The store is bright, organized, always have the product needed. well merchandised with new, refreshing product for all hair types regularly. staff is always helpful and transparent. convenient location w/parking at the store and other popular stores nearby. Kristen is especially a great part of that stores staff and big reason I shop there
The guy who helped me was actually really nice AND patient (as Im sure I asked more questions than most since Im not too familiar w/the store & ESPECIALLY beauty products), quickly helping me find what I needed, answering my questions in good detail & also giving some good advice w/a couple alternatives to save $ instead...And it looks like I dodged a bullet w/who was working that day. FYI, it was late afternoon on a Saturday (July 3rd)
The Woman set aside perm rods etc. For me. Though when I left after purchase had no papers. Still at the register inside; I knocked on window,I have know papers! Cant perm without them. She said no, Im closed,I did enough for you today.
Talk about not even feeling welcome in the store. The two ladies couldn’t have cared less that I was even there. When I asked about a product line and if they carried it, she said “I’m not sure but there is another beauty supply down the road”.. 😳 i left out of shock
I worked here for only a month. Couldnt stand the ladies I worked with. All super rude and very unhelpful. I didnt know much about the hair care stuff and everytime I asked for help, never got it so customers were upset with me. I was sick one time because of the stress this job caused me and called out, and the manager then began to berate me FOR BEING SICK. I quit the next day.
I walked in, was greeted by no one. The two people there looked busy and gave me no time of day. Offered no help. I walked around and googled what I needed to dye my hair. Grabbed those products and went to the counter. The lady rung me out and didn’t speak a word. Also didn’t hand me the receipt. I went home, then proceeded to dye my hair. Hair dye didn’t work. Turns out the developer I bought wasn’t the right one to activate the dye. The lady let me buy the wrong developer. The dye didn’t work. I spent $50 on hair products to dye my hair and turned out with blonde hair. Went to a different Sally’s and was greeted at the door and offered help right away. She informed me of the developer needed, the dyes that don’t need it and let me know to call the Sally’s I went to and let them know what happened. I called here and let them know and the manager didn’t apologize or sound concerned or anything. She said there’s nothing she can do and it is what it is.
I called to do a curbside pickup and the girl that answered just really had a bad attitude. I don’t ever leave reviews but I felt the way she was talking was uncalled for. I understand it’s probably annoying with everything going on, but you can still be personable! All I wanted was a little help to know if the product would do the job and she kept repeating herself saying she “wasn’t going to give recommendations” when all I was asking is if it would get the job done. Should definitely work I’m trying to make people feel helped a little more.
Look, I know things are tough right now. But if you are going to remain open and only assist over the phone, have better customer service. Yesterday the girl was so lazy in my opinion. Didnt really want to help me. Told me to go online and make a wishlist but wouldnt actually help me knowing thats what I needed. I had questions. Just because your doors are closed doesnt mean you give horrible customer service. If it were me, I would be thankful I even am working. Because right now people arent and I wouldnt look at it like an excuse to just do minimal work.

I went in looking to find something different to use on my eyebrows and for some false lashes. The woman who helped me was Nancy and she could not have been more helpful. She directed me to a brow pomade and even let me know that the colors run dark. We decided i should try a lighter color than needed and it was perfect! She also told me which lashes to try and helped me find the right glue. Im so happy with what she helped me find. Even though this store is further from where i live than others i will keep going to this one just because she was so helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you Nancy!

They have many more ethnic products than any of the other Sallys Beauty Ive been to. They also had the complete line of the Naturalicious product I had been searching for and placed it on hold for me. All the other Sallys I called either had 2 from the line or didnt have it at all. The workers at this Sallys Beauty were very nice and helpful not only over the phone but also inside as well. They may be 10 min out of my way, but I will definitely be back.

This past Sun in the afternoon, I asked a worker if I could return a hair product, which I bought 2 days ago. and she with very bad aptitude told me no. I had to buy again to get the offer of Shopping one and the other free. Previously I went with American friends, they return the product and then buy to get the offer and no one said or questioned anything ... I thought it was inopportune to do it in this way .. so choose to ask ... but the result It was, that I win the anger and bad actitude of the seller....Probably she feels that she is doing her job ... She could have told me that you can not ... I think it was not necessary to be rudely free.I dont come back to this store.
Very friendly staff. Always offering assistance. They always have the products I need. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I used to be employed at this location and I hated every moment of it. My coworkers were horrendous and rude to everyone, including me. Every day I was there I couldnt wait until my two weeks were up so I could finally leave. Whenever there was a small moment that made me think of reconsidering quitting, my coworkers would do something that made me feel like I shouldnt be there at all. My coworkers dont know how to treat anyone good and love to swear as well. I strongly recommend to anyone thinking about going here to go to a different location. Worst place I have ever been!

I’ve had good service and really nasty for no reason of mine. Service. I think what it could be is this location gets the freshly graduated beauty schoolers, I went to beauty school and I was working full time for the state courts, right after work 4 nights a week and all day on saturdays I was in that place. I’d be pissy Too if I was made to do hours to be able to graduate??? I don’t know this is just a hunch on my part. If this is part of it they probably don’t get paid just like In school. Honest to god I dropped out before the state board test. I knew this was not going to be a career for me. Beauty school dropout LOL.
I wonder If they are trained to be nasty to a customer. I never felt welcomed, the funny part is that, when u r about to pay, they ask if u have a Sally card, hello? Why do I need their store card when they have unfriendly environment? I spend my money at Wal-Mart next door.
The clueless girl didnt know what a Denman Brush was. So I left. Hire some folks that know the stores products. SMH...

Good customer service and a clean store
I have been goIng to this Sally’s for over a decade and recently I have decided to switch locations and shop for my hair care essentials anywhere but this sallys! The new employees at this location have been rude to me the past 3 times I have went into this store, the first time I went in and they rushed meOut and I was supposed to receive a free item for renewing my beauty rewards membership and the woman who was checking me and out and her friend failed to explain to me I could pick out anything I wanted in the store and just threw a useless product into my bag and gave me dirty looks, then last night I had to do a return and was going to purchase quite a few things after the return was complete. The same rude woman from months ago checked me out and was literally arguing with meabout me buying the products there when I clearly explained to her that they weren’t bought separately but they were a gift pack and was on my receipts. She wouldn’t give meThe timeOf day, she then said she couldn’t return anything because it was out of the 60 day time frame. I made her check my receipt and it clearly showed the date was within the 60 days and even if it wasn’t there return policy says they will return items there for the lowest advertised price if it’s after 60 days? I don’t know what her problem is but they seriously need new employees before they have to close there store like so many ofThe other businesses around them! The woman with the green hair was nice to me though ! Until the African American woman that was her manager I believe started being rude to me then she just kind of watched ! Anyways! Don’t go here if you need any kind of recommendations they don’t know what they are talking about ! I’ll post a pic of my orange hair to prove it !
Literally just walked in & walked out. Associates are in the back talking & laughing. I wasnt greeted nor did anyone come ask me if I need help. If I was the manager of this location I would really look into who I have working in my store. I dont care if its 8:43. At least try to act like you care about your job.
The employees there are knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of various hair care and cosmetology products at reasonable prices!

Nancy was the one who greeted me when I walked in she was very short and rude when I asked where an item was. Then when I asked about a coupon I found online the only response she gave me when I asked how to use it was- I dont know. Youll just have to click on it! The customer service was horrendous.
The staff is very friendly but Sally Beauty isnt the best beauty supply store. so many others that actually cater to more than one need.
Staff was quick and impatient, overlooked necessary membership update to receive discounts, and store advertisements regarding promotions placed in a misleading manor - will absolutely never come back to this location.
The products, mostly, are not organic or natural, and they are not very good.
Ok the cashiers follow you around the store if your of African American descent due to prior thefts so uncomfortable
