Who knew how huge this story is inside and they had the perfect thing I needed. The clothes here are not inexpensive but the customer service is impeccable and sometimes you just need quality.

I would expect a manufacturer factory outlet to have better pricing.

A fun place to dream a little. I have found nice items there over past years. Classy.

Better when it was just an outlet store and not a clearence store. Now there are a lot of out of season, old styles, limited sizes. Good deals on basic polo shirts and jeans. No returns, No fitting rooms, No coupons, and closes early before hours posted. Coral is A #1 The Best. Very helpful. They are all very nice!

Monday 8/31 at 8:15pmWe honestly felt like we were in the twilight zone shopping at this location. We were greeted by one sales associate upon entering. We started in womens, walked through kids, and made it to mens. In the beginning of mens department there was a manager and an employee chatting at a fixture. I could tell one employee was the manager because she was writing on a clipboard. The sales associate was twirling her hair. They both looked at us and stared. No greeting or asking us if we needed help with anything. The sales associate followed us to the mens accessories table, walked right by us, and asked two white women if they were finding everything ok. She stopped at the table we were at and pretended to tidy up as she watched us and said nothing. She walked back to her manager and they continued to look at us.We spent only a few minutes in the Mens department. My husband was ready to purchase his items. My husband works for this company, but at a different location. He told the the cashier (girl who was following us) that he is an employee and needs a manger to ring us up. The manager came and asked what store he works at and for his employee ID. My husband asked why we didnt get any help, but only got followed in the store. Her response was oh you know we were taking precautions. My husband replied, so instead of asking us for help, you just follow us around the store? Her response, yea those are the measures we take, its called G.U.M. Mind you, I worked in customer service for seventeen years and this is definitely not something you would tell a customer ESPECIALLY if you are in a leadership position.Im pretty sure G.U.M. is an code word for black and brown people who look suspicious of stealing. She could not explain what the acronym meant, and said its hard to explain, when I asked her.Caroline’s demeanor and her words were very intentional. She knew exactly how she was making us feel and her negative presence was intended. She didn’t care about our negative shopping experience and not at all a bit remorseful. She did not thank my husband for this purchase. Her last words were, “the exit is this way”.Honestly the the most bizarre experience I ever had at a Polo store. If I was the Store Manager or District Manager of this location I would be extremely embarrassed. I would give this place zero stars if I could. This shopping experience was another reminder of white privilege and microaggressions in our country.#shoppingwhileblack

I have nothing but positive words to say about this location. I have been shopping here for years and am always impressed by the customer service and prices. Unlike many of the other Polo Ralph Lauren factory outlet stores, this location is one of a small handful of locations that are clearance stores. This location recieves already low priced clearance merchandise from outlet stores and then applies a deeper discount on top of the already great prices. Shoppers should know that all sales are final as it is posted through out the store, which isnt a bad thing, just proceed with caution.

Gold mine! One of only 2 Ralph Lauren Clearance stores in the US. Everything in the store was 50% off of pretty low prices, my wife was buying selvedge denim Jeans originally priced at 169.00 for $15 a pair! And the manager said the whole store has been at 50% off for 2 months!! It was not a holiday sale! This is like the old school outlet stores of yore, maybe some purchase product, but also tons of discontinued items, store returns and overstock! They also carry some Double RRL products! Looking at other reviews, I can only assume we got lucky, plenty of sizes, crammed racks, super helpful sales people too! What a fun shopping experience, will definitely return!*also a pretty expansive big and tall section!

The price s are lower than other outlet store. Lots of selections, but dont expect new fashionable designs here. Otherwise it is a good store i like to visit.

Beyond poor customer service.Went on a weekday and there is hardly any customer in store. So excuse there for too busy.No greeting, coming in even though the sales made eye contact.No staff no where in sight when you are shopping. I see other customers scanning around the store for staff member as well.The cashier gave you attitude as if you are interrupting her important tasks.Terrible experience.

Hubby is particular but im cheap so this is an hour n half away compromise.. He gets to be pretty and I get to enjoy the view better knowing it wasnt breaking bank.

Not much for younger kids but its nice for men and women. Thr prices are very reasonable. Most stuff is about 1 season behind.

Sometimes they have great sales and sometimes they have great selection - the trick is landing there when those two things are happening at the same time.

Doesnt accept Ralph Lauren Coupons - even though they dont take additional discount coupons here from RL there are still amazing deals here to be had. When we drive from Seattle to Portland we always stop in here to snag some clothes and let the kids stretch their feet.
