal rather than just a customer.

Incredibly rude, pushy. I was in this store earlier today, with my kids just looking and listening to whether they liked something, that I could pick up later as a gift. As we were shopping, I was asked whether I was looking for a gift and what I was looking for repeatedly, when I said I was just looking the comment was made to me that I was just taking up space..I was shocked and asked the sales person if he really said that to me and my family. He acknowledged that he said it. I asked for the store manager and he said it was him and he was also the owner. BUYER BEWARE. I obviously will never step into or buy anything from this store. Really unbelievable.

Can’t go wrong. The hats are decent prices and have a pretty wide selection which is always a plus, especially for a picky person like me.

Sales person put a bend in the brim after telling me not to round it because hes a proffessional. Also forwarded me to the hats on sale, which all ended up being more expensive somehow.If youve never bought them before, one of the main brands they sell is New Era, which sits above your head by a good half inch making you look lile elmer fud. When i expressed concern about that, thw salesman said to just wear it in. When i got home and looked onlome, turns out i have to fit the hat using hot water to ever get it to come down as far as I want.I expressed my concerns, and they didnt listen. It felt rushed, and like I was being taken care of by a couple of kids watching the store for a while.

Retail worker just called me a rich guy and superficial for wanting to buy a hat with a brand on it rather than buying a plain SnapBack. Great customer service smart guy

Terrible service went in the store to buy a hat and was disrespected and told to leave after walking up to the counter. The guy that works there that told me to leave was Jeffrey.

I saw a short dinosaur in there the other day he brushed his beard like he was a cat when I was in there he also jumped and got about 2 in off the ground I never knew dinosaurs could jump

If Andre from The League owned a shop (other than a wine bar) it would be this one.
