Tiffany was wonderful- she listened to what our 15 yo son wanted in his bedroom and then worked with us to complete a total makeover. We purchased furniture she selected paint colors and recommended layout. He’s a minimalist so did pick out just a few pieces of art and decorations to fill out the room. He loves it! Glad we could get him quality furniture that can go with him in a few years as he gets an apartment.

The last two years I have worked with Jill W at Ethan Allen in Chandler. She has expertise and a flair for making a home go from blah to stunning! I love working with Jill while sharing ideas and vision for a particular room. She is professional and someone who will carry out a project in a timely manner. Jill W. is the best of the best!

Customer service was great until the floor mirror was delivered without the tip restraint kit. They didn’t offer to ship it to me or anything. I had to drive all the way out to the EA location (45 min drive) to pick it up when it should have been delivered (we paid $199 for delivery) with the mirror.

DJ Burron is a fantastic Designer and Consultant. She has assisted me on numerous occasions over many years and the results are a resounding spectacular. She gets me in regards to the style of my home and how each room will be used. She is cognizant of my budget, my opinions and directs me to solutions that we are both overwhelming pleased with. I will continue using DJ as my go to designer.

Worked with DJ, who gave 100% on design, on point suggestions of pieces. She offered opinions and was honest about our choices and her thoughts on them. Her skill with the Ethan Allen room modeling software was impressive and that tool was very helpful. But it was by and far her customer service and deep knowledge of the Ethan Allen product line up that made our ongoing home decorating a success. We have additional projects that we will be utilizing DJ and Ethan Allen for. As a younger person it was nice to find that Ethan Allen has an aesthetic range covering a wide range of looks. The quality of the pieces weve purchased is excellent.

What I am most dissatisfied about is that the delivery date changes several times once you order. With a deposit requested to place the order, you are stuck -- no cancellations (also no returns). So feeling a bit hostage with the purchase: I can walk from thousands down or sit and watch the delivery date move out another month. I was told max of 12 weeks. First it was pushed a month and then pushed another month. Over the wait I have found many similar options of same or better quality with a 1 to 3 week delivery. Had I known of wait, I would have looked elsewhere. Be sure you are willing to wait a half a year + if you purchase from them. Transparency to customer would help this company. And yes to other reviewer: if you buy it, it is yours...even if they damage it on delivery. No cancellation and no returns....no servicing the customer. Its about sales at the showroom.

Over the last year we purchased several rooms worth of furniture. Recently we purchased a 9x12 beautiful area rug for the living room and a chair-and-a-half sleeper with an air mattress and electric pump. We couldnt be more pleased with our purchases and with the designers with whom we worked. Happy to recommend Ethan Allen.

HOWEVER- YOUR inexperienced delivery service SEVERELY damaged my new leather sofa (multiple scratches and a large tear,” and Ethan Allen will only “Repair it,” rather than replace the expensive custom sofa?? This is not the case with Restoration Hardware, a company that has OUTSTANDING customer service.

Great quality furniture and delivery was as promised. However, being ignored by service regarding a minor issue ruined the experience. I’m disappointed, but would purchase from Ethan Allen again, and withhold partial payment until any issues were resolved.

Our couch took a few weeks but arrived when promised and exceeded our expectations regarding quality.We purchased a pull out sofa and absolutely love it and took full advantage of the ease it offers when having family over.We highly recommend Ethan Allen to all furniture shoppers who are seeking quality above all.

Loved our experience shopping here! Sharman was our consultant and she did a fantastic job. We never felt pressured or rushed and she helped us every step of the way. We had our showroom table delivered and it looks even better than it did on the floor. Im obsessed with it. We ordered chairs that are still being made and I have high hopes for those as well. Great experience all around and well definitely be going back to Sharman next time we want to add something new to our house.

Beautiful furniture in hard to find maple that is high in quality and design. It is pricey, but worth it.

Both sales designer (Jill) and store manager (Ann) were professional and pro-active in working with me to arrive at an amicable resolution. Customer service is measured on the buying experience, etc., but equally as important is how an issue is resolved after said purchase. I had a wonderful experience. I had no idea where to start when we bought our empty vacation home. The designer was so helpful, she came out to the house and really helped pull together ideas. I know when you custom order furniture it takes a longer, however, it is worth it. We will enjoy this furniture for many years. I love everything we did, now we are starting on the windows - I cant wait!

We went to Ethan Allen to find furniture for our new home in Chandler, needing to fill our family room and dining room. We met Jill Workman, one of their interior designers, and weve been working with her since May 2018. She has been a pleasure to work with! She helped design a warm, beautiful and comfortable space for my husband and I. She listens to us, provides excellent advice, but also works with my questions and concerns. I dont feel pushed into choosing things, or making decisions before Im comfortable. She is professional and always willing to help with anything we need. We highly recommend her and the Ethan Allen store in Chandler, AZ.

We were helped by Debra, she was very pleasant and helpful. This was for us to reupholster our existing Ethan Allen sofa and side chairs. There price was better than other local upholstery shops and they are going to come and get it and deliver it for no additional charge. We have owned these pieces for more than 20 years and they still are in excellent shape. You only get what you pay for. Well worth the original cost and the added expense of having them redone.

Excellent quality furniture, nice showroom and experienced designer assistance. The designer you work with will even come to your home and do an on-site consultation for no extra charge.

BEWARE...high prices, low quality, TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered a $3000 sofa on 11/29/14. It was delivered 01/31/15. Delivery service was in and out in under 5 minutes giving me no real chance to inspect it. I called Ethan Allen about 15 minutes later. The couch had no real support at the ends of the couch so if you sat near the arms you sat at an angle with the cushion several inches in the air in the center. There was a large patch of very rough leather on one arm and the couch literally STANK. The chemical smell was almost overpowering. I was told they would send someone out to review the situation. It took 3 weeks before that happened. The person that came out acknowledged all 3 complaints were valid and said someone would call to arrange to have it picked up for repair. After several calls on my part they finally scheduled a pickup for 3/10/15. They never showed and never called. When I called to complain I was assured that the store manager would look into it and call me back. Instead, I got a call from their delivery service wanting to schedule another pickup. After almost a month and a half the chemical smell has diminished but is still quite noticeable when you enter the room. And I am still without a couch I can use and still waiting for these folks to live up to live up to their promises. Think twice about dealing with this company. I wish there was a rating lower than one star but thats all the system would accept.
