Was looking for an honest shop because theyre rare I have been tired of doing it myself. There really isnt anything I have not be able to do, modern computer diagnosis and all. Time is truly a premium and I dont have all day to work on the car like I did at one point in my life. SSC is close to home and had phenomenal reviews so I decided to give them a trial run. Friendly, professional and communicative all along the way. Will certainly be back!

These guys have been great to work with on our vehicles. When we had a repeat issue, they took it back in and did more work to fix it right away with no labor fees. They are in a bit of a strange location but they do great work.

I took my vehicle in for an emissions repair, my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and to top it off, SSC took my vehicle back in for another emissions test, & informed me of a recall list my vehicle was on. Service was friendly and fair. Adam kept me informed throughout the process with estimated completion time and maintenance/repairs seem to be done well. They let me know what was needed and urgent repairs. They also let me know what optional maintenance could wait and keep an eye on. Ill keep coming back to SSC for my maintenance/repair needs.

They did a great job of servicing my AC system. There were no surprises. They kept me informed and completed the work on time. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly.

Dropped my vehicle off Thursday night, spoke with them Friday morning, quick and accurate diagnosis. Didn’t expect to get the vehicle back until Monday at the earliest. I recently had my 20111 Mitsubishi Galant repaired at SSC in Chandler, and cant rave more regarding their professionalism and ability to diagnose and correct the issues that I was having with the car. Initially, had to get a total rebuild of the original engine done back in the fall of 2019 by Arizona Engine Rebuilding (A DIFFERENT COMPANY DONT EVER GO THERE). It was such a bad experience, and terrible work. The car ran horribly, made noises, smelled of fuel, and would not pass emissions. Upon bringing it to SSC, Adam was very understanding and informative. The technicians diagnosed and remedied several problems, and now the car rides, sounds, and feels like new. I enjoy driving it again and decided to keep it for the time being. I recommend SSC with complete faith, and will only go there for repairs in the future.

A little disappointed from a shop that has taken good care of many vehicles for me in the past. Now I feel like I need to double check the shop time quoted to me!I was charged extra time for two service requests. A diesel fuel filter install on a bmw that takes about 40 minutes to actually do including the 10 minute video on how to do it if you have never done it before. I was quoted and charged $252, 1.5 shop hours!Second was a front passenger door lock actuator. Normal shop time is 2.4 hours and I was quoted 3. I did the service with a friend who had torx bits and we did it in 1 hour and 15 minutes and that included us watching the video on how to remove the door panel!I had grown to trust Adam and the crew at SSC. I guess being a repeat customer does not always advantage the customer.

I had an old military trailer that was in need of a wheel bearing replacement. Of course the bearings are not made any more for this particular trailer, I dropped the trailer off to SSC and Adam and his techs were able to locate a set of bearings for the trailer. Adam went above and beyond to locate the bearings and even had to utilize UBER to get the outer bearings delivered. Would highly recommend SSC foe all your automotive repairs.

I dealt with Adam who was very courteous and honest about when the job would be completed. It took a bit longer because of a delay in receiving parts but I was kept abreast of the delay. I would definitely recommend SSC and will return if & when my car needs additional work.

My A/C went out and SSC was able to see me within an hour. They diagnosed my problem, changed my blocked filter, charged the A/C and got it working same day! Great value too.

SSC is a wonderful auto repair. I was looking for somewhere that was trustworthy to take our two Hondas. We found a home! They have told us that one of our cars didnt need much of the work the Honda dealer service shop said we needed. We are willing to drive to get our cars serviced here.

I had to have a fuel pump replaced. Adam gave me worst case scenario price.He then called back to advise some parts did not need replacing and cost was significantly lower.I always feel i get accurate assessments of what actually has to be done.Also provided uber to and fromGreat work at a reasonable price.

I was having a problem with my 2996 Blazer passing the emission station. A battery cable And battery were faulty and while the truck ran fine, the computer would lose all the emission data when it was turned off. SSC replaced the battery and terminals. I took the Blazer to the emissions station and it passed without a problem. Adam was great, he kept me updated of the Blazer’s status. He was very helpful and let me know the repair cost after they diagnosed the problem. Thanks to the guys at SSC.

Brought my very old vehicle in to be looked at for emissions problems. They were thorough with checking it out, had great communication, and were honest about it not being worth the repairs when I was trying to decide to move on or not. They were also great helping me navigate a program that would have helped cover a portion of the cost of repairs.Altogether, I felt they dealt with me honestly and within reasonable time frames and with better than average communication.

Trust SSC for your auto repairs. Not necessarily the least expensive place but the most honest I’ve found in years.They never try to up sell. They tell you what you need, what you will be needing down the road, and what is truly optional. Great work and a great work ethic. Highly recommended.

Took truck in for an alignment and small power steering leak. Batteries died in their parking lot, they handled it. Identified that the stearing gear was leaking, and worked to get it warrantied for me. Absolutely excellent job. Handled all of the curve balls nicely.

Honest mechanics! I took my car in to have the belts replaced. Adam said they checked the my 9-year old belts with 110,000 miles and said they have a few more years in them. This is why Ive been using SSC since they opened there store in Chandler.

I took my MINI cooper in for an inspection prior to selling it. SSC was fast and thorough and found a few items - but told me they were minor enough that they would sell it as rather than put the extra money into it. I found SSC Auto about a year and a half ago after I had a bad experience at another shop. I did research this time before taking my car and they had great reviews. I have taken my car in for several oil changes, timing belt, water pump and flushes (I have 170,000 mi. on my car, which I love). Adam, the manager, is great. Being a woman I dont feel that he takes advantage, always very respectful. They are very fair in pricing and have always come in at or below prices quoted. I will never take my car to another shop. As always the service was great. Work was done in a timely fashion and car runs great. Had suspension work done which I am sure no one ever wants to do. It is expensive so if you want it done right and on time this is the garage to trust.

I am very pleased with the service and integrity of this auto repair shop. I had my front brakes and rear struts replaced and a transmission flush done on my Civic. I left very happy knowing that I was truly taken care of and was quoted a very affordable price by very friendly and professional staff.Another thing that happened- I took my car to another shop for a basic oil change. They called me letting me know that my car was finished and ready to be picked up. They also told me that 5 different fluids were dangerously low and that my engine was going to catch on fire. I decided to take my car into SSC Auto Repair to get a second opinion and after their technician looked at it, told me that everything was perfectly fine.I absolutely trust SSC with my vehicle and will not be taking it to any other place.Thank you guys for all of your honesty, because that is so rare to find these days!

I received an offer in the mail from this shop for an oil change/tune up so I decided to stop by and give it a shot. I walked in right when they opened at 8 am. I was immediately greeted and helped in a very friendly manner. I was also informed that it might be 45 min to 1 hr due to an appointment arriving soon which I completely understood (Im not the type of person that shows up unannounced and expect everyone to drop everything theyre doing to take care of me). Regardless as soon as I handed my keys over they hooked up my car and went to work. About 30 min after they explained to me some things that should be done with the car and what could wait which I appreciated and did not push to sell unnecesssary services. Shortly after that car was all finished and I was on my way. Highly recommend this shop and greatly appreciate their help. I will be back for my future car needs.

I went to SSC Auto repair to get some car work done and loved them. Well, then I was pressed for time and went somewhere else for a quickie oil change. The result was two weeks later my check oil light was coming on and off. I have a little one that is in my car all the time and I called SSC Auto Repair again as soon as the light came on. I called on a Friday, they were obviously slammed. Adam agreed to take a look even though they were so busy and gave me a ride back to my office. After inspecting the car they told me a seal hadnt been put back on properly causing an oil leak and that triggered the light. They fixed it and refused to charge me (even though Id fessed up about going somewhere else for the oil change.). I tried to insist on paying for their time and was told no, just go to them for my oil changes in the future and it would be appreciated. I was stunned. You just dont get customer service like that anymore. Adam, and SSC Auto Repair are now stuck with me as a customer for life. Sorry this is so long, but I just had to share😊

I have been going to this shop for many many years and I always been very happy especially for a woman where many mechanics take advantage; but not here they really take care of and show what really has to be done and the prices.
