Amazing customer service today! Had one of the guys from the tool section (Matt) help me look at a couple items and find out availability for me. Every time I would ask him about something else he would be polite and take the time to find out. This is the type of customer service you should expect and that is the customer service I received. Thank you guys for making my shopping experience amazing!

I always thought of household appliances when it came to Sears but i was pleasantly surprised to find a great amount of fashionable clothing for really great prices. The childrens department had an outstanding selection especially of little boys clothing which any mother of boys will know is hard to find! 👍

Sears is super shady. We went to look at buying a mattress and there were all these 60% off signs showing mattresses as originally $7,000 and now only $2,800. I looked up the exact mattresses online at other stores and their daily price was about $2,800. So clearly these signs are just marked up to make it seem like you are getting a good deal. Beware you are NOT. Don’t support sears.

Its a clean (although some areas are disorganized) store, small selection. There are many items without any indication of the price and you have to find a price check scanner for those. Employees in the tool section were....interesting. Appliance people were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Id shop there again.

Just your regular ol Sears fashion store. I was the to buy work clothes. Easily found what I needed and then some. Two or three cashiers stayed at their stations well after the stores closing at 8. That was nice since we arrived late not knowing the hours.

- - This location is closed. - -Sears is having trouble recovering from management mistakes in planning since the eighties. Quality remains high but focus is very poor. The Sears management structure is to blame for all the issues related to this and other remaining locations.Sears started as a catalog based retailer that could get products sent anywhere. Amazon uses the business model that Sears and Roebuck popularized. But Sears now falls short against the competition in the area of order fulfillment. The in-store inventory is disorganized and crowded while sparse in some areas. The prices are good but the aspect of service has been lost.When Sears cancels orders, and refuses to deliver to certain areas; they place customers in the hands of the competition. With the brand and buying power Sears had, they could have buried WalMart and Amazon. There is a possibility for recovery but it is a very, very unlikely possibility.Reorganize with less management and more focus on fulfillment now. Or sell Sears Holdings properties to Amazon.Maybe buying Sears Holdings stock now will pay off in the next six months. Sears owns tons of prime property.

The customer service on the phone is absolute trash. Oh and in case you are wondering, they do not sell replacement parts for craftsman tools in store. Only took me 25 minutes with their incredibly slow associates to get that info.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to look at watch bands at the jewelry counter it took more than five minutes for the female attendant to even acknowledge my presence. After five more minutes of not being helped I gave up and walked away. I will give Amazon.com my business. No wonder Sears is closing so many stores. An unevolving business model coupled with poor customer service!

I called this store 3 times and no one answered. So I called Chandler store to find out why Fiesta wasnt answering Chandler put me on hold for 3 minutes just to tell me they dont know why... So I asked Chandler store if they had the item I was looking for they put me on hold for another 5 minutes before coming to the phone and telling me they werent sure that they needed the item number... So I asked for a manager from the Chandler store they kept me on hold for another six minutes before I hung up.... .... not surprised Sears is going out of business

I ordered a cook top trim kit. Waited two weeks and got email ready to pick up. After waiting 40 minutes, the associate told me they cannot find my order but they would check. In the next week, I called everyday and no one picked phone up. No one called me back after I left several messages. This is the worst pick up experience I have had.

I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt because its ran by people like you and I but would you get repeated bad customer service and/or just blowing off Im not sure what else to do besides leave a review. Hopefully this will help somebody in the future.

Poor customer service. I bought a craftsman jack since I wanted a name brand for better quality and it fails the second time using right before I was going to set a jacket and under one of my cars. I almost scratched the paint.I take it back and they cant give me my money back and after debating for several minutes they give me a gift card. And say there are not really supposed to do this but they will for me. How do they treat other customers? I dont want a gift card for sears. I dont want to buy anything else from that store. Im done with craftsman as a whole. Too many product failures and quality issues. I never got my money back.

Sears sold me a brand new refrigerator for about $2800 less than 2 years ago. I came home on 9/20 to a warm refrigerator/freezer and hundreds of dollars of lost groceries. I called Sears the next day and scheduled a service appointment for 9/25 and was told it would be a $99 labor fee. I lost income to stay home from work and the technician that showed up was rude and broke a piece off the back of the refrigerator with a pair of pliers and told me it would be over $300 to fix for labor since the parts are under warranty. I told him to leave, that I was not going to pay that much money when I was told it would $99, and I didnt want to work with him since he just purposely broke a piece off. I immediately called Sears and asked them to have the parts ordered and shipped to my house. I was told that the technician had to close the account first, but that they would put a note in the file to get the parts ordered and that I would get a phone call to let me know when they would be delivered. I also filed a complaint against the technician for breaking that piece off. I didnt receive a phone call so I called a few days later and after many hours spent on the phone with customer service, I was told that another technician would have to come out to look at the refrigerator again. Customer Service was nothing but rude and unhelpful. I was now being inconvenienced again losing a second day of income because of the incompetency of the fist technician and being lied to on the phone about the labor charge. On 10/6, the second technician came out and ordered 5 different parts all of which were under warranty and we sent a repair appointment for the 10/19 which I have documented on the receipt he printed out. I called on 10/18 to ensure that I had all the parts in my possession for the following days appointment. At this time I was told my appointment was scheduled for 10/25. I was not notified of the change or consulted in any matter. Had I not called, I would have taken a day off of work for no reason. On 10/25, my 3rd day of lost income, a technician showed up late and replaced all of the parts. I was told it would take 12-24 hours to be cold enough to put food in it. Its now 10/26, it has been 22 hours and the refrigerator/freezer are both warm. I spoke with Sears today requesting that they replace the refrigerator. I gave them an opportunity to fix this one, and they were unable to repair it. Replacement is the only option. They are refusing. I learned from one of the technicians that he had repaired 40 of these refrigerators in the last month. This product is defective and they are doing nothing about it.

The employees are wonderful! What is so awful is how slow the machines are. Ive worked for Sears before, and I know the struggles of redeeming shop your way points and how time consuming coupons can be. Its hard to work their and please people when you dont have the company helping you out. If Sears is planning on staying open, unlike the Kmarts, they should consider spending a little money on new registers. I love the brands they carry. Its just hard to see good, hard working people, have to struggle because the company is too cheap to fix it.

It is sad to see its current condition; they have abandoned entire categories and their systems were out of date in the mid-eighties. Ah vulture capitalism. When as CEO you personally make more money on the death of your company than on it continuing to live, what do you expect will happen? Im looking at you, Eddie Lampert. Whenever a financial expert tries to run a merchandising company this is what you get for results.

I regret every time I go into this store. Unorganized and sloooow checkout. This time I needed socks and - what the heck - I decided they couldnt screw this up. Find my socks, find the checkout, takes 15 minutes to get out of there with a short line. Customers were giving up and walking out of the checkout like. I finally waved down an associate to give some help and left - never to return under any circumstance. Sooner Sears bites the dust the better.

Worst experience ever trying to get a swingset. They said its on backorder for the 30% off price in the store but I went online and could order it just fine but only at 17% off and I was there for hours for the price matching and contacted customer service about it and they gave me the run around . Neither the store or customer service would give me the price they had posted in the store. No wonder they are closing so many stores terrible service I will never step foot in a Sears ever again.

It has been a long time since I shopped at Sears, until yesterday, when I needed a set of crows feet (wrenches) ...I called the the Sears store at arrowhead mall they were out, but they checked other stores and found the crows foot wrenches at the Chandler mall store 100 mile round trip from my house. I really need these wrenches, so I called and got no answer, the other store was sure the Chandler store had them in stock. When I got there, they had sold out from a long time ago. Come to find out the phones were broken, and the computer system was out dated. Well since I made the long trip out there I tried to buy a tool box that just went off of sale a few days before, for around 100 dollars cheaper. Well the manager said no way, even after Sears mislead me and could not deliver the crows foot wrenches ... Now I remembered why theyre going out of business😤

The store experience was fine, I have had issues, but they resolved them in store well. The problem with purchasing from them is the customer service support and the HomeDeliveryLink service they use to deliver items purchased. Worst experience ever with delivery over multiple situations.The home delivery team: I give 0 stars, I would give negative stars if I could. This company is fraudulent and shady. If you have problems during your delivery read the statements you are signing very carefully and be sure the statements are completely accurate. They dont stand behind issues they create.

Employee in tools named Colby seemed like he was high i had to aproach him while he was staring at the ground. I went to see restrooms and it smelled like marijuana. Went to back to school shop, waste of time. Shelves were bare, or so messy nothing was where it was supposed to be. Bought all stuff on the 50% off rack to have it ring up 20% off. Wound up leaving all that behind, the same clothes at Kmart are 60% less. Unreal. Then my shop ypur way account which is under my cell and email couldnt be located to apply a coupon. All around just bad.

Saw the store manager scold and yell at one of the young ladies working up stairs and she started crying. I dont know what she did but that is no way to treat an employee especially in front of other customers. Would hate to work here and the employees look like they do too, probably because of the managers like him that treat his employees like human garbage.

Seriously I hear all this sadness about stores going out of business because of online and I really know why ....so I take my daughter to sears for the first time she is 7 we wait in this line of old people (not sears fault of course) but after us waiting for the coupon talk and 5.00 shirt for grandma talk was over [15mins] it was finally our turn the cashier who seen us waiting tells us sorry I’m not going to be checking out anymore people and just walks away we where the last ones in line . So we go to the other lane which now only had one person... the lady after 5 mins tells us you need to go stand over at the blue line box area to be called to the register ... note this blue painters taped line is 10ft away ... (keep in mind my daughter was just buying a small purse and she is 7 years old first time going to the store to buy something on her own.) after that we were asked if we had some type of sears account we said no we don’t .... the employee said can you just make up a phone number so we can check to see if you have one. I said no we don’t have one we just shipped her for the first time in like 10 years . She then ignored me wouldn’t look and me and after a 3 mins or so the transaction was done ... just a weird experience at sears and it’s not that big of a deal I just thought we all deserve better service and customer service that I myself give in my profession.

Whoever is reading this, I strongly advise you to never purchase anything from Sears.Especially anything considered a large purchase. I spent over 6k on appliances for my new house. I bought a washer, dryer, refrigerator, oven, and over-the-range microwave here. This is the third biggest purchase of my life behind my house and car, and I deeply regret giving my money to sears. The washer and dryer came and were installed just fine but that is where my good experience ends. The microwave install was completely botched. My wife was the only person home, and the installer drilled a ~3 diameter hole for the power cord to feed through my cabinet. Unfortunately, it was drilled in the wrong place so he had to re-drill, so I now have a gaping hole in my cabinet. He did not fasten it down, so the microwave rocks back and forth when I open the door. He also stripped the screws on the install, and deformed the microwave trying to get it to fit. Completely shoddy work, and I would be ashamed to associate myself with a contractor like that if I were sears. My wife is not handy so she did not know to check for these things and keep the installer there, but at the same time she should not have to considering we paid an extra $120.00 for the install on a $400.00 microwave. At that price it should have been done professionally.The salesman talked me into a refrigerator that was not on the floor, an LG model, and then somehow a Kenmore showed up at my house. I called the store to fix these 2 issues and was told a manager would call me back. No call back. Called the next day and was assured a manager would call me immediately. No call back. I finally had to drive 25 minutes to the store and then waited around for 30 minutes to see a manager. Their manager John was completely unprofessional and overall gave off a vibe that he did not care. He seemed more interested getting away from the situation rather than fix it. I got the refrigerator that I wanted finally but overall it was a hassle because I had to be home for a second day for the second delivery/install.The microwave install was for some reason pushed out 2 more weeks. The day before the install, I received a call and found out they had my address wrong. Funny enough, I had them correct my address in the two previous trips to sears, so I dont know how it ended up still being wrong. Then, the person on the phone told me that since they had to change my address they would have to push the delivery date back yet again. By the way, all of sears customer service phone calls are routed to India. I am not racist, but there is very obviously a language barrier and I definitely felt like the person on the phone did not empathize with my situation, most likely because they were reading a script. The worst part of all this was they told me it was my responsibility to call them in 48 hours to get my new delivery date. When I protested to try and tell them that was unacceptable, the representative just kept repeating You will have to call back in 24-48 hours.At the end, I am returning everything. Ive never experienced anything quite this bad in my entire life. I consider myself a reasonable person, and I try to give the benefit of the doubt when dealing with situations like this so I am just in utter disbelief that this many things could go wrong with no help to fix it on Sears end.It is no wonder to me that Sears is losing business. If you read this far, I hope my experience inspires you to never purchase anything at Sears. The level of frustration of spending this much money and having this many problems is unparalleled to anything I have ever dealt with. Please avoid at all costs!

I was on the elevator with my 2 cousin and my one autistic cousin was messing around and I wanted to show him what to do if you were in a elevator incident so I showed him and a employee yelled at us because it wasnt a playground. Also the store is overpriced and the clothes were disgusting and the appliances suck. I dont recommend this store

Now I see why this Sears has a 2 1/2 rating poor customer service with the 3 we came across today 6/8/2017My fiancee and I went in to buy him new tools for work and out of the 3 employees not one offered help nor greeted us as we walked in,I had to go to where they where standing around doing nothing but conversating with each other and ask for some assistance which was given very poorly....Oscar whom said his normal dept was electronic very bad attitude not helpful at all and was rude...the girl that was with them was wearing a Navy blue see thru T with her breast tattoo and bra showing also rude not very helpful, it was like it was asking to much to help your customers.Not good for business especially if we come in and spend alot on tools.CUSTOMER SERVICE is important especially if your a business. So might want to make sure your customers are happy.

Worst service ever! Waited 2 weeks for dishwasher to be delivered, then received robo call that it will be another week. A week later received another robo call, and another. At this point I cancelled the order. No explanation, no apology, no one calling to see if it had arrived just one robo call after another. Done with Sears. Was looking to spend several hundred dollars on tools. Asked for help, was pointed in the area of tools while the threw sales associates would rather talk about their weekend shenanigans.I guess I will be taking my dollars elsewhere and buying online. Why pay more when you cant even get customer service? This is targeted towards Sears in general for their systems return. I tried to return an item that was delivered to my home, and it took them 40 minutes to process it. Their system couldnt find the order even with my order number, phone number or salescheck number. They had to manually override the process.
