I struggle with spinal issues and I have been loyal to the Tempur-pedic Brand. Couple of times I browsed “ Ortho Mattress “ to check the Quality and pricing. For some reason I never went to an actual show room. A few days ago during a conversation with my buddies and they were raging about the excellent quality of the Hybrid Ortho Mattress. Let me tell you, when I laid on the mattress, I felt an immediate relief on my spine. It was a hard decision, due to the price, but I ended up driving back to the store and got this excellent mattress with a discount! I see it as an investment more than an expense, I only have one body, and I intend to take great care of it! Definitely recommend it to everyone!

We had purchased a new mattress at Costco and it did not fit our needs as to comfort. We went to Ortho and the sales lady was Awesome!! She asked us what type of mattress we were interested in. We werent sure. She that is fine, lets start with a few to see what fits the of you both. She was absolutely knowledgeable and very patience. She explained every mattress we tried. And trust me we tried so many. We did purchase a mattress. We wanted a mattress where we new we would get the best sleep possible. The sales lady never was pushing like so many other sales people.

This is one of the better Ortho locations Ive ever been to. All 3 locations Ive visited were nice with professional and knowledgeable staff. This location just had a better variety of mattress choices, as it is one of the larger locations. Eric was the representative that helped me with my purchase. Thank You, I love my new adjustable frame!!!

David made mattress selection comfortable, simple and the purchase process a breeze. He answered all of our questions and never pressured us during our visit. Not pushy at all and super helpful. A very good experience at this store, would highly recommend coming in for the full mattress buying experience.

Terrible service and worst mattresses.

BUYERS BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! If anything goes wrong with your mattress your out of luck. The so called WARRANTY is terrible! You have to pay $60 for someone to come to your house to inspect your mattress because its a 3rd party company that does it. Our mattress is 2 yrs old and recently our pillow top shifted to one side and seems to have rolled up inside not allowing us to lay flat on the mattress. We were confident in thinking that this was a manufacture defect so we paid the $60 so they can come inspect the mattress. Ooooo were we wrong. We were told that this issue is not under warranty because we have to have a certain number of slates at a specific distance from each other. Mind you the slats are under the bunkie board (support surface) that they recommended we have with this mattress that we bought from them. Theyll use any excuse so they wont have to replace your mattress. $2700 for a matress that only lasted 2 yrs. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere.

Wonderful experience! This is our second time buying an Ortho mattress and the quality of service is unmatched. Our family just expanded and we are upgrading our bedrooms. DAVID helped us pick the perfect mattress for our budget and needs. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store and the mattress industry in general. It was a pleasant shopping experience and we are thoroughly satisfied with our purchase. DAVID even cleared the way for the delivery drivers to remove not only our old mattress but also our old bed frame. At no cost! Totally awesome. Im sharing my experience with corporate not the sales person at Ortho who was fine. I owned a temperpedic mattress for over 10 yrs and lost it in the divorce. So instead I bought a mattress from ortho but by month#2 I started having back pain so I flipped it and figured it would be fine. That side also became uneven & was still bothering my back (it was the only thing that had changed). I SHOULD HAVE CALLED at this time but i didnt (preoccupied with life ) ; they did send a very nice Julio to check on the mattress only to find one side had dipped 1/4 and the other side 5/8. The warrenty lady Linda explained it was just over the 100 day and could not be exchanged for comfort reasons and that it wasnot a quality issue. WHAT!!! I could not believe it. I explained that the mattress is not even and hurting my back ( ive even been seeing a chiro) and THAT MAKES it a deffective mattress! In what world is it ok to pay 100s of dollars for a mattress and in less than 4 months this is happening? She said I should have been turning it every month and I told her I was Never told that, again an error on their part if they arent training their techs.I am so upset about this. She said she could send someone in 60-90 days to review and see if its hit the 1 difference . I dont understand this terrible customer service. Really. Im supposed to sleep on it for another 60-90 days and they still might not replace a defective mattress? Please READ THE FINE PRINT on large item expenses! ASK questions and be sure you know their return policy BEFORE buying from Ortho.

I just moved into a new house in Lake Elsinore and a friend referred me to see Josh specifically for a new mattress. I was hesitant about driving over an hour away, but I went anyways. I couldnt be happier! Josh was very patient and informative. He asked what I was looking for and gave suggestions on which mattresses to try out... Without being pushy (This is vital for me). Once I made my choice, the process was quick and painless. My mattress was delivered a couple of days later. The delivery guys were great and it only took a few minutes to set up.
