My toddler cracked one of the glass covering a camera lens in the back of my phone. I called in advance to make sure the part was in stock, and it was. My issue was fixed within 10 minutes of my arrival, on the spot. Great results and great quality. I didn’t have to get a phone replacement at Apple for nearly $600, after a representative told me it was not repairable, since I did not have AppleCare. Thank you very much. Now I know where to go back for any future issues.

I had a Samsung galaxy 6. The backplate was cracked and the battery was swollen. I tried to trade it in and get a new phone and because the condition of the phone my carrier would not accept it. After having my phone fixed by Sean I was able to trade my phone in with my carrier. Price was reasonable and service was fast. The parts for my phone were overnighted, after receiving my parts the next day it only took 30 minutes to fix my phone. Like another review said clean and efficient. The gentleman that was their fixed my daughter phone screen last month and now the screen does not turn on. I went back there yesterday and all he said he did was detached the battery and put it back to reset the device. The device was reset and updated. Now the camera does not work. He said the motherboard blew out both front and back camera. How is that possible if all you did was remove the battery. Which he did not do the repair In front of me. I paid 250 for an iPhone 10 screen replace and a battery replacement now both my daughter camera does not work... something is wrong here !!! I do not suggest this place and if someone can help me with this situation I would highly appreciate it.Feeling Robbed!!!!

I came there today to fix my iPhone 7 Plus (for the 2nd time) and I’m very pleased with their services. They’re very nice people and the maximum time to wait is probably to 10- 20 minutes and I forgot their names that helped me I really appreciate it. In my opinion this the best place to get your phones fixed and also I recommended that people will go to this place!

First off I would just like to recommend going here to iFixScreens in central islip if anyone is looking to get their phone screen fixed and doesn’t want to spend a long time waiting, Im pretty sure the screen was replaced in less than the time they estimated it would take (20-25 mins). The replacement is warranted and excellent quality. Today was my second visit to this store, and just like last time I was met with fast service and courteous, caring employees, who genuinely made me feel as if they were there to help. I don’t have children but my niece is on my phone plan and always has a newer iPhone than myself, however, and I’m sure other 15-year-olds aren’t as careful with their phones, she cracked her screen even with the screen protector on for the second time with a brand new phone. Being the good aunt that I am I didn’t ask her mom for money and did not expect a discount at the store, but the employees at the store were more than generous by giving me a discount today. And no, I’m not saying to go here because they give discounts to everyone I’m just saying this because that is the type of people that they are it was very nice of them and I appreciate it a lot. I just wanted to thank the guys again
