They are always stocked! They carry a lot of fun and trendy products that are affordable. They have everything else you could need - or didn’t know ya need ;) Unlike cosmo prof. - who is super expensive, never stocked, with rough customer service. Very kind and helpful women work here. Found my PROFESSIONAL ONLY beauty supply store. Will always shop here.

This is my favorite pro shop to walk into, the girls are invested in my hair journey and are super supportive. They go to any lengths to recommend great products and answer any hair questions I have. Ive been struggling to keep moisture in my hair and I wish I remembered her name but she recommended this caviar moisture mask and my hair definitely feels like it getting back on the right track. Thank you girls for your support and advice, you will see me again real soon.

Im a local Salon Owner with 14 employees. Was checking the hours for today & saw the low star rating. Please dont give it any weight. All The Customer Service Ladies are absolute delight! I have been coming to this store 10 years and have never had bad experience. I even get a much appreciated call when the lines I use are on sale. The only people that ever complain are the once that are trying to brake the rules & are being unreasonable. I watched challenging situation being handled with much more grace I would have had. 5 stars all the way around & Thank you!

I am a licensed cosmologist. The staff was nice. They were discontinuing the Nioxin line. They do carry the other brands and items I needed.

This morning I stopped in after a chiropractic appointment next door to inquire if they had a hair curling product my hairdresser used on my hair Saturday. I was asked if I had a cosmetology, hair, or acestertian license. I do not and acknowledged they could not sell their products to me. However, they refused me to look at the hair styling section and would not answer my simple question about the tool on my hair because I did not have a license; basically I had to leave.....Wow! How rude....I will phone mt hair salon and find out the product name from them and advise them not to step foot in this place....

They were out of a lot of what I needed. Very nice staff.

Great variety of pruducts..beyond disgusting costumer service...return policy fair however they will make you feel like you are doing wrong for returning a perfectly seal product and receipt on hand...manager place example of pathetic business courtesy
