My experience was completely negative. I have paid for my service. I’ve no service at all, my phone setup was wrong, my name misspelled I had to contact MetroPCS to fix that. Pin created was wrong. The store clerk didn’t give a receipt of what I’ve paid for my phone line. I’m calling the store over and over.

Thieves, my technician was Manny Arias and he went through my emails on my phone when i dropped it off to have the screen replaced. Very shady place and unprofessional.

Never had an issue they couldnt fix or help with in some way. Friendly and helpful. Shopping center its located at is a dump, but worth going to for the staff alone.

The best thing about Metro by T-Mobile is Angie as long as she is here Im staying
