Levi, Levi, Levi. This guy knows customer service. I had a great experience here just because of him. He found the movie and the speaker i was looking for. He had to travel to the backroom to find it however, it was nice that in this world of being short-handed he still went out of his way to give me a personalized experience. If only the world had more of what Levi has. Thank you Levi and thank you Best Buy for employing the best.

This store is well organized and seemed pretty stocked. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly. I came into get a SPen for my Galaxy Book 2, but was told the one for a Note, probably wouldnt work. I was advised to go on Amazon to look for one where it would be cheaper. Why would an employee send me to the competitor? I eventually went to the one in Ahwatukee where I was told it would work. I am a proud owner of a SPen. Note to Management: Train employees to keep business in house. I am not a fan of Amazon after 3 failed shipments. I would love to keep Best Buy in business.

Typical Best Buy you come in and tell them your budget and the sales person steers you right to everything OVER your budget. I came into BB because a friend wanted aTV and mounting kit. I normally dont fool with them based on my past experiences. We are in a new town having recently relocated so I gave it another try. I was able to reaffirm my belief that BB sales people are only trying to get you to purchase high end products. We finally got the sales person to show us TVs that fit our budget. He did so grudgingly to me...We brought a mounting kit but took it back when we found one over 80 dollars cheaper on Amazon. We inquired about a sound bar and again we stated our budget. As we were shown different system I did a Consumer Report inquiry on Google...the bar they said was affordable was not even being carried. The next generation was but, we were not shown that one either. This is why I do not fool with Best Buy

Love the products but their sales people need to be more informed on the products they are selling. FYI You MUST set up your Sonos Roam thru WIFI first BEFORE you can use your speaker via Bluetooth. You can’t just take it out of the box and connect Bluetooth. Also I was reading this product on Sonos website and ppl can’t seem to use it Bluetooth at work or away from home so making it useless to take on camping trips or anything away from home. 👎👎👎👎Booooooo!! I’m so disappointed

Very friendly and helpful associates, well stocked and organized inventory, lots of great deals. Only drawback was the extremely loud ongoing construction on their roof. The constant drilling, whirling, banging, and clanking from above, was very annoying and at times very cringing when the sounds made were metal grinding against metal.

Terrible training of associates. Im no longer proud to say I worked at Best Buy for 12 years. The sales associates had no idea of what they were talking about. They had no idea how to help with Best Buy for Business. We were looking to spend $100k on products for a business and Ill be more than happy to take our business elsewhere. Very disappointed!

I love Bestbuy. Electronics of the best type. I have bought Dyson air purifier fan and heater, cannon rebel t7 camera, Honeywell tower fan, and laptop and printer over the course of 4 years and they are great. All working well. Great place, and great employees. No complaints. Im sure not all bestbuys are as good as Chandler AZ but overal, this place is A okay with me.

I have been using Best Buy for over 20 years and the Chandler store was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Manager on Duty (Dave-Geek Squad shirt) did not even try to assist, was rude, non caring and was more interested in going home than try and help. Our TV went out and since Best Buys website states Curbside pickup ready within the hour I skipped going to my local Walmart and ordered on line at 6:30pm so pickup would be before store closed at 8:00pm since I live over an hour away I arrived at 7:45pm and order not ready. I went inside and was told that it is stuck in the system (was told happens all the time). Said can wait another day (not an option, live too far away) or cancel the sale and buy then. The manager on duty (Dave - had black Geek Squad Shirt) looked at screen for 5-10 seconds and said cant cancel its on credit hold and must be because of my credit! (said out loud while others in line so was kind of saying I was a dead beat!). I asked for him to call someone, like IT help desk to cancel or Best Buy Credit to help fix (I was not over my limit, nor late and have had for many years so I knew it was a mistake) but he just stepped back and said he can not call anyone to help and said I would just need to come back tomorrow after I could sort it out and then he walked away!!!!!!! Now lights being shut off while I am still in the store so I have the original guy just sell me the tv as a new sale, I used my Best Buy charge account and sale went through immediately! (so out the window due to my credit, Dave... thank you very much!). I then called Best Buy customer service and they were able to cancel my order for pickup, as i knew they could of done for Dave, if he would of took the time and cared about Customer Service, which clearly he, the Store or Corporate does not anymore as I even turned in what happened to Customer Care Corporate and didnt seem to care and simply said I need to take more of my time and go onto the website and send a message to the store about my experience???!!!??? So simply, Corporate doesnt care about the customer, the service they received not value the customer anymore!!!! Best Buy has done a complete 180 on what I thought they believed!

Worst experience Ive ever had at BB. Ordered an item online and was notified that it was ready for pickup at the San Tan mall location. Went to the store and was told someone marked it picked and then cancelled the order because they couldnt find it. Was sent to Chandler location because they had it and would hold it. Once I got there they wouldnt let me have it because it wasnt picked yet (cashier went and got it himself, but the pickers hadnt scanned it). Had to wait another 20 min so he could release it to me. Ridiculous situation and I was mad about the gas and time I wasted because of an in-stock item that took 24hrs, 2 stores and 40 min total waiting to get.

Good place to buy electronics. My husband got me irobot Rumba S9 and Brava jet m6. Not worth the price and hustle. Keep trying to map the house but ended stuck behind door or beside the bed. Its also loud that make our puppies barking all night when we tried to use it at night so we have clean floors the next day. Its also took more than 2 hours to vacuum our house which manually I can do it for 30 minutes. Its also missing many spots. After 23 days trying, we return it.We thought the refund is under 30 days so we return it to store. NOPE! You only get refund in 15 days return. So make sure you work that things before those days. We end up with gift card store which is fine because we need a new vacuum for our floors.

We bought an oven here and it was supposed to be delivered 3 days later. Between them canceling the order multiple times, not having anyone show up, and then bringing a damaged oven (this was the 4th delivery attempt in the past month), we still have not gotten it. And to top it off the damaged over, which was never even taken off the truck, has to be exchanged now and they won’t even schedule us for another 2 days! And the customer service has been garbage. What should’ve been a 3 day event has turned into a month long process.

Was refused entry because I would not wear a face muzzle. I was also told they are required by all retail which is flat out not true. There are no such requirements in AZ anymore and I would recommend updating your employees that this is a store/company policy. I went across the street to Target and purchased what I needed with no face muzzle required. Will be going to target from now on instead of Best Buy.

Clean, decent, the selection of movies are limited because they are never stocked just like walmart, and you can never find prices on anything because nothing is ever in its right place or labeled properly. But for what it does have its nice. And the employees are helpful.

I came in the store to purchase a keyboard. After entering the store r I was greated by NO ONE. I found a clerk playing on a computer and asked directions. He unformed me to go to the rear of the store, where I did not fjndmy item. After about 15 minutes of looking I interrupted a clerk and again asked directions. I was told again to go to the same place, where I finally found 1 item, but f it was not designed for mutable. After spending another 10 minutes I gave up, went home and ordered it on Amazon.

Nice store, you will get immediate attention from customer agents. The store purchase, curbside pick up is available. Inside store they follow CDC guidelines. Decentralized Checkout at each sections very good. For returns or exchange the process is very easy and quick. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Was Racially profiled when trying to purchase Brand new iPhone 12 Pro Maxes with cash no credit no trade in STRICTLY CASH. I had more than 5k in cash and more then 30k plus on my Debit cards and was refused service because they Clerk said he didnt feel comfortable with us making the pruches. Because I was in the store earlier with my brother and my brother was going to get him new phone until he found out he had to contact Verizon no Big Deal. The first salesperson had no knowledge at all. I told him i did not understand how to hook the new monitor to my lap top I brought in so they could help. Instead he handed me my new monitor and cable that was not even the right one .I Had to stand around and wait for some one who knew what they were doing. I will not shop there again. He further reported none of the stores has stock as they just arent getting any shipments. We left there and drove to the Ahwatukee store. I actually ask for assistance from three different individuals each of them pointed me toward someone else at one point someone was called in as the gentleman approached I realize he was on a phone conversation with a portable phone. DONT buy a cell phone here. If youre considering it, DONT. Go to Verizon, T-Mobile, or even Craigslist before ever going to Best Buy. They will nickel and dime you for everything. You pay for the protection plan, then when you finally need to use it, you get charged anyway because you need to buy ANOTHER protection plan for the new phone, which you already paid a deductible for. Then when you want to return the thing because it keeps breaking, they tell you to get bent - they cant replace it OR refund you. What a bunch of clowns. I used to be so loyal to Best Buy... this is why Amazon keeps winning. ✌

Asked a dude to help out in the computer section and he want that busy so he made the women that works in the back of the warehouse to help me witch she did well, but its his job to help . Been here dozens of times and the store is always clean, they always have things in stock but the employees all have a serious attitude problem. 1st time was when I was purchasing a computer monitor/keyboard combo, employee refused to let me return 1 item from that sale without voiding and ringing the entire transaction again until I got a manager involved. Another time for a pick up order the employee tried to say the Nintendo Switch I bought wasnt mine because the sticker was torn and the last letter of my name was partially missing. And most recently yesterday in store purchasing a camera they wouldnt accept my gift card and the employee went on a long rant about gift card fraud and was short and annoyed with me the entire time. These are just the notable ones from the last few visits. Horrible customer service, would definitely avoid this store if theres another one you can find.

I am never let down by this Best Buy location. As a professional photographer, I come into the store with tons of questions and the guys in the camera dept. always have an answer for me! Im in a bind and trying to get a secondary camera ASAP for an event but online it said the soonest would be next week. With some help from someone in the dept. it will be at my house in two days! Once again impressed by their willingness to hear you out and actually draw up solutions to your problems. I also always double check for other places pricing as they do price check, which is a lifesaver when theyre the only ones close to me with the product but the price varies.

I Love Best Buy but this review is purely for the appliance section. We just bought all of our appliances from there for our home and rentals. They are incredibly knowledgeable and you dont get the creepy sales pitch you do from other places. The prices are competitive with anyones out there - I beleive they have a match or beat price policy but I have never asked about it. Im more about the easy of the transaction and confident in the people Im buying from. It was really a stress free experience.Delivery is quick and they follow up with you before delivery which takes a few days( 4 in my case)

Went to office max they printed my papers, cost $2.35. Boo best buy nobodys has knowledge of printers, but will tell you yes that will work to sell item.🤥

Horrible customer service!!! bought a laptop online wanted to exchange it in a store for a better more expensive laptop. Wasn’t sure if they allow exchanges in a store since the laptop was bought online. Called the store three times to talk someone and check if I would be able to exchange a laptop in the store if I brought it online.... no one ever answered my call. I decided just to go in the store and check. Went to the computer department to check if the laptop I wanted was instock and no one ever helped us. After 20 minutes of standing around hoping someone can just check if it’s in stock I went to the cell phone department and see if they can check for me but they instructed me to stand in some line till an employee was available to help me ( meanwhile the cell phone department is employees were just standing around not helping any customers)Their were employees in the computer department helping other people which is fine but they never even acknowledge me at all. After 10 more minutes after being ignored I decided to google the laptop in near by stores to see if they had it in stock. Target did for $170 less than Best Buy!!! The only easy part of that horrible visit I had was returning it, that process was actually fast and easy. Never EVER going to Best Buy again!!! Also not to mention that the laptop was delivered 5 weeks after my purchase!!!! Online and in store service is just trash.

Mom went to pay her bill & her prior payments were not reflected properly. She had made a payment 2 weeks prior, & the numbers were wrong. When she called in to question details, her payments & balance matched her records. Some kind of misalignment. The situation left a gap in customer service & confidence. Mom doesnt pay her bill online. This experience left her feeling exasperated. People helping people is being left behind.I have been looking for a 7 tablet case & found no variety in colors or price ranges, making it more convenient to shop online. Just another gap in customer care.

This best buy is located right by the mall which makes the whole shopping experience nice. The parking lot to this best buy is easy to get too and is large so I never have an issue finding a parking spot.The employees seem like they care but they also check on you every 5 minutes to see if you need help. This is how their sales team has been coached though so its ok and nothing they can really do about it unless corporate makes the changes. Great experience overall.Curbside pickup is really well done and they make sure that you are the one who placed the order and the right person is picking it up.

Pacific sales people are the bomb! I was at the Chandler location working with Christy buying a couple if items around $1800. They didnt have an item in Chandler so then I drove to Ahwatukee location and I believe the rude obnoxious sales person was named Al. The contrast in their attitudes and appreciation for customers was like night and day. Commission does make for good customer service!

Trying to build my first PC and noticed this store had the part I needed! I went in not knowing if anyone would know a ton about PC/Gaming PC stuff but I was so wrong! Bobby in the computer section was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable about everything I asked him. He had great recommendations and I will 100% return to buy anything else I may need!
