They seem to always have what we need cheaper (same brand) than the business across the street from them. As well as their employees are always nice and polite and willing to help you how ever they can.

I bought Glidden Total paint here while it was on a 50% off sale. This paint is like pancake batter and covers great. It was actually a bit of fun using it because the coverage was so rewarding to see. Great paint. The employees are very friendly and try hard to help you.

Never been to this store before. It was easy to navigate and had exactly what we were looking for.

If you cannot find something these front-line workers have no problem dropping whatever they are in the middle of to help and even take you to the exact location.

Always nice people, great store. I would give it a 5 if the last time I was there to get pavers and asked for help loading I would have got it and the kid was outside and even seen me.

This store is okay but has the possibility of being much much better. For the most part the employees here have been willing and helpful. However recently an employee who went above and beyond is no longer there. Hoping Buchheits can hold it together and improve in some areas without this employee.

Has alot of farm supply and many other things you forgot you needed kind of one stop shop if you dont need groceries they do have good snacks and drinks tho

Customer service fails greatly!! By the way the employees were congregating in a large group having personal conversations and cursing at one another I question if theres anyone actually in charge in this store or if they even earn their paychecks. They were seemingly annoyed by us needing assistance and then pointing us in the general direction for us to discover that there are pallets sitting directly in front of what we were looking for. Pallets were moved and that was the last of our receiving any kind of help. They wont have to worry about assisting us again. We wont be back

Your store always price matches for me . You compare it to Rural king in Salem. I was in there Saturday August 22, 2020 to buy the diamond naturals large breed. Rural kings is $29.99 all the time & yours is $32.99. The employee who waited on me has been there a long time & knows I get the same thing every time . I told him you give me Rural kings price & he says oh I have to call them then says they are closed now. I had to pay full price when he knows I get it for cheaper. I’m not a customer who only comes to buy once in awhile . I’mThere every 2 weeks buying dog food. I was very upset because he knew the price . I have never had a problem until now. I can easily start going to Rural king but I was trying to help one Centralia businesses.

This store is like most farmer stores. Its clean and organized. I bought my grown son some good jeans for $8.99 and some old fashioned candy that I cant find anymore. Its a great store for all farmer needs but has a lot of stuff for city people too!!

Literally took the lady 30 minutes to find the correct motorcycle battery for me. After she walked off I looked said battery up in the book provided and headed to the checkout. She came and found me waiting in line to purchase the battery and told me they didnt sell the battery I had in my hand.

Been going here for years. It might be my favorite store on the planet...lol

Great place stocked with hard to find usable items they have even got on the floor outdoor fryers been wanting one but havent seen a place with them set up to look at. I think I like the he Cajun one a little better but I am so glad they have one to look at.

We went there to buy plants for our garden and they have an excellent selection. Quite a few plants are already on sale now too. They have great customer service, whether its at the register, or out in the lot helping us load up mulch. 5 stars.

I wish that they wouldnt mix hens with roosters unless they know how to tell them apart. Nobody wants to go to buy chickens that dont lay eggs and then have to kill them.

Love this place...its akin to Rural King or Tractor Supply, but with a larger/more varied inventory; even including cabinetry. Fairly large clothing selection too. Store is dog friendly as well.

Not the friendly people you woukd expect out of a country store. Say they have veteren discount they do NOT honor their own policies. Employees under trained, Centralia store is a poor excuse for the store

I sure do like this store

We love this store. They have products we cant find anywhere else. Their chick selection is better than anywhere, and because of the way they house them, you can get them older so they have most of their feathers and are less fragile. They even have a pig. Their cat Oliver hangs out and greets people. Just be careful, he can play a little rough if he has been bothered too much.

Im a regular at Centralia Buchheit;I buy soil amendments, most of my flowers and nearly all of my bird seed there, and have found the staff to be excellent. I usually go on my lunch break, and they know Im in a hurry, so theyre very helpful. I know some of the staff by name, and Michelle especially makes sure I find what I need and get checked out in time to be back at work by the end of my lunch break.

Got hot popcorn bird seed was on sale and got waited on quick. Im happy
