I have been going to this location on and off for a couple of years now. Just Just recently I had an issue with a tired that I purchased there with sidewall damage I purchased road hazard warranty for the tires, but they could not get the tire that I purchase anymore. Wendy the service representative did the right thing and warranty both tires that I purchased so I have a matching set I’ve tires and not having oddballs.That went above and beyond what I thought they would do for me.I do recommend this place for your automotive repair needs, just make sure you go over the work order and have them explain everything that they did to your vehicle.

Very friendly service. they inspected my tired found the issue with the rim and rebalanced. they even fixed the fuse on my stereo at no cost. come straight here for all your tire and car issues. ask for Wendy the princess with the f150

Took my truck in to get tires rotated and balanced. They told me I needed new tires and that they may not be able to balance because of that reason. My tires only had 30,000 on them. They made it worse. Took my truck to Discount Tires turns out I dont need new tires at all and they were able to balance my tires no problem. Will never go here again

If you are looking for fair pricing, the product you need, and/or at least decent customer service, DO NOT GO HERE.I had to use this shop out of sheer proximity to where I blew out a tire. Had it not been a five day wait to go to my usual shop, my truck would never have been serviced by this place.Just do yourselves a favor and do not go through the hassle and deceit you will experience when using this group.

Tim was awesome to deal with, I was so happy that they were open on Sunday, with everyone’s busy schedules in my house it is great to be able to get servicing done on a Sunday. I really dont know what this BigO is doing. Ive gone here 3 times in the last 7 months or so. All 3 of my experiences were pretty bad.My first experience I had set up an oil change. When I arrived and got everything set up, I started heading home to wait until my car was done. within 10 minutes they called me and said the oil was overfilled and they refused to touch it. This was strange because BigO was the ones who filled my oil the last time before that, and I had just looked an hour prior and I was running pretty low. Came back, checked it while in their parking lot, and it definitely was not overfilled. Took my car somewhere else and they were baffled that anyone said it was overfilled.I then came back for a flat tire repair. They deemed the tire as unrepairable. This was fine as I had a full spare in my trunk that was filled and could be used. Asked them to put it on for me since they still had it. They took my full spare out of my trunk and shoved it into the back seat of my 2 door car, and pulled out my donut spare that was UNDER the full spare. They put it on my car, and the donut was almost flat! I could not comprehend why they wouldnt have even tried to fill up the tire.Finally I recently went back for one more Oil change, and asked if they could reset my TPMS light while it was being done. They said they could do that no problem and did the oil change. I got in my car, and I realized they never reset it.Needless to say, stay far away form this place. The people here are clueless. The fact that this place is up and running is baffling and I cant even begin to warn everyone to check their cars because Im positive that someone probably screwed something up! Do not come here, under any circumstances.

The young girl with different hair color was very unprofessional. I had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation. I specifically told her not to do tire rotation because I just had it done and to just do oil change. I had an appointments n It took longer. They took the tires off anyways. I came back n the young women couldnt find my name in the computer nor could she find my requisition for. I asked her what was was going on and she mumbled nothing and walked away. I guess it wasnt a good day for her either.

I took my car in with a nail in the center of the tire. They told me they could not repair and I needed a new tire. They quoted me $180 for one tire. I left, took it to Discount tire and they repaired it, no problem. Will not ever go to a Big O again.

I would love a company that has full disclosure pricing. The buy 3, get one free deal is only on three brands, only one of those was in my cars size. Price went up another $150 from when I dropped it off to when I picked it up.

Horrendous service. Completely unprofessional. Just wanted my back tires air checked and to make sure I didn’t have a slow leak…been sitting here now TWO HOURS after they said it would be “quick.” Whatever that means. Not to mention my car sat an HOUR in the lot before I complained and they brought it in. Now it’s sat for another hour without a tire…apparently he’s checking the tire VERY THOROUGHLY. No updates provided during the process. Seems like the staff hides and doesn’t tend to customers. Just an overall horrible experience and I would NEVER recommend to anyone.

If I could give them no stars I would, I wouldn’t recommend this place if your a person of color, the girl attending the front with the long pink nails didn’t even acknowledge us when we came in, not even a “ just give me a few seconds, and I’ll be right with you”. She gave us attitude the whole time.

I received excellent customer service yesterday! I had prepared, and was ready to complain. But before I could even start, the representative said, well take care of that, no charge to you. Really surprised me, and I appreciate that they rectified my tire situation. I will go back for other services.

I was very hesitant to go to this Big O shop due to the poor reviews. But my experience was top notch. Was hoping I need just an alignment. Not the case. They did a great job at replacing my brake rotors and 2 belts. Dustin was my contact and he was professional, polite and didnt up sell anything. Kudos to Dustin and his team.

I arrived for the oil change and told the man at the desk that I have my own oil and filter, he took my data, then the keys, went inside the car, wrote odometer info down, then informed me that they do not install customer provided parts.That would be fine, but why has he wasted my time and spied on my car when he had no business for me?Otherwise the employee was nice.

I always take my car here. They are honest, and get the work done quickly. They are super friendly and genuinely seem to enjoy working at Big O. The commaraderie amongst the staff is so refreshing. I wont take my car anywhere else.

I had a great experience working with Dennis. I was looking to purchase new tires and he gave me several options/prices. Got a good deal for the tires, installation, and alignment. He also threw in an oil change and filter check.

I went in to get a nail removed. The gentleman looked at the tire, and said he could not legally remove the nail because tire was too worn. The dealership had just measured it at 7/32. The Big o tire rep took his gage out and put it in the area between the first groove and the side wall. He said it was at zero. What a scam artist! Left and took the car to a Goodyear Tire. They fixed it and verified that the tire was indeed at 7/32. If I could give this place negative stars, I would.

Came to this place thinking I just needed an oil change, turned out all my tires were badly cracked and I needed an entire new set. Dennis from the beginning helped me get everything I needed at a great cost and with a 3 year warranty! I am so happy I came here instead of somewhere else. Just an oil change explained was in hurry going outta town my son had an emergency & was in hospital... Desk guy kept pushing other services. I know they are supposed to up.sell but had no time.. Even said dont rotate tires... As i needed to get on the road for an 800 mile trip..

Dennis and his crew were amazing. Super friendly. I had a flat due to a nail on my way to the hospital. They were able to patch me up super fast. I was In and out in no time.

I asked it would be complete free and he said yes, he even suggested that i should use it on a car that uses synthetic oil to get the most out of it... long story short brought my car, and when it came to pay it was $100 for oil change and air filter, i gave them my coupon with the store manager signature in the back and was told they dont do free oil changes and that the most they could deduct it $30.Being in business my self one of the things i hate the most is not keeping your word.I highly discouraged any one from coming here, dont only take my word read the countless other reviews about this scam store

Worst place to take your car to

Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was called and told I needed an air filter, told the guy I would do it myself and he said he could do for $10.00 so I said go ahead. When I picked up my car they tried to charge me $19.99 for the air filter . Now to there credit they did honor what I was told. But then when I walked out to my car I noticed that they had NOT rotated the tires. I always mark them so I can tell if the work was done. The paperwork even said they rotated the tires. So back in I go and they are like oh sorry must have just been an oversight. Guess I will have to find a new place to service our vehicles. Sorry Big O I can no longer trust that you will do what you say.Update, I looked at the new oil filter and noticed that the writing is all worn off of it. I can say that I am no longer convinced that it was change. If the filter was indeed a new filter I would have expected that the ink on the filter would have been well like new.

Jeff is always polite, honest and prompt with any service I come in for. Today was just an oil change, but previously I had my brakes done here and unfortunately got some warped parts and Jeff was able to switch it out quickly and with no hassle on my end. Excellent experience every time!

Dennis was so helpful! I showed up 3 hours before closing with a flat. I have been in need of tires so I elected to replace all 4 while I was there. 2015 Infiniti Q50 AWD Premium.One star for waiting nearly 2 hours for my oil change and rotation, also for them spilling oil all over my engine bay. Brought it back for them to clean it, just sprayed brake cleaner all over the area. Reviews were right after all. Will never come back here.

Went in for oil change at 10:30 on thursday for my daughters new to her but just bought from previous owner car... after 3 hours 15 minutes finally got car and left, then realized they forgot to put oil change sticker on window. Then got home and checked level and it was BARELY at min. Limit.... was recommended by a coworker but Ill never be going back! Stick to tires?

Came in for warranty work. Service writers was rude when I questioned if they did something. Got condescending and wanted to continue to try and talk over me and let me know he was right. Then there was an additional charge for a warranty item!? Why did I buy the original warranty!? Scammers, liars, down right crooks!

I have been going to Big O Tires for just about 10 years. I’m a single father of three so I’m of course always looking for the best deal. I always find that here. The customer service is always on point. I have never felt I was been worked over, and I really appreciate when a part goes bad they show me first so I can actually see what the tech is talking about. Highly recommend Big O Tires and the pop corn isn’t bad either.

Im not one to bash on a company. People need to work to support their families. But ever since I got my car back from an oil change. Its been running funny. I just bought this car 3 month ago. And I baby her. A really great friend had the same experience with his car and Big O.

This place has always been top notch and still is. We came in with a flat trailer tire and Jeff hooked us up. We were well served by the team, very nice respectful group. In and out in a timely manner.

Two + hours for new tires when there are only 2 cars here and when I come back no ones in the bay but my car and no one is working on it.

Have been to this location a few times. Each visit the costs were very reasonable and fair. The service was thorough and done well. Each time I was made aware of services due (according to manufacturer), but not pressured.This past visit my Jeep had an unusual problem and mechanics visited with me to answer all my questions. Its a repair shop Ive come to trust and that is unusual in my automotive repair experience.

While I was driving to an appointment, my tire was punctured by a large nail. I visited Big O tires and Jeremy helped me. I had my Czech Shepherd in the car since we were driving to a training appointment.I was grateful that Jeremy was more ham willing to have me and my dog come into the lobby to wait while they worked on my car. However, I did leave to walk around. While I was outside, Jeremy brought us 2 bottles of water... something he did not have to do. At this time my dog did growl.After everything was complete, Jeremy said it was on the house.Jeremy didn’t know that I’m relocating out of town and have spent a ton of money. I APPRECIATE THE EXTRA CUSTOMER SERVICE Jeremy showed in accommodating me and my dog.. and for getting the job done as soon as possible.**Jeremy was the General Manager. I hope I got his name right**

After stopping in a few times just to get my tires aired up (which they do for free) I took my car in for routine service. I have been back several times now with both cars including buying 4 new tires and have been very pleased with this shop, the staff and the service.

Stopped in quickly to see if someone could put some air in one of my tires. I was going to pick my wife up from the hospital and the dash light was on so I did not want to take any chances. I could not get a single person to give me the time of day. A number of employees in the shop looked me right in the eye and kept on doing their thing. I understand you have other things to do, but you could at least acknowledge someone. See what they need or say it will be a minute. I left and went to the Brake Masters right behind them and they were more than happy to help me. They dont even sell/service tires!!!! The guy at Brake Masters topped off the one tire and it took all of a minute. Disappointed in Big O Tires.

I have been a customer to this Big O location for sometime. On this particular visit I was unsure what tire I needed. I spoke with Jeff Gorman who, without hesitation, directed me to the perfect set of tires for my 2018 truck. The service is excellent, the place is clean, and the staff is knowledgeable and professional. A ship well run. I will encourage all my friends to take their business to this particular Big O.

Had a tire changed. They got me in and out within a half hour.

So far this experience is by far the best Ive had at any vehicle repair shop. And I myself do 95% of my repairs. But with my work schedule these place rocks by opening on Sunday. Customer service is great, second to none. Definitely recommend to all family and friends.

Just schedule to have an oil change only, but they recommended to do the brake pad change afterwards. The staff told me the brake pad change costs $199 but when I paid I found the bill charged me $199 x 2 for front and rear, however I hadnt told they would change both of front and rear.In addition, the oil change schedule was at 10:00am but my car was done at 7:15pm, it took a whole day !!! The worse is that the sensor brake alert light was ON when I got my car. I had to go back next day to fix it, it spent me 5 more hours for waiting. Totally disappointed on their service and recommendation.

Tires are great, waiting room excellent staff friendly I was just concerned on the tires getting put on right got mine almost 2 weeks ago I was on freeway yesterday and tires felt like road was bumpy but when I slowed down to stop tires felt wobbly. my tires have an outside shell to make sure no one gets to bolts so extra guardWell when I took caps off and checked my bolts 5 out of the 10 bolts for front tires were super loose which cause my truck to have a wobbly bumpy drive I thought it was strut but was tires be cautious when people change your stuff next time I will double check other than that product is great

I have been to other Big O Tires shops and not had bad experience like I did here. I was heading home and had a flat. They were the closest one to me at the time. They said would be 1 to 1.5 hrs till they could look at it. Its just a flat tire. So I waited, walked around. They called me back within 1/2 hr said tire not fixable I needed a new one.I went back to the shop had them show me the tire. I decided to buy 2 new tires for the back, which is where the flat was. Since was going to replace tires next year.Then front desk said they didnt have them in stock, but they could go it from another store. I asked how long this would take he said 20 min it was just up the road. It took 2 hrs for them to get the tires back to their shop.2x asked to speak to the one working on my tires, never saw him. Was always another one coming up to me. I asked what took him so long to get tires. Was lied to told was traffic... 20 min ended up 2 hrs... I was very mad!! I was there 4.5 hrs..

My tire lost 2 out of 4 lugnuts I pulled off the freeway and came here and they would not help me. This is a tire place I do not understand! I would have paid for the lugnuts and still no help. I went to home depot instead, go anywhere else if you are looking for tires or tire help.

Decent prices, great service, and a friendly staff. Tire blew out in Mesa on my way here, so they drove me 15 both ways to my car, then took me to work and back just so I wouldnt have to walk a mile. Definitely my new go-to tire shop.

Had came here for an interview and the manager at this location was not only rude but very disrespectful .I refuse to work or be around such a negative person you need to rid this person he is bad for business and lost out on a good tech

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The alignment in my Jeep was very quick and efficient. They explained what was done and why. Prices are lower than expected for this kind of service. I definitely recommend them to everyone and I will come back.

Big O Tires is awesome! They took great care of my daughters PT Cruiser! The staff was very friendly, and prices were great! They discovered an issue with the alignment and got with me right away! Two front tires and an alignment later her PT is back on the road happier than ever! Thanks Guys!

Good fast and very efficient service. They fixed my flat tire on a first come first serve basis which was professionally done. It was worth waiting in their waiting area with all those treats and drinks provided to customers. Nice place to get your car serviced.

Arrived at 5 pm. The agent said it would be ready in an hour and a half. Waited 2 hours before I was asked to reschedule. After looking at the reviews, decided to go elsewhere for new tires.2 weeks later: I appreciate the efforts of James, the assistant manager to reach out to me and talk about my experience. I see that they are making positive efforts to avoid future overbooking. Thank you James.

I went by on Sunday to get prices on tires for my 2015 Explorer. As I pulled into the parking lot I was almost hit by a vehicle that was pulling out of the bay closest to the office. I stopped... honked my horn... the vehicle kept coming. I honked again. The driver/ employee then stopped. He then threw his middle finger out the window. Cranked the wheel more and still proceeded to back up. He then yelled profanities out the window as he passed by and all while driving a customers vehicle. I was fully prepared to buy tires that day... but its a huge disappointment knowing I was going to spend at least $800 and be treated this way. Its not very comforting to know that this is how Big O employees treat customers vehicles. I run a shop of 20 employees and if I EVER found out this or anything similar happened.... FIRED on the spot...... Maybe I just need to buy tires at Discount???? I doubt my review will change anything but at least whomever reads might think about how their vehicle is being treated....

I do not recommend doing business with this location. Horrible customer servic, long wait times, a long list of lies, and ridiculously high prices. I guarantee that if you do business with these people you will be severely disappointed.

Went in on New Years Eve for an oil change, store was busy, the bay was full and customers were still coming in. They took my vehicle without hesitation and extended OUTSTANDING customer service. I had literally left from one Big O with horrible customer service and drove to this location. The employees were there til about 8pm that day. New Years Eve, it was cold and raining. These guys pulled it together and worked as a team to take care of their customers. I wish there I had a way to reward their outstanding service.

Did a good job, replaced 4 tires. Everyone was friendly and work was done in no time. Even adjusted a small alignment issue for nothing. Great place will go back.

Horrible shop. Avoid this big o at all cost. I normally purchase my tires from another of their valley locations. I had a flat and was riding on a spare and this was the closest big o. They were extremely unfriendly when I walked in and not very interested in helping me as they stood and talked in front of the register. They charged me twenty five dollars more than their counter parts for the tire and more just to mount the new tire to the rim and not even install it on the vehicle. Next time Ill just keep riding the spare until I can get to one of their better locations.

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my Toyota Corolla there and they tried to sell me service I didnt need. Then my daughter went there a couple days ago and they recommended for new tires and filters, but they did not need to be changed. DO NOT GO HERE!

Went in to get a flat tire fixed and they literally kept trying to shove two new tires and an alignment that my new car didn’t need. Had to leave with no fix cause they refused to fix a simple flat and they kept shoving their “special deal” down my throat.

I got a 3 year warranty on a job I got done last month, it included 2 tires. One of the tires blew and I went in to get it fixed. I was under the impression that it would be done for free since it was, indeed, under said warranty and I usually go through discount tire for these things and thats how they do it so I thought it would be the same. Of course I expected a small fee to apply, nothing is ever free. They dont have it in stock, which is fine, not the issue at all here. I come back the next day to pick up the tire to change it myself because why wait 3 hours for a job you can do yourself in 20 minutes? Again, since this tire was under warranty I expected it to be free, and it was. However I was blindsided with a $40 dollar fee that included the usual. Waste disposal, parts, tax... Everything looks good except theres a 20+ dollar labor fee. I thought that was a little extraneous especially since I was the one who was gonna be changing it. I feel like that labor fee should have been cut in half and it just feels like they were making the most out of the least possible work. If disposal was part of the labor, why is there a separate fee for it? It felt dirty and Im not sure Ill be coming back here, regardless of warranty.

Guys in the shop are always so nice. No matter what I go in for, theyre kind and respectful. However, the managers attitude and manners are less desirable! Manager never greets us with kindness. Managers there are bad for business.

Do not buy a warranty for tires here or tires for that matter when you go back to get the tire fixed its 6 times the cost of their competitors. It was an additional $60 for a generic tire to redeem the warranty. The last time something happened it was $40 each manager has a different story about the fine print avoid the scam and go somewhere else

I had a horrible experience at this store and would put zero stars if I could. I took my van in to get a tire leak repaired before a road trip. I had my four young children with me, which is never fun. The service rep took my car immediately and appeared to have my best interest at heart. He heard we were leaving on a trip and suggested a review of the car to make sure we were all set, in addition to the tire repair. That seemed like a nice thing to do, so I said yes. Almost 2 hours later (!!!!!) he came to me and suggested a few things. It took them nearly two hours to tell me what was needed, WHAT?!?!!!! He said my oil was dangerously low and my coolant was almost empty and that both needed to be handled right away. I asked about my tire and he said, Oh yeah, we fixed that, no problem. I was told it would take another hour to do the work. All of this sounded strange to me because we had those things checked just a few weeks earlier at another shop when we had a major repair done. With 4 hungry children that were done being in a small room, I declined and said I needed to have my husband bring it back in because this had already taken WAY TOO LONG!!! When they brought the car to me and my keys I heard the service tech mutter She says she has to check with her husband... to the other repair guy. At this point the tech was barely cordial and borderline rude. Then I heard the repair guy say, Sorry.... I didnt know you were waiting for the car! After all that, the tire light came on AGAIN a few hours later. We gave up and took it to our regular repair guy who said the patch was crap, the oil was at 50% and the coolant barely needed to be topped off! I am angry I wasted my time at Big O merely because we bought our tires there and wanted to have them fulfill their guarantee. I feel like they tried to get more $$ out of me by flat out lying to me. Horrible service! Dont GO!!!!

In February I got four new tires for my 4Runner. The service took longer than I thought but the tires were good and customer service was good as well. I brought it in yesterday for an oil change and alignment- again great customer service, all the team were kind and friendly. The service took a bit longer than expected but overall I will be coming back to this location.

We went here on a Saturday and there were so many cars a head of us like 42 he said.. really?..so we made a appointment for Sunday to go back at 12 we were there at 11:30 thinking we could get in early...nope we went and walked around and had lunch then cane back..car still did not go in its now 1:30 so they handed us the bill and said they were sorry for the long wait and did not charge for the oil change! we were happy and surprised. we will go back...they are a good bunch of guys

When I bought my tires from here everything was fine. Bought the warranty as well. But now that I need a replacement, they want to nickel and dime me for everything and then after telling me it would be 3 hours, they tell me they dont have the tire and it would be another 3 hours. Couldnt they have looked up the tire at the beginning and say we dont have this in stock. Wasting my time is worse than telling me they cant do the work.Looks like Im going somewhere else for tires from now on.

Jeff and James are only interested in upselling additional services regardless of if you actually need the service. I paid 1030 dollars for new tires Jeff told me he would include a free alignment inspection, I told him no, I only get this done at the dealership. He told me that they were going to do it anyway because it protects their tires. Mind you, I paid for the tires, theyre mine! He did the inspection anyway and called me up to the desk to advise that I need a 1200 suspension repair, he said that he shook the control arms up and down and they are TOAST, CAPUT, DONE, and that I need to replace them RIGHT AWAY and it will cost 1200 dollars and that it will include an alignment. First off, I was angry that he conducted the inspection after he was told not to I only wanted new tires on my car, I told him again that I only have mechanical work done at the dealership and that I would take my car there for a second opinion. He said they get the same parts we get, I told him no, I just want the tires on my car. He came back about an hour later, and I was expecting him to tell me my car was finished. Instead, he had a new piece of paper waving in his hand. Jeff informed me that I need to get an alignment today. By now, Im really irritated at his continued push to sell more services I just want tires on my car. I sternly stated that there will be no alignment on my car today I already told you that I would take it to the dealership for a second opinion and it makes no sense to pay for an alignment today just to have work done at the dealership and then have to pay for an alignment again, he finally walked away. My car was finally ready 3.5 hours after arriving for my 7AM APPOINTMENT mind you, 3.5 hours to put tires on my car with a scheduled appointment.

Good experience at this location. Professional, polite people. Bought tires and brake job. Coffee, doughnuts, pop corn, water, and I think soda while you wait.It took a bit longer than expected. Brake parts for my year 2000 sedan delivered to the shop were incorrect, twice. Not an uncommon thing to happen. Considering re-deliveries of parts, it was much less waiting time than it might have been, Im guessing somebody motivated the delivery drivers. Much better than having to leave the car overnight!

I usually only bring my car in to have the tires rotated. On 2 separate occasions they broke the cover to my wheels. Didnt mention tell me about it either time. Told me they would replace it after I called them on it the first time and then refused to return my calls and gave me the runaround until they changed ownership 2 months later and then said there was nothing they could do about it.Every time I walk through the door they would try to up-sell me on what services my car needed I would refuse only to then be called an irresponsible car owner. I then called the guy out that I have been working on cars since I was 8yrs old that I know what my car need and what it doesnt please just rotate my tires thats all I came here for.My husband thinking he was a nice guy took my car in for an oil change (without my knowledge) They talked him into doing their diagnostic tests to see what needed to be done. New front breaks (I still have 70% left on them) New spark plugs (which I had changed 4 months prior) new air filter ( I have a reusable one I clean with every oil change) and the list went on and on for over $3000 worth of work that needed to be done- They only had 1 thing correct ( I needed a new cabin filter).Fast forward 4 months comes time for me to do my rear break pads need to be changed ( rear pads were NOT on their list of things to do BTW) I go to get the key to my wheels and it is split open. They broke that and never said a word. I take it to them and the manager replaces it. Great.2 weeks later when I had a chance to do my breaks again and by now it is time for me to change my oil. My drain plug is on so tight I physically can not get it off had my 63 200+ buddy come over and he could hardly get it off- I am sure they thought they could use their air socket on it.Then we go to do my breaks- we get 4 of the nuts off (with EXTREME DIFFICULTY- no way I would have been able to do it if I had to change my tire on the side of the road) before the new key the gave me literally just blossom opens. The Manager then tries to tell me that they set their tools to the manufacture specs, I let me know that I will be back later today and I would like to see if ANY of his guys will be able to take my tires off by hand then. I guarantee that they cant.Big-O-Tires (at least this on on Gilbert and Germann in Chandler, AZ) is full of crooks, liars andincompetent mechanics. I get treated like a second class citizen EVERY TIME I go there! I will NEVER go back! I would rather pay Sams Club to rotate my tires then get my tire rotations done there EVER AGAIN!

The customer service Jeff Gorman (store manager) provided was outstanding. The patience he showed in answering all of my questions demonstrated he really values me as a customer. On top of that I was ready to spend more than I needed to in order to take advantage of the buy two get two free offer and Jeff showed me my two front tires were still in really good condition. I highly recommend this location and especially dealing with Jeff. I was in and out in less than 1 1/2 hrs, pretty good for 4 in the afternoon.

I walked in, met the New Store Manager Mike Williams.The store was very clean and Mike was very helpful.I explained my time frame and it was met with no issues.I even received a courtesy call from the store telling me that my car was ready for pick-up.Upon returning to the store I was very impressed with the way I received a rundown of any extenuating issues.Not only will I continue to bring both my vehicles to The Big O on German in Chandler.I have 2 church vans that will only be repaired under the Management of Mr. Mike Williams.Thank you so very much Big O

I had a wonderful experience at Big O. Jeff Gorman took amazing care of me in the store. And Tyler in the garage did a wonderful job on my car, he had it done in a timely manner and took the time to show me what exactly he did! I would definitely go back to this location for these two gentlemen alone. More people should strive to be as professional and helpful as Jeff and Tyler.

They have always taken really good care of me here. They are very thorough and some may see this as milking the customer, but I am not completely automotive illiterate and they are happy to show me the problems they have found as well as make suggestions for prioritizing repairs.

Very professional crew. Between Jason (store manager) & Aaron (mechanic) I was treated with respect, and my car was taken care of properly in a timely manner. This location is close to my house making it very convenient to use. I recommend not only this location, but the services of Jason & Aaron. Thank you

I called at 1pm on Mon 18th ahead of time to see if it was busy. Guy who picked asked what I wanted and I said an oil change. Guy said there was zero wait time. Asked if I should make an appointment to which he said no there was no need and could get me in and out fast. My husband takes the car there and gives it to them and waits. 2 hrs later car remains untouched with only 2 other cars there. Husband asked for the car back to which the guy asked why. Husband explains they we were told over the phone now over 2 hrs ago that there was no wait. They said they didnt say that and that they were very full (despite that they only had 2 other people there with 2 cars). Husband again asked for the car back because we just couldnt wait anymore. Also asked for the coupon we were using to which they said they all ready threw it away and applied it to the account. Should of trusted my gut and went to Walmart could would of done this faster for the same price. Wont be back.

I had an appointment at 11, I was taking it exactly at 11, and I was on my way home 37 minutes later. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly so I dont even worry about that.

Big O Tires had all my business for my 12 vehicles until the other day. Had a 1 year old tire with less than 2000 miles on it split the tread. They would not warranty it because they blamed my suspension on my vehicle. I said then why arent the other 3 tires on the back are fine, no answer. They dont mind taking your money but when it comes time for a warranty claim theres every excuse not to warranty the tire. With 12 vehicles that all need tires you would think they would warranty a 100.00 tire at their cost to keep a customer. Went to another tire shop and they told me it was a defective tire, I now went back to my mom and pop shop for my tires for my vehicles,seems like they go out of their way to keep you as a customer than some of these big franchise tire companies. kirk

My wife arrived and waited 3 hours to buy one tire because she had taken a bolt into the original. She went Sunday and was told they had to order the tire. She went back today to have the tire replaced. After waiting the 3 hours, she finally had enough and decided to leave. She requested her key back and the service man retrieved her key and hand it to her. She said thank you and the serviceman walked away without so much as a word. She never received the promised phone call confirming the tire was available and we will never enter this shop again.

Came in last minute this morning. James was extremely friendly, I was in quickly and was offered free fresh snacks and a clean waiting room. I would recommend them for service.

Definitely be sure to make an appointment. Dont just walk in.
