Just came in to see the products the store has to offer. Even though the price is pretty high, the furnitures and jewelries look beautiful and lovely. However, when I came in there was no greeting from the ladies. 5 minutes later, a couple came in and they instantly greeted them. After roaming for a while the couple left and the ladies also bid them a very nice goodbye, while as when I left they said nothing as if I was just a nobody. I dont understand and I also dont want to understand why I got such treatment, the only difference between me and that couple is my skin color and my race! The store needs to step up their game in customer service. Horrible work, ladies!

I bought a sofa from here bc of the fabric that u could spill wine on and wipe it up! It has had continual problems which they won’t stand behind ! The fabric is horrible it pills, ink doesn’t come out, Dirt doesn’t come out! Such a waste of money! Says down just feathers and they constantly come through the fabric! They were replaced once still do the same thing! I can’t say it in enough words how disappointed I am in the performance of the fabric and the company! I will never buy anything from here or refer this company! Plus got a wool rug with tassels and they have all frayed and slowly come off! I live alone and this all happened in less than a year! I have never given anyone a negative post before but be warned these products do not hold up! Buyer beware!!!

I absolutely love this store and there staff. They helped me to furnish and design several rooms in my house and I couldn’t be happier. I worked with there designer Tina she was patient and asked a ton of questions so she would know exactly what I was looking for in each room. She has an amazing talent for designing your rooms exactly how you pictured it. I would highly recommend this store and there staff. I will be using them for every room in my house. Thank you for making this such an easy and fun experience. You guys are the best !!

I can not begin to describe what a wonderful experience I had and continue to have at Dutchmans! Working with Tina exceeded my expectations. She really listened to my ideas and was so pleasant to work with. She is extremely good at what she does and can make a room look warm and inviting. Ive worked with other designers before and was never this happy with the outcome. The staff at Dutchmans is always friendly and helpful and of course their merchandise is amazing! Cant wait to do another room!

I do agree with the reviews that the store is great and amazing but the customer service really sucks. They barely want to talk to you and the customer service is not appeasing to first time customers. I Loved the product but Ill probably never go there again. The ladies were unpleasant and I didnt feel like a valued customer after I made my purchase.

Visited this store on my weekend to Atlanta and wanted to just move in. It was so welcoming and warm unlike some other places I visited. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!!!

The absolute CUTEST store in Chamblee!! Ive purchased multiple pieces of furniture, lighting, home decor, jewelry, candles...you can find anything you need here. I love that you can get custom furniture and bedding/linens. The quality is wonderful and the staff are great to work with. If you need some new furniture for your home or a hostess or birthday gift, definitely stop by Dutchmans!

Beautiful store. Terrible customer service. I have been in the store at least six times. The only time I have spoken to someone is the week they open the store. The salespeople are always in their break room eating or chatting away.

I was so excited to learn that Dutchmans was opening a store in Chamblee as I have been a loyal patron to the St Simons location for years. This store is merchandised beautifully and requires a few walks around to ensure youve seen everything! The staff is knowledgeable and excited to work with you to design a space you will love, whether you are looking for small accessories or to fully furnish a house! Definitely worth the trip into Chamblee!
