This used to be my absolute most favorite Cosmo prof to visit. Literally every single staff member was accommodating and very personable. The new manager of this store lacks customer service skills like you wouldn’t believe, is very unpersonable, and quite frankly makes me not want to shop at this location until management changes over again.EDIT**I decided to try the same day online delivery to avoid having to even drive to the store and I have been blown away. I’ve ordered twice now and both times had an amazing experience from ordering to delivery. What’s nice about ordering online is they have EVERYTHING in stock so there’s no irritating running around to 3 different locations to find that one thing you need by tomorrow. I HIGHLY suggest using this service.The only thing to be mindful of is placing your order BEFORE 1pm to receive same day delivery. Today I received my order less than an hour after placing it.

Literally my favorite Cosmoprof to visit ♡ everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The store is clean and taken care of. I will go out of my way to go to this location because I love it so much!

Not happy with customer treatment and limited supply of aesthetic & wax products.

Best experience I’ve had at a cosmoprof EVER. All of the girls were nice but Janet was incredibly helpful we asked her probably 20 questions. She helped us find the best shears possible and even wrote my name and mu never down for a blade that isn’t in stock yet but will be next month to let me know. I will only go to this cosmoprof from now on! Thank you Janet!

Beauty supply stores seem to be hit-and-miss as far as brands and specific products go but this place is as close as Ive seen to having exactly what Im looking for every time. The store was fairly well-organized and the staff was fantastic - helpful and friendly. This isnt the closest beauty supply to where I live but it was definitely worth the drive.

I’ve been a customer here over 2 yrs & I’m over it. I’m not sure what I did specifically to this one employee that works there, Christina, but she is not friendly. She acts so put off and so annoyed by my presence that I never enjoy going there, the only reason I go is to buy one specific brand, however Ive decided to take my business to a different location where I’m valued and not treated like my money isn’t welcomed.

They usually have what I need. Associates there are really nice

The cashier was a wonderful lady that helped me to pick up the right products for my hair.

Everytime I go in this store they never have anything in Stock and its always a mess. Most importantly customer service is really bad....I notice they hand pick who they want to acomedate and actually be helpful to. Dont understand that. This location is close to my house and so its convenient for me but from know on I will be going to the Cosmoprof in Gilbert they have much better customer service its clean and theyre always stalked...what happened to u you guys seriously?

You have to have an account to purchase anything here. They turn their nose up at the general public. Lame.

The store was closed at 3:30 PM on Sunday but their hours say 12-4🤷‍♀️

The *gentleman* before me, rated them just one star because you had to have an account with them to purchase anything. This store is for LICENSED professionals only. There are products and tools in there that are not able to be purchased by the general population for a reason. GOOGLE, please review his negative review as it is irrelevant
