We needed new wheels and tires before leaving on a long road trip. The staff was able to locate quality and affordable wheels in town and get them replaced in 24 hours. Quality service and attention to detail - we will return in the future!

I bought a book of prepaid oil changes and I like to use this location because they always inform me of any services that need to be performed soon.Not all locations are this good. This particular location I feel more valued as a customer.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Heartland Tire in Champlin for years. Hunter and Josh and the entire crew are excellent to work with. No matter if your concern is large or small, you can trust that you will get honest, professional and thorough service here. They are upfront about cost and wont sell you services that you dont need. Yet, they will educate you and let you know if they notice anything that could become problematic so that you can make an informed decision. Safety is their number one priority and I always feel secure on the road after my vehicle has been serviced at Heartland Tire. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else. Rest assured, you are in excellent hands here!

Friendly professional they usually recommend possible maintenance or services but dont try to make you feel like a idiot for not doing it at the time

Had a flat tire on a Saturday and most places were closed. These guys were busy, but still got my tire fixed for me the same day! Good Service!

Ive been coming here for years and they always take care of me even when I just walk in no appointment. Flat tire, nail on a tire with just 40 min to get to work? Come here they will get you on your way. The manager Hunter is always very polite and professional. Highly recommend.

Hunter and Lisa are AMAZING!! They took the time on a busy Saturday to get our Jeep in and get the full size Spare on! I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was! They also found another nail upon further inspection which 90% of the tire shops would have never done! They had our tire in stock and replaced it at a very fair price! They didnt try to sell me 4 more tires which they could have done! They said we still had some life left on them and I GUARANTEE that I will go back to Heartland tire in Champlin! The had AWESOME customer service and saved us another headache down the road finding that other nail! Huge shout out to the service writer Hunter and the mechanic Adam. I had a fluid leak on a Saturday and they got me in same day to do some diagnostics. Part was on order the same day and I was given a courtesy car to use until my car was done. Very professional service and I will be a returning customer. Do not hestitate to bring your car to them for quotes and service. A+.

I had some different services performed here in March 2017. I have to say that I likely will be back again. Great customer service. Knowledgeable. Reasonably-priced. Treated me professionally and with respect. The experience was a lot different than the many experiences I had with NTB across the street over the years where I never got the impression that I mattered much to them.

Went for an oil change 3/11/17 as well as had my steering issue checked out . They were friendly, efficient and found the issue out and gave me a reasonable quote. I have been just going here for oil changes and highly recommend this business. I am very satisfied with them.

Have been going here for service for 10 years. Even though staff changes occasionally and they just changed to heartland from paramount the prices are fair and they are very honest. I am always treated very well and if I have questions they are more than willing to help me understand.Something I greatly appreciate is that they now offer loaners while my car is in for repair. Makes it so much less stressful.

Spoken to Hunter twice now. Excellent service, informative, polite, and not trying to sell me anything I don’t need. Shop and desk areas are clean, well organized, and no frills. Awesome local shop I will be back for further vehicle maintenance as the need arises.

I’ve taken my cars there since I moved to the area. Always friendly and straightforward. Never had any serious issues with a product or service, and any minor issue (e.g., low tire alert on my dash after a new tire install) was addressed promptly at no additional charge.

They do fine with oil changes. Have had a couple experiences with parts and havent been impressed either time. Last time I went in there, paid over $1000 for parts and labor and they still charged me $120 for the initial evaluation of the vehicle. I dont think id have parts replaced here again. Need to go to a shop I can trust

Trying to charge for unnecessary work. Replaced brake hose on 01 Alero, but couldnt bleed brakes(bleed screw on caliper was stuck). They wanted to replace pads(they claimed uneven wear), rotors and calipers. I didnt ask for a quote. While rotors are probably worn, pads were only about 1/2 worn and were worn evenly. Calipers only needed to be replaced because of mileage. I replaced one caliper myself and was able to bleed the brakes, which fixed the issue. Also my wife brought in a 2013 Journey for leaking coolant. They told her it was a water pump and would be $1000. I took the vehicle for a 2nd opinion. It was only a hose connection to thermostat that was leaking.

Fast, friendly, and over all great service. I needed a tire repair and was quoted for a lower price than nearby competitors. Ill being going here for all of my vehicle needs in the future.

I highly recommend that everyone calls a different shop other than Heartland Tire of Champlin. This was the worst Auto shop experience of my life. My wifes vehicle stalled on the side of the highway last week and we had it towed to Heartland Tire for repair based on their convenient location. They didn’t know what was wrong with it at first and recommended that we change the Valve Covers because oil was observed in the intake tube to the air filter. They cited a Technical Service Bulletin as their diagnosis and performed the repair without consent. Their initial communication with us was to tell us that they think the problem is the Valve Covers but was not sure and they wanted to check a few other things prior to performing this expensive repair ($1,500 labor and parts). They did not call us to communicate that they were going to perform the work, instead they just went ahead and changed the valve covers based on the TSB and charged for the parts and service. They even charged us for the tow to get our car towed there. Typically, the tow fee is waived if the work is done at the same shop. They did not waive the tow fee of (~$100). After they “fixed” the car they took it for a test drive and told us that the car was still running a little rough and is probably something else wrong. When we picked her car up, we paid them for their services which was double the price of the other shops that we compared them to. We were planning to tow the car to a more affordable shop, but they performed the work without our consent. After driving the car away from their shop, we felt that the car was running very rough and the problem was still occurring. We made it less than a mile away from their shop and the car stalled out again with the same problem. The problem was not fixed. I called them right away and they came to help us on the side of the road but told us that it would cost an extra $800 to repair the actual problem that was causing the car to stall out. I told them that we would go to a more affordable shop and they left without any remorse.

Do not bring your car here!!!Went in to get a radiator hose replaced that was leaking. The hose cost 50 dollars, the part only has 3 clamps to take off for the replacement of the new one. They told me it would cost $425 dollars for parts and labor. I told them no and to give me my car, the mechanic told me it has to be done and I cant take my car. I told them to bring my car, they gave me my car and I made it home. I looked back under my hood, and they broke of the hose where it was leaking. I wold never recommend this place. I took my car to the shop down the street and they were able to do it for $125, for parts and labor.

My wife stopped in for an oil change. During the service she was told she needed a tire rotation for an extra cost. She didnt know the tires were just rotated the last oil change (3000 miles prior) and agreed. She was sold something she didnt need. Normally time or mileage, if theres another issue, typically its an alignment issue that rotation will not fix. It will just mask it. Will not return to this place.
