While visiting my Mom in Champaign (she’s 83), I realized her car was getting too low to get in and out of for her comfort (she’s 83!). We went by to take a look at compact SUV’s and Rob was incredible. He was friendly, polite, informative, and patient. He took time to talk to her, ask about what she liked in her old car and what kind of things she would like in a new car. I stayed close to make sure she heard everything, didn’t feel lost or talked down to, but I didn’t need to worry- he has incredible customer service skills and she felt listened to and understood. Her age and lack of awareness of available features wasn’t an issue at all. We walked away with some ideas and he followed up quickly when we had questions about financing or availability. She ended up deciding to buy a car and felt very confident in her choice with financing after he explained all the options. 14/10 would definitely go back if I needed to buy a car!

Service writer was very nice and helpful. The problems with my vehicles transmission and interior trim were not taken care of. I was told that they could not duplicate or identify a problem with the transmission, and the trim had to have a picture taken of it and sent to GMC??? It used to be if there was a problem with fit and finish or trim they just replaced it. The warranty is supposed to be 3/36,000 which I am not far from. Im sure when the factory warranty is no longer in place the problem will be found. The transmission problems with this vehicle are WELL DOCUMENTED online. My fault for not doing my homework before I bought it.

My 2020 silverado picked up a bolt in a rear tire. I pulled in without an appointment to see if they could mend my damaged tire. They fit me in, and within under an hour they had me back on the road for a reasonable price ($27).

Rob at Sullivan-Parkhill did a great job explaining all of the differences between the vehicles. It can be a bit overwhelming, I would recommend anyone needing help buying a new car to go and see Rob!

We had come in a couple of weeks ago to view the Equinox and the Traverse. Brian was very helpful. When we were ready to purchase, we came in for a slightly different Traverse, but Brian was still very accommodating. Had my oil changed and tires rotated. Was quick and while I was there test drove a used truck. Very clean, low miles and completely affordable. Was looking for a first vehicle for teen aged son. Ended up buying that truck a few days later. They got me warranty!!! Love my sales person Coty!!!

Brought my truck in to have tired rotated and diagnose a noise. Service manager told me there was 60 psi In one of my tires which I know is a lie because I had just checked and adjusted pressure in all the tires 2 days prior with a manual gauge and compared the readings to my sensors which were all within 2 psi. Tires all have decent tread life left and no bulges or belts showing. Seems as though he saw a woman and assumed I was ignorant and thought he was going to have an easy $1000 service sale. Never again.

Jasmine responded to emails and texts quickly and when we visited in person she answered all questions and was able to point out the many differences between models. My visit was to get my key fob replaced. One day prior I stopped by and the Gentleman at the parts desk greeted me and assisted me by ordering the new fob, which came in the next day. I then was able to get an appointment for the replacement. It didnt take long for the fob and everyone that I came in contact with, (from the parts guy to the young Lady that I stopped by to pay my bill with) greeted me and made me feel comfortable like I was at home. I have been coming to SP for a few years. I have always felt like they do a fantastic job and communicate what needs to be done in an effective and concise way. The shuttle drivers are friendly and are always there to help get you back and forth to work or home. I see no reason why I would go elsewhere for service with my Malibu. In fact, when it comes time to get a new car I will definitely consider another Chevy product as this car has been great!

I hate buying cars but Rob made it painless and I left feeling great about the car I bought. Dontrell was awesome too. After we were done he offered to look at the sale paperwork of my trade in and recognized some money I should get back, that I would never have caught. He ended up finding about $2500! Stopped in just getting info on some of the upcoming models for Mercedes-Benz and Rob was very informative, wasnt pushy, and answered all my questions.

I took my Mercedes to them to check my weird clicking sound issue. They lifted my car up and drove for a bit and charged me $160 for the so called service fee. Such a scam toward students. I was nice enough to pay and just want to let people know avoid this place if you want to get your car checked, there are mechanics out there don’t ask a penny for running up a quick check.

About a week prior to making the appointment I started having problems with the electric power steering in my 2012 Malibu, a light would come on and my power steering would not work, I had to turn the car off and wait a couple of minutes then start it again and the light would be off and the power steering would work but the steering wheel would twitch almost all the time but luckily the power steering never quit working while I was driving, so I started to do some research and came across a website that stated that there was T.S.B. on the exact problems that I was having and thats when I called the dealership and made an appointment.The gentleman that had taken my appointment was very polite and even verified that there was a T.S.B. for the problem, thankfully my car was still within the special warranty period.When I came in for the appointment everything went smoothly, got a ride back to work and later that day my car was ready to go so I couldnt be happier with the repair and the people I had talked to. 👍👍

Bought a 2020 4x4 diesel Sprinter from Robert Lalumendier . Ive avoided buying new from dealerships in the past due to high pressured sales and other tactics. Robert was anything but that, he was professional, a class act, responsive and mainly stuck to answering my questions. The whole experience was a nice respite from the pandemic. It was easy to set an appointment that worked with my schedule and my car was serviced the same day.

There was only one sales manager on the floor and my deal took a VERY long time. I honestly would have left if I hadn’t been so set on getting my vehicle that day. I understand that things can get busy but I should not have had to wait four hours. I also think the dealership needs to do a better job following COVID procedures - I saw massless salespeople, a salesperson with his mask below his nose, and ventilated masks (which don’t prevent transmission).

Drove down from Chicago to purchase a sprinter for my business. My sales representative Jasmine really took care of us and we worked the numbers before I came down. When I got there we just signed the paperwork and wasted no time. Larry the financemanager is also very honest and got me the best possible loan from Mercedes. I would highly recommend this dealer for anyone in the market for a Mercedes car/sprinter.

I had an intermittent issue with the TPMS sensors on both right tires where the signal from the sensors gets dropped, so I (re-learned) all the tires into the computer, but I switched the learning process so that the computer thinks that the right tires are on the left and the left tires are on the right. The reason I did this was to troubleshoot if the tire sensors are the issue, or the computer, but the issue stayed with the tires which indicates faulty sensors. I took the vehicle in and explained what I did and what the problem was, they said they will take a look at it. Got a call that the truck is done so I went to pick it up and they said they didnt see a problem with the tire sensors, then proceeded to argue with me that what I did was wrong and was what caused the issue from the first place. The guy I talked to was not professional and showed poor customer service. Im a mechanical engineer and I know exactly how the TPMS works, but the guy was arguing with me that I didnt know what I was talking about.

Had windshield replaced on my 2014 Corvette Stingray. Had to wait for it to come in. Was a little bit longer then expected but I wouldnt say that was dealerships fault? My only disappointment was not being able to pick it up for the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend, while waiting for windshield even though dealership was open?
