They were very clear in the diagnosis of the issue and set proper expectations of next steps and how long repair would take. The issue was fixed and I was very pleased with the prompt, professional experience they delivered. Highly recommend!

Very happy with their service had a stripped oil plug that two other shops couldn’t get out and they did it same day I dropped it off. Only complaint is that the oil plug cost $15 and that’s pretty steep otherwise very satisfied and would recommend

My car had a broken windshield wiper arm on the passenger side. Decided to take it to carx where they said they will try and bend it back. They claimed that it could not be bent back into place and asked for $292.23 which included the part, labor, supply fee and tax. I took my car back and went to KAAMS Auto Repair where they took my wiper arm off and bent it back into place. They were very nice and kind and charged me NOTHING for bending the windshield wiper arm. These guys love their job, literally made my day.

Wanted to share my experience:These people seemed so friendly when you first meet them. Youll walk away from their garage thinking that your car is in good hands.Unfortunately, thats when they begin billing you. Theyll tell you they suspect one issue, it wont work out. Then itll be another issue, wont work out. Then at the end your bill has racked up to an easy 4-figures.Once you think everything is solved. Youll jump in your car. And your- Air conditioning- Radio- Nav system- Remote startwont work anymore with no explanation but the response,How are we supposed to know those things even worked in the first place?Arent you a mechanic? You created one solution and then 5 more issues!OK well come back tomorrow and well give you another quote.Unbelievable.

Wonderful mechanic. They replaced my blend door actuator in a timely manner and at a fair price. Theyre the honest mechanics of C/U. I will be coming back to them regularly, especially for my more serious car repairs!

I was so impressed with the professionalism and quick work at KAAMS. I needed my car checked because it was leaking oil after an oil change at a different shop and they fit me in right away and had my car back to me before noon with the loose hose fixed. They didnt even charge me, which was generous since they arent the ones who made the mistake in the first place. I will definitely be making this my go-to shop from now on!

Called KAAMS on a Tuesday for an appointment. Thursday was their earliest available appointment time to determine a problem with a TPMS Sensor error message. Dropped off the car at 8:00 and received a call few minutes later identifying which specific sensor had malfunctioned, along with a quote to replace it. By 9:30, I was back at the shop picking up the car. Was charged $110 for the part / labor. Very happy and satisfied. Will be back!

Great experience! Had work done on my 04 Buick Rendezvous with over 257,000 miles on it. Thermostat replaced and a couple of other items repaired. Now my heater is working correctly and is very warm as it should be. Thanks!
