I searched online and found Mattress Firm. Black Friday caught my attention. My son and I went in to see the mattress advertised and we liked it. We were upgraded unexpectedly because the chosen mattress was not in the warehouse. I did mention to them that I wanted to take the mattress home same day which was not possible being the showroom only and two days shipping was acceptable to us. I believe that is why we were upgraded. Thank you, Christopher, for being attentive to our perceived expectations.

Mattress Firm Cerritos was clean and followed Covid protocol. Greeted right away and were very attentive to what we were looking for in a new mattress.Christopher was very pleasant and patient letting us try different mattress firmness. We found what we were looking for and the check out process was smooth. He let us know what to expect and to let them know if we had any issues. Scheduled our delivery for the next day and we would be receiving a call later for a 2 hour window on delivery. Next day, we received our bed within the designated time. Thank you for great service.

Outstanding customer service. Travis is truly a sleep expert along with the other reps who work there. I told him what I wanted and even told him about the problems that I have had in the past from being a side sleeper and his recommendation in a mattress was spot on. My mom and sister bought the same brand a week earlier and they both love their new mattresses. To make a long story short, I cancelled an online order for an Eight Sleep mattress with a cooling pod to go along with his recommendation and ended up saving a lot in comparison with much better service (delivery and removal of old mattress). Travis was great. He helped me narrow down my options to two that I liked best. The whole process was quick and easy. He also showed me an adjustable bed frame, which I thought were for older people. Travis explained how helpful raising your feet or head could be for back pain, or breathing during the night. Since I’m a snorer and I suffer from back pain regularly, this is especially important to me. Overall experience was great, and I would highly recommend.

The best experience ever. Luz wasnt pushy like the dude at ashley furniture. She asked what I wanted. But Im awful at picking bed so her and my boyfriend talked. I was very tired because of the bed I had was very uncomfortable. Yet she heard everything I hated about it and help me out . I got everything I love quick service.,(she was so sweet just great), a awesome deal, delivered the next day,(delivery guys was so cool). We went to the store to purchase some pillows that we love. Before we stopped at the Cerritos location we stopped at the Monterey Park location. The women that was there was attending a customer and did not acknowledge us until about 10 minutes in. We told her what we were looking for and advised us that the King pillows we wanted were only sold in a bundle and not individually. I told her it was ok as we only needed the pillows. We drive to Cerritos location the salesperson there was so nice and worked really fast not trying to sell us something we were not looking for. I recommend this location!!!

I had some snags with the delivery service in that they originally did not haul away our old mattress and box frame. However, after discussing our issue with Chris at Mattress Firm he planned another pick up and they eventually got our unwanted mattress and box frame.

Initially it was a decent experience, however now that I am home things are not working out as promised. Not nearly enough information was presented to me upfront. The sales pitch was weak and I could tell it was just memorized from a training video or something similar. Lucky for them, I was going to buy a mattress either way so I really didn’t care. Being pushy about financing options was frustrating since I had immediately stated I preferred to buy it outright. After finding the right mattress which was honestly the best part, I got quite excited about the idea of having the perk of an adjustable base that I’m sure would have done wonders for my back aches. Now that I am home, the adjustable base that I was ASSURED would fit my new bed frame will most definitely not fit. I even asked about the fact that it had drawers underneath and was told it would be just fine. Nope, now that I’m home I can already tell it won’t fit from now checking the measurements and I am now going to probably just gift it to my mother in law since I spent a substantial amount on my new frame. What a waste of $600. As I am looking at the paperwork, it was NEVER brought to my attention that the base couldn’t be returned. As someone who works with high end body jewelry, I understand it is my job to be as ethical as possible and not just work for the potential commission when someone is spending a lot of money, especially knowing that it can’t be returned. Not only do I always give that information upfront immediately but if I do not exactly know a the answer to a question I prefer to be honest about that and would recommend they check things out before making the final call. What a concept right?

Things didnt start off so well here. I called the store to see where they were located in cerritos and what stores they were closest to. I was told in same parking lot as target. Since i was familiar that it wasnt in same parking lot but not to far and knowing it was ajacent with another parking lot with stores and eateries with parking in 4-5 areas, i just was trying to park as close to store as possible because im disabled. I was then told i think so an so. I then thought to myself, you come to work everydat and dont know what store you work next to . I surely dont want him trying to sell me a bed. I then find store and walk in. I get helped by a salesman that is literally going back and forth with me about what i choose to look at. I immediately say, there is a lack of communication here and i would like someone else to help me. I then realize this is the same guy who was being so evasive about their location. Then Chris walked into the picture. What a difference in their sales approach. He explained so well the differences in mattresses and noticeably handed me a fresh paper sheet to try pillows as well. I almost walked out of this store but thanks to chris i was able to make my purchase!

Came over black Friday weekend to find new mattress. Matt Pelt was the salesman who greeted me and helped me with the mattress. We felt like he genuinely cared & was so helpful with our needs for finding the right bed for my wife & I to sleep on. We’ve gotten mattress, adjustable base with vibration( which we absolutely love to sleep under) and tempur-pedic pillows. It’s a game changer!

They were a lot of help! Wish they had more mattresses in store on hand to sell, but they are just a display store. So it’s fine, I should be getting my new mattress in a couple days. It came with a free adjustable base for Black Friday so that’s really what sold me on everything.

My Husband and I bought a mattress (the Puffy) online off the whim, saw it had great reviews for both stomach and side sleepers, so I was like why not?? We totally regret it the first night, it was way tooo soft!! So we went to a mattress store (Mattress Firm) and got in touch with Travis. He was a great help! He showed us all the best mattresses they had to offer, especially for a stomach sleeper and side sleeper. Travis knew what mattresses would be best for us opposite sleepers and hot sleepers. They also price match online mattresses, we actually saved a lot more getting it through Mattress Firm than we did online, so that was a big plus! Travis was great, I did not feel like he was trying to upsell at all, he knew what we wanted and knew exactly how to help. I recommend anyone looking for a mattress to get in touch with Travis, he will make the process of finding or getting one that much easier!

We went in looking for the new Purple Pillows and they showed us the one they had and gave us pillow covers so we can try them out which I thought was cool and sanitary. Once we decided that we loved the pillows, the man helping us out told us they don’t have them in store but he can either order them to be delivered to our home in a few business days or he can get them shipped directly to the store the next day for pick up. We ordered a matress from Bobs Furniture and they were messing around with us and numerous delays so we got our money back and came to a place that actually sells mattresses.Our salesman, Travis, was knowledgeable and not pushy in the least.
