Awesome shopping experience! Im sure part of this being such a great trip was the awesome sales they were having but the sales staff were amazing as well. We had our 5 year old son with us and he is full of energy, the sales manager was awesome at keeping him busy and allowed us to shop without being stressed. I wish more sales people were like this as it would help their sales out. We purchased 3 jackets, 1 each and a Christmas gift for my dad... The deals were a major part of that but we never would have been in the store long enough if it werent for such a helpful and gracious sales staff. Highly recommend this store, we will certainly be back!

When in there for the first time today with my husband, and had amazing customer service from Devin. He was super helpful, and helped us find what we needed. He went above and beyond. Really appreciate it. Also Lori was very helpful as well, definitely coming back again and recommend 100%.

I went in today because of their 50% off sale and had no idea what I was looking at but the store reps and sales people were so helpful and nice to me and genuinely wanted me to find something that appealed to me. Honestly some of the best customer service ive ever seen.

I visited this store during Thanksgiving weekend and I found a jacket that I loved. It had some small scratches on it and an imperfection on the back. I asked for a discount and the sales agent said that wouldnt be possible because their prices are already market down so much. I asked if she can ask her manager and she did, but she insisted that her manager would agree with her. When I went to the counter the manager was cleaning the leather and informed me that she cannot offer any further discounts. She admitted that the jacket was damaged and unfortunately if I didnt purchase it she would be forced to send it back and it would be destroyed.Thankfully I snapped a photo of the jackets tag and I went online and found the same jacket on Wilsons Leather online for nearly $100.00 less than they were trying to sell it at the store. A jacket that was gong to be $178.00 at the store I got online for $81.00.

Sales representative was super friendly nice and helpful. My two men were super happy.

Went in with my mother to show her a jacket i wanted my mother found a purse she liked, associate came over and would not stop bothering me or letting me shop around and then asked me if i was going to buy anything when i informed her no I personally wasnt she acted like she didnt want me touching the merchandise because of the poor way she treated me, my mother decided not buy the purse or the jacket and we left the store. The woman is vary judgmental and extremely rude.
