High prices and poor size selection.

245pm 11/27/17 call made to location for specific shoe and size...male answers Jamal maybe? Says yes, have size and shoe... I say ok.. On my way to get them...jamal-ok2:58pm arrive at store... Ask for shoe..Little girl says oh we sold it...Me- that quick?She ask the only male there... He saysYes.. Just sold them..This doesnt make sense.. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... when the male answer the phone he said I have an eight and a half, now if somebody came into the store and he just told me he had it and I said Im coming to get it, why couldnt he hold that shoe Dont tell me I cant because I called and they did??Will NEVER shop at footaction anywhere again...

Sooo disappointing. The young men in the store had a male dummy lying down with his pants down in the childrens section. The first thing you saw going in the childrens section was the genitals of a DUMMY. It was intentional because there was a guy standing on the floor not helping anyone who was just looking around. It offended many people and they were told to pull the pants up on the dummy. The guy with the dredlocks who works there walked over there by the dummy and walked away. It was very offensive. It seemed like an immature prank. Shame on the three guys who heard people talking about it, but chose to do nothing. Finalllllly, some guy came over there to pull the dummys pants up, although he seemed unwilling. I plan to report them to the corporate office. Shame, shame, shame.

HORRIBLE.. I will never spend a dime at this location. Plz dont waste your time nor gas tryna do the raffle for Jordan release its rig and not fair. Ima loyal customer who get push to the side for the associates to get 1st dibs on the shoes. If its like that why make it a general release if we THE CUSTOMER not able to purchase the shoes. In that case the associates should be the only ones putting money with the company. I WAS THE ONLY ONE ON THE LIST FOR THE SIZE I SELECTED AND DIDNT GET A PHONE CALL. THAT LUDACRIS. I WILL NEVER NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME ON ME NOR MY KIDS SHOES AT ANY FOOTACTION LOCATION. RIGHT IS RIGHT
