I got a flat after church today. My boyfriend Tony suggested I get new tires and charge them on his Firestone card. We came here since it was on our way home.The 2 associates were on the telephone when we walked in so we patiently waited. The younger of the two got off the phone and did not acknowledge us at all. Instead got some paperwork and walked towards the service door. The other one was still on the phone. We decided to walk out.We came home and Tony decided to take it to Huntington Park where he was quickly serviced and they made a sale. This is the first time I have ever posted or rated any business; but truly the service was very poor. Neither one of the associates acknowledged us. A simple well be right with you would have sufficed.

James, the manager, is honest and extremely knowledgeable. In fact, all the sales advisors/managers are terrific. They always go out of their way to explain the work and to recommend work, if needed. They are not pushy, and they are always looking out for their customers. James always finds coupons to apply to any service I bring my cars in for. I highly recommend this story because of its staff and honest work. Thanks Firestone!

Friendly service, but constantly offering VERY long ETAs and never having enough techs working on cars. Excuse after excuse.Today I came to get brakes changed. 4 cars in the bay. Was told 2-2.5 hours total. 1.5 hours later I show up without receiving a phone call and they havent even touched it yet. Only 1 car in the bay. Long line inside to even get my key back and leave. Guy in front of me wants a nail removed, they quote him 2.5 hours at least. He is displeased. Ive been there buddy. Yes I have.I wanted to come here to utilize their warranty repair for brakes, but looks like Ill have to go somewhere else.

Our car had a check engine light come on and it started to shake a bit during acceleration. We pulled in here right away and the techs took a look at it and diagnosed the problem in no time. Replacement parts were ordered and installed first thing the next morning.Fastest repair turnaround Ive seen. Great shop and very efficient.

Dishonest location. I took in my car for a alignment. I have a lifetime warranty on it. I had an appointment and I wanted wait there while the work was getting done. They were not busy at all. They said it will take few hours. So I left. They called me an hour later to let me know that the car is ready. When I drove off from there I realized they had done nothing. They totally lied about doing the job. This facility has played this game with some of my friends too. Never buy the life time warranty from them. They will try to sell you more products and services every time you visit them. They pressure you to buy life time warranty only to cheat you again and again. There are many reputable service shops in Cerritos that you can trust.

I have an 03 dodge srt4 and to be honest I know my car is hard to work on and find parts for however I shouldnt be telling the mechanic how to fix it! I dont even have enough fingers to count how many mistakes and f@℃k up he did and it made a bad impression on the whole company but other then that Henry at the desk was very cool and down to earth when it came to helping me out, and Gina could tell that I was really fed up so she refunded some of my money back. all and all I will still go there but I will be asking if a different mechanic will work on my baby

I called at 3:00pm on a Sunday(12/10/17) and I just wanted to ask them if they did alignments. Hi I just wanted to know if you guys do alignments? And he replies with, oh we dont have time for that so the I ask, well what time do you guys close? And he says, 5:00 and i hang up. Really in 2 hours you cant do an alignment? That really pissed me off. I guess they didnt want to sell me a new set of tires and an alignment. I think he said his name was Jeff.

Took them more than an hour after schedule appointment, still have not bring my vehicle in for service. Typical California workers, basically slackers!! Go some where else!

One tire change 2&1/2 hours, used the service second time same wait, prolly will think about now on, my car stayed outside until 2 hrs, done in less than 30 min. Staff is good, wait area has TV, coffee, restrooms.

This is a great location with great staff, I have come here for years now due to the excellent service and Veteran discount among other reasons. They make recommendations but dont hassle for up-sale.

Been coming here for years for tires and alignments and small repairs. Honestly some of the complaints are true and compliments are as well. Over the years theyve gone though different managers and staff so its a little inconsistent. There are periods of long wait times usually with the weekends. Its best just to plan to leave your car there and pick up next day if you can but thats unrealistic for some, but this only applies to major services. Tires and alignments usually take 2-3 hours. Youll have better wait times at a shop that only does tires like Americas tire but without the services Firestone offers.I was displeased one time when we paid for a repair for one of our vehicles and only have it checked by another shop to find it was done improperly doneSymyptoms starting coming back shortly after repairing at Firestone cerritos, it was a steering issue. But this is probably the first disappointment out of 10 plus repairs? I guess 9/10 isnt that bad. No shop is perfect.I come here for the convience. Its a franchansied repair tire shop so theyll back their warranty. Life time alignments pay for themselves. But this location does great work but its inconsistent. Long wait times sometimes comparable to a dealership.

Despite having an appointment they didnt even start working on my car until I waited 2 and a half hours. I understand being busy but if you cannot handle the volume stop taking in more customers so you can meet your commitments. If they told me up front to come back. I could have ran errands and came back instead of missing out on my other plans.

Worst service. They never deliver the vehicle on time. They tell you one time and deliver 2+ hours later. For me, they never ordered my replacement tire in the first place and had to call in myself several days later after their stated delivery to ask for a status. They had to run out and find the tire that same day. Youre better off going elsewhere.

I purchased the $199 alignment for life in 2013 and since then Ive been able to go to and firestone and get an alignment. My only advice is call a couple days ahead to setup an appointment and they will take care of you at your time of arrival.

I dont recommended this shop..this shop is a joke discrimination (Gutierrez) the manager or service advisor will lure you to fixs something that is not broken just to make you spend more money..I had a lifetime wheels alignment since I was living in Nor-Cal when I brought my car after 3 hrs He told me there a problem with my bushings He doesnt know that I have knowledge of car repairs I was former Midas employee waste of my time .....I just want then to align my car because of my lifetime warranty what is so hard about that

Very happy with the service and crew.Had a situation where to much oil was added to my girlfriends car (dont let your girlfriend add oil to her car by herself.) So just decided to get an oil change knock two birds out with one stone. Went to valvoline and they wanted 79 bucks.......the hell?!?!?!?!?! Synthetic blend oil change for 79 dollars.So called firestone said they can do it for 39.99 with a 10 dollar off coupon. Was more than happy for that price plus got all my fluids topped off and tires checked for free.Thank you guys once again for the great service and care.Will only come back to you guys from now on.

I was there on saturday. i was trying to do tire rotation for my car. I walked in and there was 4 employees. 3 of them talking and chilling only in the back. and in the front one guy with one customer. I was there just waiting for a HI OR WE WILL RIGHT WITH YOU or something. u wait for 10 minutes. nobody asked me how I can get helped. they looked at me and they just ignored me. So I decided to walk away.Really bad service at all. they dont care. they are getting paid anyways.

Worst ever oil change place. I had been doing my car services for over 2 yrs with these guys after my warranty with toyota care had expired. I had some transmission issues on a 2013 toyota rav4 with 75k miles(thats unbelieveable) so i went to a different transmission repair shop to see whats up as firestones dont fix transmission problems. The transmission repair shop told me there was not even a drop of transmission fluid in my car and asked me who is my regular oil change guy. Luckily they fixed it and recommended not to go to my previous oil change services. My car almost got messed up. On top of that firsetone at this location tends to sell their product and rip you off on the price than to provide you better services. Also some employees are freaking rude. I would honestly and highly not recommend others to go to this place to get your oil change or other services.

I went there to have my ac checked, i have an appointment at 11am, and the lady told me that she will call after two hours, I never receive a call so I called them up to follow up on the status of my car and the lady said they havent yet diagnosed the car yet. I gave them another two hours or more, and nothing yet had been done to my car, gosh it a simple diagnosis on the AC and they did nothing. I went back to this location in Cerritos asked for my keys and drove my car home. Its totally a waste of time going here! I will never recommend it to my friends!

I went to get four wheel alignment done.Alignment for the front wheels were done. The rear wheels were not adjusted and the steering is off center and the car now wobbles.Now I have to waste more time and get the alignment redone.They also tried to sell me tires but I guess thats just part of their business.

They went above and beyond anything Ive seen to help my friend. For the price of an oil change, they repaired a huge oil leak that was caused by a faulty 3rd party digital oil pressure gauge. Even my local mechanic wouldve charged more. It required the removal of some broken brass threads and reinstallation of the OEM oil pressure sensor. All for around twenty bucks.

I gave the go ahead and helped myself to coffee and watched Dr. Oz on the boob tube. Urine isnt the solution for a jellyfish sting, after all. Who knew? This location recently went through a remodel and is now more aesthetically pleasing. The coffee was good, considering its free, and in approximately 1 hour, my truck was ready to go.Okay, here comes the courtesy check results. Well done, Firestone!Its a no-brainer to say that Ill be back, since I have my lifetime alignment warranty for the life of my truck. I made an appointment and when I got there I was told theyd overbooked and it would be several hours before they could get to me. What the hell is the point of making an appointment then? Bad management.

Last week I made an appointment for this morning at 8 a.m., I arrived at 7:55 am. Its now 10:00 am and my car is still in the parking lot. Id hate to be a walk in. Anyways, I finally got out of there at 11:30 am. They didnt even tell me my tires hadnt been rotated, I found out at home while reading the paperwork.

They are always busy and often make promises they cant seem to keep. There seems to be a high rate of turnover with the front staff as I never see the same people.

Every time I go here they never have the parts needed for my vehicle. Had my tires replaced and they stole my chrome valve caps.
