LOVE LOVE LOVE this store. I used to shop online a lot here and then I found out they were in Phoenix and I was able to go into the store!! GAME CHANGER!! They have the best selection of stencils, stamping plates, and polish! Everything to step up you nail game!! They even have a little area they can teach you different techniques! Love it!!

Wow! This place is great. If you are into nails, you have to check this place out. Its mostly for nail stamping but they have a decent supply of polish. They do have gel polish and some kiara sky dip powder. They have an amazing array of stamping plates and decals. You can order online but its great to see it in person. Not to mention they will teach you how to stamp. I love this place. Ive always had great customer service and the products are legit. By the way I am not a nail artist, I just like playing around with my nails so, ive posted some pics of my nails done with products from Whats Up. Yeah I am a dog lover so these nails reflect that.

I shop here often, most days the customer service is good. Last week I purchased multiple dip powders, got home to realize I had purchased a duplicate. Drove an hour to the store only to be told I was unable to exchange the unused dip powder because I did an exchange in the past. Their refund/exchange policy states as follows We are a small company and we pride ourselves in quality products and customer satisfaction. If the item is unused and for any reason you are unhappy with the product, we will gladly process a return or an exchange within the first 30 days. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere. As a business owner myself, my buisness relies on providing honest customer service in which this company has failed in. There are way too many competitors in this industry to provide less than satisfactory service.

Staff was helpful to my wife. They have some impressive inventory of supply. Would have been 5 stars.. with exception of client experience. If you have a product line you sell, an dont have a color or type thats offered. Offer to order it in for your customer.. would be a sale won not a loss when you say sorry we dont have that one... an walk away

If you are really into quality nail polish that is not found in big box stores, this is the place to go. I had always wanted polish from brands like Starrily but was hesitant to buy it online without being able to see it in person. They have an amazing selection of specialty polish. They also have so many stamping plates. They have swatches of every nail polish labeled for you to look at instead of a printer picture of the color that may not be accurate.Every employee Ive come across here has been very friendly and helpful. I like that they dont follow you around the store, but are attentive if you ask questions.I will say this may not be a great place if you are not really into nail art. I could see someone who only uses sally hansen getting confused at the prices. This is like the williams sonoma of nail art stores. The prices are about what youd find online. Amazon does not have these polishes, these are truly specialty brands.If you are a nail art junkie, youll be excited when you find that they still have stock of products others have sold out on!I hope this place stays here for years to come because I love it!

This store is wonderful! I first found them online and then was so happy to see they had a physical location. Now they have a great store in Chandler mall, right across from the Barns and Noble. This store has all of the colors, polishes, stamping plates, and nail tools you could ever need. The owner Lena and her staff are so kind and helpful and will demonstrate how the products work so you know exactly what you’re getting. Awesome for people new to nail polish, experts at nail art, and everyone in between. Can’t wait to go back!

I love this place! (Also Im obsessed with nail polish and nail art, so if you are too, this is heaven) You can actually see the colors and products irl and that makes a huge difference. Plus they are always very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Ive been to this store several times and have never had anything but great customer service. At one of my visits I needed a specific nail stamping plate and the person who helped me truly went the extra mile, going through back stock and ultimately finding what I needed. I use and love the Whats Up Nails plates and products, but having a place to buy products from international companies that normally have a $10-18 shipping fee is amazing.

I love watching Simply Nailogical and always wanted to try polishes that she uses in her videos but never couldnt find them in stores. This week I was walking the Chandler Mall with a friend and saw this store and I found tons of polishes and nail art tools including FUN Lacquer that I was dying to try! The shop assistants were very friendly and one girl with short hair taught me how to do stamping which was really cool and easy to do! I bought a starter stamping kit and 3 nail polishes and I already get many compliments on my nails. Cant wait to come back, it is like heaven for people who loves doing nails!

I love this store. I love me some nail polish and this is the place to get it. Theyve got good prices and a huge selection of not just polish but stamping plates, water decals, vinyls and more. I love that they carry brands from other countries as it makes is so much easier to get it right away. My first ever order was online but now everytime I make it out to Chandler I have to stop in.

I had heard about Whats Up Nails from a friend that was looking for something new to try. I went to check them out, and they had tons of cool stuff (stamping plates, polish, powders, stickers, etc). I think I spent about an hour just looking around before I made my purchase. The girls that work there were really nice, knowledgeable, and very willing to show/explain how to use the products. Ill definitely be back to check out the nail powders. There were only 2 small downsides which were that the store was not very easy to find, and some of the products were a bit expensive.

If you are into nails, this is the place to go! So many items packed into this location, you can easily spend a couple hours here trying to see everything. A great selection of brands to chose from their house brand, maniology, color club, femme fatale, and more. I was planning an order online but then saw their store was in Arizona, and I was a week away from a vacation to Arizona. So glad I made the trip to the store. Great staff, very helpful and fun to chat with. If you have a chance to go, do it. A nice opportunity to see some indie polish brands Ive only seen online. Visited the store yesterday. I loved it!!!! Reading the reviews a day before left me uncertain if I wanted to go there. But I gave it a chance. I walked in looking around and had no one follow me but was asked if there is anything I was looking for specifically. I told them I was just looking. I never felt uncomfortable at all in the store. As a matter of fact, they were working with a mother/daughter on how to stamp nails which I thought was so cool. I purchased several items I was wanting. Being from out of state and visiting in that area I have no regrets shopping there at all. I definateltly would shop in the store again. I also will continue shopping with them on-line. Only brick and mortar store where you can get indie maker nail polishes and supplies! I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I just wish they had more stock and werent so far from where I live.

Took my youngest daughter here on the recommendation of my nail tech due to the many polishes and nail art supplies for her to do her nails at home. We left with glitter and nail polishes and nail decals and were grateful for the people working who gave her instructions on how to use their products. Will be back!

Found this place searching for spider gel, and drove 20 miles to see if they had it ( tried to call got recording, ) anyhow no worries, got there and felt like a kid in a candy shop, and the girls were amazing and so extremely helpful even found me a plate that I wanted except said it wasnt there anymore she went looking and found it..( awesome ) Even though they dont carry the spider gel ( hope they will soon ) I got a few things that I just couldnt live without !! 😁 Thanks for a awesome experience I will be shopping here a lot more now that I know a place exists that I can drive to instead waiting for the mail ..Theresa ....

Found the store through a google search. Saved me from ordering online and paying shipping for the peel off base coat I was looking for. The young woman there was very helpful and friendly. Online photos do not do some polishes justice. Cant wait to go back!

Trying to improve lmao what a joke. I tested out the reviews and its true they really do follow you. Like honey, you dont get paid enough to care about people stealing polishes. Anyway, the products are overly expensive and very uncomfortable to browse the store with little girls watching every move. First time there and will not be going back due to unprofessional staff being on the phone when I went up to purchase.

So I’m not sure why this store has received these crazy reviews, this store and the staff are AMAZING! For the people who don’t actually know ( and I have been shopping with them online and since the Ray Rd location) the products and polishes that are sold here are a little more on the pricey side because they get shipped from ALL OVER THE WORLD.These are not your normal $3 polishes at Walmart that the staff doesn’t care if it gets stolen, they care! This store is a small business and they support other small polish businesses. This is not Sally’s, Ulta or any other big company that can just order you something because they don’t sell it. What they have in store is already special and if they can get a product in stock, they will let you know. The women (not girls) are very knowledgeable and have a passion for nail art and I appreciate their time and kindness every time I walk in the store. Thank you Whats Up Nails for existing! :)

I just left this store and felt so uncomfortable looking at the products that I have to leave a review for anyone else who comes here. Know that you will be followed around the store especially if you stay there for a few minutes looking at your options. I dont understand why do such a thing to a customer. That was my FIRST impression of this store and Im very disappointed at the fact that some teenage girls thought Id steal their products. Its like hello sweetie, I would of spend thousands of dollars here but now I wont.

This was an online order. Great variety of products. I loved what I had to choose from however, I ordered my products mid October. It is now, almost the end of November and I still havent received my products. I sent an Email Nov 9th regarding my order and received a pre-written response stating it could take UP TO 12 days. I sent an Email again today, and received the exact same pre written response which said the same thing. I will not be ordering online anymore and it would be nice to get a different response than what I have received.
