AJ and Yang are very nice guys, they were super friendly, gave us excellent customer service and gave my friend Paula a great car for a great price. Overall cars have low miles and are very clean and they have in stock from Toyotas to Mercedes makes. I personally highly recommend this place before you buy anywhere else, you wont be disappointed.

Pulled up to look at a beautiful older Lexus he had on the lot.Granted im a young kid and that day i was golfing so i drove my old truck in but i was immediately ignored, asked to see that specific car. He said “battery is dead”, so i asked if he could unlock the door with the key. I could tell he just wanted to sit back down and for me to go away, well I wanted to ask more questions about that old lexus as i was very interested and had cash.HE WANTED ME TO MAKE AN OFFER ON A CAR THAT I HAVENT DROVE, HAVENT SEEN RUN. He definitely looked at me, and just assumed i couldnt afford a car. I told him i wasnt going to mKe an offer as i havent drove it or seen it ran. He then said “dont waste my time and i wont waste yours” Well im happy to let you know i bought one cash the next dayHe’s a horrible car salesman, but he does have nice cars from the looks of the lot. He will judge you the moment you step on the lot.

Forget the high pressure mega dealerships in Champaign. I had a horrible experience at Serra and then I was fortunate enough to find this hidden gem.If you are searching for a well - cared for high end brand vehicle this is the place! Yang and Ammar provide friendly, low pressure, knowledgeable service.They are patient and answer all you questions because they have background information on all their inventory. Prices are very fair. You will not leave the lot without everything promised having been accomplished.

This man is a racist. I asked to see a car and he wouldnt answer any of my questions, refused to show me the car or let me test drive it, and insisted I had to have financing before he would show me anything. He never rose from his seat or stopped eating his food. My husband, who is white, wanted to see if he would treat him the same and of course with no problems whatsoever the same man bent over backwards to help him. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I am looking for a BMW and was surprised to see the inventory at this lot. I don’t buy my cars locally, but thought why not, there are a few options that looked nice. I walked around the lot, looked at a few vehicles and couldn’t get any help. I even waved to get someone’s attention, and I was on the lot for about 10 minutes. There was a guy on site but this joker couldn’t find the strength to leave his little makeshift office. I drove up in a luxury vehicle but that didnt seem to get his attention, either. I’ve seen a few cars in the area with plates from this dealer, and it appears the dealer has a target demographic he hopes to attract, but after reading other reviews about him, I now have an idea why I was ignored.

My husband and I bought a Lincoln navigator 2004. Knowing that it wasnt going to be a perfect vehicle because of mileage and year. But you would think the sellers would have some type of courtesy towards their vehicles when having a buisness. It seems that the only thing they did do was clean it and barely that because it still had used refresh tabs in the car. Tires are bald, sensors lights are on, spark plugs messed up, winshield wipers dont work,. Its small things that could have been done to the vehicle that would have made it a better outlook. Then they tried to play the person whom we took it to, to get it looked at they tell you anything when they get your money. Well the sellers couldnt tell us anything about their product of the car. I would not reccomend this place. Plus Indians know nothing about cars. Its just a money business for them. They care nothing about the product.

The owner is probably racist. A minority friend had a bad experience here - the owner was rude, wouldnt let them test drive a vehicle, and when they asked about pricing was told that they didnt provide financing. I was shocked and had to see this clown for myself, so I (white male) went over and guy let me test drive the car talked about price, and was generally kind (but maybe still a little rude). No talk of financing, no hesitations. Take what you will from this anecdote.

The best used car dealership for both luxury and economic vehicles in college town! I purchased Infiniti G37 3 years ago with decent price and drove with no hassle at all!
