Happen to stop by to check out the mattresses, which I was in need of for a house I just bought and didn’t have one to move over. With that being said I was greeted by Frank, the most friendliest person and was provided with the best customer service. Explained to him the kind of mattress I was wanting, let him know my budget. Frank did everything to show me around and trying out different mattresses and keeping me within my budget. He went over the top, and I plan to go back and buy another mattress for the spare room from him. When you visit the store, ask for Frank. He is off Thursday-Friday. Thank you Frank!

I will add I have been sleeping on air mattress in new apt as I wait for delivery so no update on delivery is just bad business.Wait and wait nothing so I call customer service and was directed back to store. The process completely archaic. Call store of course need to call me back later. Never again Mattress Firm. Simple update on progress of delivery is all customers want.While Frank was beyond knowledgeable and a superstar the company and delivery just terrible. At last, finally getting a good night sleep. Previously we had tried mattresses from two different on-line companies but kept waking up with back pain. Last Saturday my wife & I went to this Mattress firm and worked with Chris. We got our new mattress, the Serta iSeries 300, 2 days later. We have had for 1 week and not once have we woken up with back pain. I can’t tell you what a relief it is to finally get a good night sleep and not wake up in pain.
