Was able to get the watch I found online at the jewelry counter. Then I went home and ordered a watch I saw at the counter. A good trip.

Online ordering was fine but their curbside pickup is garbage. I waited over 30 minutes for them to bring out my order, I still did not receive it so my boyfriend had to go in to get my order. I wouldnt recommend curbside pickup.

This location has best jewelry but the worst service! Instead of calling for more help she up and leaves us 2 just hanging. After a few minutes we leave store and say thats it!!!

Couldnt find anyone to help us, and the store had almost no selection for Big & Tall customers. We came looking for a belt, and didnt find any belts in Big & Tall.

Im really not pleased with their decision to no longer offer Nike apparel in the mens department. That was what I shopped for most for my family. That was not a good idea

JCPenny really saved the Day for Me.I found something that would go with what I was wearing to my Son & his Fiancee Engagement Party. There was this Lady, her name was Miss Riche, when I thought I was not going to find this Item and mind U. I have been looking for a few Days try to find something. I found the Item but it was not the right Size, now giving up getting ready to leave. Then next thing U know, Miss Riche had went in another section and said here U go just the Size U need and it was the last 1.That was a Blessing for Me.

I had looked for some time to find those wide belts. Online was rather expensive. I happened to try Penny’s and was more than pleased. I got a great price and even found a pair of shoes in the clearance. I have a very difficult time getting shoes that work for my feet. They more than met my needs shopping at JC Penny. The belt was perfect with my new dress.

Clean with her helpful staff. Very odd to navigate and stocking could be better.

They have a great sale in right now and lots of great clearance items plus staff is always helpful store is always neat and clean

Not what it used to be. Lot of empty product space, almost everything on sale. Store is physically showing its age. Really needs some upkeep.Got some nice shoes for my kid at a great price though.

Decent store, didnt like that a sales woman in the jewelry department standing right next to a register wouldnt check us out. Told us we would have to go to another checkout even though she appeared to be in no rush to do anything else.

I visited JC Penney at the Dayton Mall drapery department. I was helped by Peggy. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. They are so lucky to have such a dedicated employee.

It is available in 1st floor of JC penny close to food court . As well they have bubble tea.

Bought mattress pad then returned it for cheaper one at Sams club.

Escalators not working, access to 2nd floor was by elevator which means everyone is using the elevator and NO ONE is cleaning.. Not a fan of jc penny anyways this just makes my desicion to not shop there a good choice..

If you are only going to open 3 registers for the entire store do not send the cashiers to find different sizes, colors etc. Do not have cashiers teach people how to download your app, do not have cashiers open credit cards. It took over 30 min to check out, and 1/2 of what we were going to buy didnt ring up correctly (left it).

Got some awesome deals here. They had a big sale going on and we picked up new winter coats at a bargain. Also got some nice deals on warm clothes.

Ive been a Kohls Shopper for years, however recently have switched most my shopping to JCPenneys. The reason being is I can get the same quality brand clothes there for a lot less then I can at Kohls. When I shop close I dont shop the cheapest made clothes I shop sales clearances and good Bargains On quality made clothes. I hope JCPenney will be around for a very long time.

Always a friendly store. I was looking for a few more summer things and there were some left to my surprise. Also lots of clearance racks.

I was looking for a long, formal gown for an upcoming event.I didnt find the gown that was shown online that I wanted, nor the type or color that I wanted, however I did find one that I am pretty happy with.The 3 stars were given as there was not anyone around to assist me with my search, plus given the small selection of special occasion gowns available it was a bit of a disappointment.

I couldnt shop much as they dont have much of a petite department and no petites at all for semi formal and formal dresses. Employees were very nice and helpful.

So i love to bargain shop and i love pennys. Never thought that i would get both at the same time. But my sister and i was walking through and i seen clearance. We had to stop. I ended up getting a pair of pants and a handbag. Retail shouldve been around $86, but after there great deals i spent $6.61. I will be back when i have more time.

Had a ship to order and picked it up today. Not everthing was there. Now, i have to reorder the item and it might not be here before christmas. Poor customer service.

The staff here is great! Helpful but not bothersome. The mens department was well organized and things were easy to find. The checkout process was too long. The store was clean and well organized and the restroom was clean as well.
