Customer service was good. I was looking for laptop and employee was kind enough to guide me to appropriate section. This store also handles USPS and FEDEX services. This store has good collection of Stationary and computer tables and chairs.

Representative that assisted me, Ibrahim went beyond to assist me. I went to make 100 copies and he not only assisted me on the printing but he also taught me how to utilize the print quality. It sounds simple but it took time for the details. He straightened up my copy, erased the black border lines, and darken my original copy. Overall, he was very helpful. Thank you! Great service!

Do not use this place for your print services! The first time we used them, it turned out fine. The second and third times, I literally walked out and threw the prints directly in the garbage. Incorrect size, paper, etc. and the associates can’t be bothered to help you.

Do NOT come here for print services. The girl with the braids was so rude when I asked a simple question. She also crumpled up my paper. Rude for what??

I am so disappointed at Office Depot.I went there to get prints done and an associate name Kevin was very rude and belligerent to me and to every customer in line who wants to do business with Office Depot.All the ladies agreed, after leaving the store, we was going to FedEx and taking our business there. I have 2 million followers on Facebook and I will let everyone know, Not to do business with Office Depot.Kevin should not work with people being rude and very disrespectful!!!

Ever since the Henderson Rd site in Tucker closed, I’ve been coming to the Chamblee location. Karen, Ibrahim, and Shanise have been amazing at handling my company’s print needs. Everything from business cards, to carbon-copy contracts, to large print/cut jobs, to laminations, they have essentially become an extension of our company, and I their’s! I really appreciate their help and responsiveness.

I have tried to print things here twice and it took 8 hours the first time and the second time I couldn’t pick it up until the next day. Every other Office Depot does it within 30 minutes. When I called to see what was taking so long they had not even started. Do not go to this Office Depot!!! Can’t stress it enough. My project will now not be done for the Christmas gift.

They do not honor price matching with Amazon. I know other stores that sell electronics that will honor price matching online. Not much of a selection here, I guess I will take my business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. Always complain they’re “too busy” or “just got here, give me 10 minutes” even for looking up the status of online orders. The phone number is also useless - you end up on hold forever. We used to use this location for all our print and office needs, but the last 6 months have been horrible.

Just now setting up my printer and thought about the extraordinary level of customer service I had experience at this specific location! I had a problem with my printer and when I brought it back in the manager (believe his name is Abraham) gave every attempt he could to try and fix it. After we figured out that it’s the printers probably and that it was unsalvageable, he offered to do an exchange. Well we searched and he concluded that they didn’t have anymore in stock and then he offered another solution. We even offered to keep my damaged printer in his office so that it would remind him to check on my replacement for me! Needless to say, This man exemplified customer service to the max and that I was highly impressed with his dedication to customer satisfaction at his store! Thank you.

Hello everyone yesterday Monday 11/16/2020 night around 7.45 pm I went to this locationI got very bad experience from printing copy section Darkfatman I ask him can I use your computer I have to print something he said no. Before he say no he said we close and he told me bye bye why? I’m very sad because he disrespect me front of his manager he was so rude too, never gonna come back

Customer service could honestly been more helpful. I was basically trying to get copies to print out for my resume and I ask one of the store employees about the services telling me I have to login in and wait. Few mins later, another employee told me that I need to learn the steps in order to print out what I needed. I honestly wish the store could provided alittle more assistance and the printing services wouldnt be so greedy.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The business services people are soooo rude specifically The sales manager Abraham & the other black male associate. If you all do not want to help customers do not work in customer service. Please hire professional people who want to help customers.

I got two 24x36 in., two 18x24 in. posters, and one 16x20 in. poster printed and mounted on foam board. The grand total was $153, but with a 20% off coupon, it was $122. All in all, still much cheaper (over $100) than what another company quoted me.Jules and Shaniece were so helpful. They printed my posters for my wedding (welcome sign, seating chart, etc.) and when I wasn’t satisfied, they kept at it until they got it right. I appreciated their attention to detail and their helpfulness. Definitely recommend Office Depot for office and school supplies, as well as printing and copying services!

Excellent experience. A kind gentleman helped me on October 8, 2018 to purchase a canon printer. The printer ended up not suiting my needs, but Trisha and Ibrahim provided me with excellent service in assisting me with returning the printer. All three employees were attentive, efficient and customer oriented. I highly recommend this location.

Very helpful staff at the printing/copy station. I dont remember her name, but she was friendly and help me with scanning and sending files to my email. And the price is much better than Fed Ex Office.

While some of the OD stores seem to be struggling for service staff, this store is a good exception. Staff was helpful and I was able to find what I needed quickly and be on my way. Only problem is that this store is in a high traffic area so getting out can be tricky.

Poor service. New policy cannot get order printed even when you have order number and the manager told me that they were getting ready to close so dif not have time @7:15pm when they close @8pmm

I recently printed $200 worth of presentation materials, color pamphlets, and large photo printouts. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially all the time and attention from the Printing Center. One of the best locations in Atlanta!

All if the ladies in the print department have phenomenal customer service!! The amount of patience they have is commendable. Management needs to do a better job of dealing with impatient, disrespectful customers.

This location is terrible and has bad customer service. I’m very disappointed in the way that store is being managed. I will never go to this location again.

Ive frequented this Office Depot quite often. Its my go to place when I need quick copies or office supplies. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Went at 5pm on a Sunday with only 3 customers in the store. Only went for a few notebooks and a pack of scantrons and after circling the store three times I decided to ask an employee where scantrons are. Instead of helping me find them/taking me to find them he pointed to the other side of the store and said they were in “office supplies” like that’s helpful. So I went to look and no luck. He managed to work his way over to “office supplies” and was stocking when I had my friend ask for scantrons as well. He finally decided to radio to another employee about where scantrons we’re after asking, “oh they’re not over there?” and then told us that they were out of them. The one thing I came to an office store for. I no longer wanted to purchase anything due to the lack of help and not having the thing I needed most. My friend went to check-out but instead of being greeted by an employee ready to check them out, he was greeted with- “one second” and after about a minute they had enough as well. We left without making a purchase and won’t be back. Employees were not helpful and they were out of the things we needed most.

It took more than 30 minutes for me to get 5 standard sheets of paper copied and faxed. The employees are very friendly and courteous but the wait for such simple tasks is ridiculously long.

Once again the chamblee store finds a way to turn a would be 1 star into a 5 way to go Leonard. I appreciate you making the effort because as a frequent customer it is the little things that makes the difference.

I am displeased with the customer service at the print and copy center at store #146. I submitted a print job online for pickup saturday evening. I went to pickup the order (Monday 4/22) around 1pm. I showed the associate working the print and copy center the barcode to scan for the order per the instructions in my confirmation email. She said that wouldnt do anything and asked me for the name. I gave her my name and she said she could not find it. She quickly became frustrated and had a nasty attitude towards me as if it were my fault that she was unable to locate the job. I read to her the instructions I received in the email and asked if this was in fact store# 146. She said Yes. She asked me for a description and asked what it was she was supposed to be looking for. I explained that it was about 100 pages of standard white. After unsuccessfully looking again for the print job she asked me for the order number and printed it then. She offered no apology. This is my first time going to this store and it has shown me that the employees (or at least the lady working the print and copy center) are rude and incompetent. I wont be ordering from this store again.

Decent office depot with good selections. Had some paper on sale which helped my budget. Also found a cool extra thin mousepad which was cheap.

This is a really lovely place to shop for school supplies, but sadly they dont have a lot of things in stock anymore due to the fact that there are not many customers are shopping there anymore.

They do not have a good customer service, I went to print some labels, and they told me that I had to go to the paper area, after being in the paper area, for almost 10 minutes I could not find the right size of paper, I asked if someone could help me, and they tell me in a moment with the empty store, I waited for more than thirty minutes and nobody helped me.

My husband has shipped 20 auto parts from this location. It was the first time that I approached this place. The woman looks at me and says she doesnt accept them. Look at the box like its illegal. He does not accept the box and tells me to go straight to a post office. I dont know if it was my face or my accent, but Im definitely not going back to Office Depot.

I was attended by a very nice guy from Senegal in the copy section, he had to use the computer and he was always attentive to me. Thanks Maying I think its called. Is the best!
