After striking out with a few local eye clinics, All About Eyes Champaign was the best experience Ive had in over a decade for eye exams, glasses shopping, and contact fittings. Dr. Chugh was so kind and informative about questions and Jessica assisted with finding glasses and wrapping up the visit. I have a permanent eye doctor for me and my family now and Im thrilled!

Staff who helped me get my glasses were nice and helpful, HOWEVER the lady who just answered my call, Ashley, had a terrible attitude.She acted annoyed at me when she couldn’t find me in their system at first because All about eyes had previously got my birthday wrong (even though they have a copy of my insurance and prescription which both have my correct birthday on it). It was her attitude and her way of impatiently questioning me whether I have called the right place that made me decide I’m never coming to this place again. And of course there were no apologies after finally realizing the confusion came from a mistake in their system.I do not recommend unless you like the chance of dealing with impatient staff.

Champaign’s All About Eyes is just GREAT.From new glasses to repairs, the staff is marvelous. I’ve worked most recently with Jacquie, who is delightful, friendly, informative, and patient! The quality of the frames and lenses is very good; the pricing is always fair. Always a pleasant experience!!!

Im 57 years old. Ive been wearing eyeglasses for over 40 years. Hands, down, All About Eyes is the best optometry service Ive ever dealt with. Just today, my daughters puppy chewed up my glasses. I called All About Eyes in a panic, as I was teaching a class in the afternoon. Not fifteen minutes from the minute I pulled into their parking lot, they had my lenses popped into a new set of frames. And the best part? Because I paid an extra $5 for the warranty when I originally bought the frames, the replacement frames were free. It just doesnt get any better than this, folks. Two thumbs up for Rachel, Tina and the rest of the team.

My two kids really enjoy going--the doctor is patient and responsive, and explains/answers all their questions. Cant ask for more!

I havent had an exam since I was in elementary school. I walked in oblivious, but the busy staff were quick to guide me through procedures. Each staff member, from the woman managing the desk in the back, to the women managing the desk up front, seemed incredibly busy. Despite this they were friendly and personable.The woman at the back desk that did the reception and information taking also did testing. She was examining lenses between receiving customers. She was fun and bright as she also lead me through the first part of the exam. I have no idea what any of that machinery did. It was all over in a blur.Next the optometrist took over. She was exceptionally pleasant. She took every opportunity to make my visit informative. I, again, had no idea what was going on. I was intrigued by the tests and what they were testing for exactly, but of course theres no time for that.Finally, forgive me because I dont know the title, but there was a final consultation with the woman who processed my bill. Im not well off. I made that clear. I expect that this womans role includes a good deal of skill with sales, yet I never felt pressured to spend more than I wanted to. She shared a personal story in a short span of time that made me relate to her. Thats good sales tactics. Tact and skill.Overall Im impressed. I started unsure and unaware and left impressed. For a basic exam it was $70 with no insurance. I feel it was worth every penny. I may never know the real cost, but for that experience and a prescription Im very happy.

This was the best experience that I’ve had getting new glasses. From the time you walk in until you leave, you’re greeted by super professional and friendly staff. Dr. Quivey was thorough during my exam and was intent on getting me the right prescription. Jacqueline was extremely helpful when it came to helping me pick the right frames (I went through a ton lol)! She also made sure to verify my new prescription since I thought that my old glasses (from a different optometrist) had a weird feature, which I forgot to ask about during my exam. To top everything off, it is completely safe regarding COVID guidelines. 10/10 recommend

I had to go get an eye exam for my DOT exam and did not pass so I had to scramble for an exam real quick with holiday weekend coming it was last minute but I called there office and talked to Rachael and they had cancellation for next morning so I booked it and got in. So next morning on Saturday I went for visit got there and signed in seen Rachel and thanked her for getting me in on last minute. Seen eye doctor and did exam found out why I needed glasses and she did excellent job explaining and doing exam got my script. The entire staff is excellent and go over and above to help you out. Fantastic service!! I’ve been getting my yearly checkup for contacts renewals and it is always easy to get an appointment. The staff are friendly but also efficient. And they’ve been great about repairing my glasses when the nose piece has broken off - had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend! 👍

Very friendly staff but a little disorganized. Not sure if their scheduling system is glitchy, or what. I got mixed up with a different patient on the schedule first and then when I came in for my follow up appointment I wasnt even on the schedule. Also, when I was notified my glasses and contacts were in it took quite a while to find them. But, they work hard to make things right.

I was looking for a price for an eye exam on the website. Well they dont have it on there so I will go somewhere else. I have to assume its an attempt to get people without knowing the price.No thanks I found a place that is transparent with their pricing ill just go there

This was my first visit to All About Eyes and it was a phenomenal experience overall. I always get nervous about going to a new eye care place because I have not had great experiences in the past. However, this eye care facility was great, the atmosphere and staff were very welcoming and reassuring. Everything went so smoothly and efficiently there was hardly any waiting around. Dr. Lewis is by far the best eye doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was professional, caring, and explained everything very well. Also, Leigh was very helpful when it came to frame selection. She was honest and provided useful feedback. Leigh was also great at explaining the pricing and all the logistics. I highly recommend this eye care facility because it was excellent! :)

I work at a local hospital and hold hours not conducive to picking up contacts during this time of sheltering in place. I was struggling to find a time to pick up a trial set of contacts for my daughter. Her prescription has run out and she needs an exam for additional pairs. Julie, offered to meet my husband in a safe location on her way home from work a to drop off a trial pair. She noticed we lived on her the way. This young lady went way out of her way to make a customer very happy. This act of generosity goes way above and beyond her call of duty.

This was my first time going to All About Eyes and the experience was excellent. Dr. Jeffrey Lewis is the best doctor I have ever had. He explained everything very well and puts his patients first. I also received great help from Leigh in picking out my frames. She was very nice and made great suggestions. Ill definitely be going back .

I hadn’t been to the eye doctor in about 5 years and wanted to get an eye exam. I decided to go to All About Eyes because they had positive reviews and I’m really glad I did! It was a helpful appointment (my prescription actually got better). Everyone was really helpful and answered any questions I had. I believe it was Tiffany who helped me find a new pair of glasses, and I’m sure a lot of people say this but I am a very picky and very indecisive person, I appreciated how patient and nice she was as I made what felt like a big decision 😂 I would definitely recommend All About Eyes!

I had a very bad experience with them. While I don’t have any complaints about ophthalmologist appointment and contact lenses they failed with my glasses. They might be a good with cheap frames but with frames that are expensive they are awful.First, they put a wrong lenses in my frame. I couldn’t wear them at all. I had a very bad headache and dizziness. They also lost covers for the springs . They never was able to find these covers and it is impossible to find any replacement because my frame is collectible and the brand stoped produce this frames long time ago.Second attempt to fix my lenses failed also. They put in lenses with rough and uneven edges.

A comment I left for LensCrafters...“If I could give zero stars I would. They don’t think of themselves as healthcare providers. The worst phone service ever. I hate this place. They care nothing about their patients. To them, we’re merely customers, and even that they don’t care about. Not B those who work there. If you want ONLY a job, then don’t take one in healthcare. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lewis and All About Eyes. I came here after a poor experience at another place in town even though they are out of network, and it was well worth it. Dr. Lewis is patient and thorough. I was always seen on time, and never felt like I was being rushed through. Absolutely highly recommend.

We needed to find a place for eye exams and glasses in Champaign and my coworker recommended All About Eyes. We are very happy them! My husband and I both went in for eye exams. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff and got checked in. My actual exam didnt start until about 15 minutes after my appointment time, and I had gotten there 15 minutes early, so my only complaint is the wait time. The doctor was very helpful and answered all of my questions (Dr. Berke maybe?). We dont wear contacts, but they have a huge selection to try if needed. After exams we both picked out new glasses. They have a HUGE selection, which can be kind of overwhelming, but Rachel helped us by breaking it down by brand, style, and frame material which helped tremendously. We got all set up with our glasses and lenses and were told it would be about a week until they came in. Both of ours came in ahead of schedule, and when we went in they made sure the classes fit well and we were happy with them.We are very happy with All About Eyes and will make this our go-to!

One of the worst experiences of my life. There is a problem when you walk out of a vision place with worse vision then when you walked in the door. I was told that they would have my glasses in 7 to 10 business days and I have not received them yet. I have had the associates call me with a lot of excuses as to why they did not have them yet. My one pair.of reading glasses that i eventually did receive I was not able to read out of it and that was the purpose of these glasses. I was also told by the associates that they were in network with my insurance company and later came to find out they were not. Among the unprofessionalism and dishonesty this is certainly a place to miss and I would not recommended to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

My sister recommended I try All About Eyes for my new prescription. I was welcomed when I walked in the door. Rachel took my prescription and checked on the insurance coverage while I looked around and tried on various frames. She helped me pick out the best one for my facial features. One of my colleagues recommended me to come here and it was worth it. They were able to accommodate me on the same day. There was no waiting line and everything was so smooth and well coordinated. Each of the staff members was very friendly especially Dr Birky and Sheena. Their rates are also very affordable.

I recently tried all about eyes. I had appointments for 2 of my children and they were so kind to them and made them feel comfortable. The billing lady was so great and helpful due to me not having insurance.

I recently had cataract surgery and was looking for a place to fill the lens prescription. I checked several and selected All About Eyes because of the other comments posted here. Julie was so professional - she gave me a tour, explained all the glasses and prices and then the type of lens available. She also told me about their Referral Program so my friend who recommended All About Eyes will receive a $250 credit. Julie checked my insurance and the entire bill with lenses and frames came just to the tax $1.80. How great is that? I was out in less than 20 minutes. All About Eyes gets 10-10-10 across the board from me. Thanks!

Each of the two staff members (selecting and picking up) were very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection of styles available. Because of the staff persons help, it was the quickest Ive ever purchased a pair of eyeglasses. What I dont understand is why eye glass stores dont provide magnified mirrors to help customers with selecting a frame style. We wear glasses because WE CANT SEE but have to remove our glasses to try on different frame styles. So we are either relying on someone elses opinion on how they look on us or looking at ourselves in a blurry mirrored reflection. It would be a great service to their customers with minimal expense.

Took my 5 year old in yesterday and Dr Suarez was so awesome! My son needed a kindergarten eye exam and the first place we went to was covered by Molina insurance, but would not really explain to me why they determined my son requires constant wear glasses with a + prescription for his 20/25 distance vision. (Im guessing to make more $$$ when a 5 year old breaks multiple pairs of glasses) Suarez reassured me my son did not NEED glasses yet, let alone constant wear ones. He was so great and thoroughly answered all of my questions in a non-patronizing way (unlike the 1st Dr we went to). I will definitely be back for both myself and my son!!!

I am not consistent about my eye care, but whenever I have visited Dr. Lewis he has been very accommodating, thorough and professional. He was able to see me earlier than I had scheduled most recently. The technician, Tiffany, was a pleasure to work with as well.

I received an immediate response from their staff and was able to have a same-day appointment for Sunday afternoon. I visited All About Eyes last week and had a great experience. My Insurance had changed and where I get my eyes examined back home were out-of-network now. So I decided while Im here in Champaign to get my eyes checked out. First thing I did was make sure All About Eyes was In-Network with my insurance and they were. Making my appointment online was very easy. When it came time for my exam I was nervous as this was a new place for me, but walking in was welcomed and immediately relieved. Dr. Lewis was amazing! He was very detailed in his explanations and his exam. Also when I expressed I wanted to wear contacts after having Lasik done way back, he explained the concern about finding a contact that would fit the shape of my eye since having that surgery. He was great and was able to find some trials of the lenses I would need.Heather who took the info about my ordering my lenses for my glasses as I wanted to keep my frames and verifying my insurance benefits was great as well. She was very nice and professional. She went over what my insurance covered. I was quite surprised at the cost at the end and very pleased. Also able to schedule my follow-up appointment with ease. For me since I am not an Illinois resident and this was a new place for me this was a great experience. Thank you for your excellent care!

When I walked in a recieved a friendly hello and was asked how they could help me. I brought my outside prescription to All About Eyes and picked out a pair of glasses. They promptly helped me order my glasses with my insurance. Glasses came in very quickly and I was happy with the customer service I received throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend seeing these guys for any eye care needs!

I went in just to get a different pair of glasses. I enjoyed the service that I received. I was asked if I wanted water or coffee when I entered the store. I got assistance as I needed it with any glasses and the staff was very clear and helpful for the things that I needed. I really enjoyed my visit here and will probably be back for my future needs.

Awesome. the eye doctor are profressional. i move to America 15 years, in the past i always have problem finding a good pair of eye glasses. this is the first time, I can put on the new eye glass and go home, drive and work immediately. Friendly and efficient service and exams. They promptly started our series of exams, explained results in a helpful manner, and helped select glasses. They also called the insurance company while we were checking out, just to make sure we were getting maximum coverage.

Dr. Quivey helped me with my recent contact lens exam. I havent worn contacts for a few years and now have a astigmatism that made it more of a challenge to get the prescription just right. She worked with me on getting the script just right. She was professional and also a very nice lady. I will return to this store for my next year exam. I had a really great experience purchasing glasses here. The staff was really patient (especially Ashley) while I was trying to decide which pair I wanted. Also, they have a great deal where you can buy one pair of glasses and get a second one completely free! Total, I had a savings of over $200, and I got two pairs of really cute glasses (a normal pair and then a pair of prescription sunglasses). I would definitely recommend going here.

Excellent service from Leigh S. The average estimated turn around for getting new prescription lenses to be done is about 5-7 business days which compared to other shops in town is pretty darn good. Since I had a major update to my prescription and I was going to be traveling, I requested mine to be done earlier and they got done within 3 days!!! Highly recommend this place because of their quality of service.

I have been coming to All About Eyes for a few years now. During that time my Doctor has been Doctor Lewis. He is one of the most kind and professional individuals I have met. He is very thorough with exams and takes extra steps to ensure his patients are seeing properly and comfortably. As for the staff at this location I cannot say enough! I once got an eye infection after a bad experience using gas station eye drops as contact solution in a pinch, yes I know not a wise decision. Following that experience the staff sent me a card a few weeks after treatment wishing me a speedy recovery and to remind me that gas station eye drops are not contact solution.Long story short if you’re serious about your eye health this is the place to be!

I visited All About Eyes for the first time today. Ashley was very helpful in assisting me with selecting frames and in explaining the options available in purchasing lenses. With the special offers and discounts, I was able to not only purchase the glasses, but also to get an addition pair of prescription sunglasses. A very pleasant experience. (I did not give a 5-star rating only because I do not yet have the actual glasses.)

I never write reviews due to my laziness but this place forced me to write one. Absolutely amazing hospitality, lower rates on eye checkup and frames/lenses as compared to a couple other places I previously interacted with. Plus, this is the only place which will take appointments on a Saturday, making it best for those who have a 9 to 5 job during weekdays. 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience. Julie was helpful, polite and asked questions to help me decide on glasses. I haven’t worn glasses in 35 years and she walked me through every step with great care. I will be back again since the service was exceptional.

What a great experience. The doctor spent all the time I required to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the answers. He was even willing to make a phone call to ask a particular question about a lens brand he was unfamiliar with. Claudia was also of great help in assisting me with the lens and frames choices. Absolutely enjoyable visit to All About Eyes. So happy to know I can make an appointment any day of the week and they were able to get me in to be seen on a Sunday, yes a Sunday! I have a crazy work schedule so this worked perfectly for me. Friendly staff and Ashley was an amazing help to me. Great prices, staff, and atmosphere! They are all about customer service. From the time you walk in the door you are greeted and given assistance throughout your time here. Dr. Lewis is thorough and makes sure you have the right prescription. All the staff are courteous and make sure your needs are met.

Had an overall very pleasant experience at this location a few days ago. Miriah helped me pick out some new glasses, and she was absolutely great. She knew what glasses would look good on me better than I did! I also got a great deal on a pair of very cute glasses. Would recommend to anyone looking for great service and a good deal!

My husband and I both purchased our current eye glasses from All About Eyes in Champaign 3 years ago and couldnt be happier. Their easy-to-get-to location makes it simple to stop by for adjustments or pick up a complimentary bottle of the spray cleaner and microfiber cloth. We are always quickly met at the door with a smiling face and whatever we need is taken care of in a professional and friendly manner. I recommend All About Eyes to anyone needing vision correction.

This is the best eye care place in the area. They have no competition. The staff is extremely helpful and the doctor was obviously an expert that cares about her patients. The most appealing part of my experience was that they CLEARLY explained COST prior to any exams and even providing in writing what parts cost EXTRA. I filed a complaint with my insurance about a different clinic because they blatantly lied to me when I asked if a certain test cost extra and then charged me $100 for the test. This is not going to happen with All About Eyes. I highly recommend.

Great experience at All About Eyes on Town Center Blvd. We made an appointment, were taken in at the scheduled time and had awesome customer service when it came time to pay. Ive been coming here for about 5 years and have always had the best experience. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! Came in today to get some nose pieces swapped and didnt even make it through the front door without being greeted with a smile and helped. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

I had my yearly exam this past Wednesday here with Dr Jeffrey Lewis. The check-in and pre-testing process was quick and easy and I only had to wait for maybe two minutes tops! The appointment was very thorough and Dr Lewis was exceptional! He was very friendly and personable and listened to my needs. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything, that is a welcome change of pace! I was able to order my contacts in the colors I wanted right after my appointment using my insurance to the fullest and was told they would be in by Monday at the latest. Imagine my surprise when I received a message yesterday (Friday) that they were already in! Very pleased with the whole experience, good job!

All About Eyes Champaign Ill Decided to give All About Eyes a try since they were advertising $90 each for pair of glasses. Wanted to know what the restrictions were. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to purchase a pair of new glasses, one being sun glasses, for around $230. Had to pay for the sun glasses but what I liked was the salesperson did not try to sell me their high end product. We discusses the pro and cons and felt she was honest and forthcoming. Recommend. The only reason not a 5 star rating was when I obtained my new glasses, the salesperson did not really make sure they fitted. Had to go back the next day for some adjustments. One pair felt loose and did not fit clearly on my nose.

Dr Jeffrey was lovely and provided me with some really great information about my condition. And he was fun to chat to! I’d highly recommend getting your eye test and glasses here. Thank you!

The Customer Service was outstanding! Never waited in line. I got my contacts ordered and the staff was very friendly and made me and my daughters feel comfortable. They always take good care of me and are generally concerned of my comfort. Great job, and keep up the great service!
