Met with Paul Tattoo artist on some information well I had my first Tattoo ever done by Paul and I am quite pleased. The experience was fun talking laughing with Paul Rachel and Jessica. Great music. I loved it. Definitely planning for my next tattoo with Paul. Recommend for piercing and Tattoos.

I went to see Paul at clockwork tattoo. He had great ideas and really listened to what I wanted. He was friendly and super nice and professional. It was a partial coverup so far and came out amazing. Super clean lines and so beautiful. I couldn’t be happier. He took the time to make me feel that he cared about my piece as much as I do. Cant wait to get it finished. Went in for a matching simple zodiac symbol tattoo on my pinkie with a friend. Charged us $80 each and they were so heavy handed that the ink bled and feathered as it healed and I didn’t even want to go back for a touch up because of how botched it was I bought tattoo needles and ink and did it myself for $20. I’m so mad I spent $80 plus tip on such a terrible tattoo that should have been so simple.

I’m a repeat customer here, I’ve gotten several pieces done by the artists Jay and Paul. They have a welcoming environment at Clockwork and are always friendly and personable with the customers. My first experience here was as a random walk in but Paul worked with me as if he already knew me. They do great custom work and can easily turn your ideas into real life pieces of art. I’m actually in the chair as I write this getting a piece done by Jay that he already had all designed. He has a bunch all set to go. Walk ins are always welcome too! Seriously consider them for your next tattoo you wont be disappointed

I was pierced by Jessica with a friend! We both got our septums done, and we love them! The staff was super friendly, and our piercer was extremely gentle... I ride BMX and break bones without knowing but am not good with piercings (haha😅)Jessica was thourough with explaining aftercare while being professional and kind through the whole process. This was probably the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. If I ever get the courage to go back again for anything else I’ll definitely be visiting clockwork tattoo. Thanks guys!

It was my first time going to Clockwork after being recommended. I followed him, Paul the owner, on Instagram for several months admiring his work then finally made an appointment. I went it for a simple name tattoo of my children, and I was just going to have just the outline. But Paul wouldn’t let me, because he said no let me shade it it will look much nicer, and this is my artwork out there. I like the fact that he wouldn’t allow me to settle, he wanted me to love my tattoo as I would have it for the rest of my life and because he values his art. He’s a really cool guy and an amazing artist. I’ve gotten 6 previous tattoos by different artists but since going to Paul at Clockwork I won’t go anywhere else as he really prides himself with his art.

The guy re-pierced my Monroe for me :) Looks great..kinda hurts rn ..thats obviously normal..and only 1 problem..I had to leave and go to 3 different stores because they online take cash 💸... oh well.

Do not go here. They were high when they tattooed me and they messed up my tattoo! Line work was awful! Do yourself a favor and dont ruin your body with a tattoo from this place.This is not spam. I had a different last name when I was tattooed here! I got a shamrock on my foot. And it was the worst tattoo Ive ever seen.

Set an appointment with paul for my first tattoo by his shop, came out even better than i could have possibly imagined, the professionalism and interaction was amazing and the amount of work and the quality the of work he did alone was well worth the price cant wait to come back.

I was looking to get a tattoo before COVID closed everyone down, and soon as things started to open up again, I resumed my search for a place to get some work done. Got a nose piercing done a few days ago and it sunk in overnight, came back and had to take it out bc it wasnt gonna work. So now i am out 55$ and no nose piercing. Good service but not quality

Im a Cancer survivor and I wanted something special in water color that would represent a bright, new, beginning . It was also very important to me to have a bird incorporated into the piece. Paul new exactly what to draw up almost immediately and together ( mostly Paul ) we came up with this amazing custom piece . Its not just a tattoo for me its a piece of art that represents everything I have been through. The Chemotherapy, the radiation, the fight . I love clockworks shop and will keep giving them my money for their business because theyre great! Its a local tattoo shop for me personally and the work that gets done there is at a great price for everyone. Just wondering why you would go anywhere else for piercing/tat? And another thing, I love my 3 y/o eyebrow piercing, Im so happy I got it here.

This shop has just become my new home for the rest of my ink! The staff is super friendly and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. Theyre prices are so on point, you dont need to give it a second thought! They make sure you are comfortable and happy with your art before they begin and throughout the process. I will be honest, I have not actually been to Clockwork, but their work looks amazing from what I have seen. I am here because I heard about a 500$ free outline contest that they are doing and I honestly think that they could do what I am looking for better than my previous tattoo parlor (not to mention it will probably be cheaper) so the idea of the tattoo is for it to be a quarter sleeve of puzzle pieces also incorporating pieces of John Lennon’s “Imagine.” The puzzle pieces and the song hold a very special meaning to me so I would really like to pay homage to them with a tattoo. I don’t really have the whole thing planned; if I get chosen for this contest I would want to work with an artist to make something beautiful for two very important parts of my life and childhood.

Got a spiderman half sleeve years back. Came back to make it a full sleeve. Came here for years. Love the work they do, Paul does amazing work and works with you to ensure youre happy.

Got my tattoo a few months ago, and this is the first tattoo that ive had that faded during the healing process - it looks years old. paul charged way over the price wed agreed on before my appointment, insisted on making the tattoo bigger than i wanted, and insisted on putting it in a different spot from where i wanted it. was super uncomfortable but felt too rude leaving and gave the benefit of the doubt - totally wasted my money. going to get it covered up elsewhere after this quarantine is over.by the way, i dont want to hear a bs response about how this is fabricated or how i should make more money or whatever like the responses to other peoples bad reviews. just own up to your mistakes and move on, dude

Came in one day to have a design drawn up and within a couple minutes Paul had ideas and drew stuff up for me we started right away and I’m very happy with what I got. The time and effort that was spent on my arm was amazing! Definitely recommend this place to everyone just ask for Paul

I 1st came here and got a dermal piercing under my right eye by Alex. It was quick,painless and great price I love it! Came back to Alex another 2 times for tattoos and once again was very happy with the price and result. My 3rd time I got a neck tattoo from Paul. He made my dream tattoo come to life at a great price. The shop is set up nice and both Paul and Alex are great artists. My one minor complaint is for my last tattoo I was told would take an hour and a half. .four hours later I was still there. But if thats what it takes to get a great tattoo I shouldnt complain! Highly recommended!

Awesome atmosphere and artists. Ive had a couple of tattoos and piercings done here. Including my favorite matching tie-dye peace signs with my mom done by Paul. Really professional, just go check it out youll see! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLOCKWORK TATTOO!!!

Awesome local shop! They do anything from small tattoos to large masterpieces and you will not be disappointed! If you bring in a close-to-your-heart design they will not alter it, and if you ask them to draw something up they will work with you to make sure it is perfect in your eyes. Definitely check this place out!

I am only giving them 1 star because there is no place to give no stars!!!! My niece had passed away 2 weeks ago and we had made appointments for 1:00 on Saturday 1/11/20 for 4 people.. getting there the lights were out and doors locked after sitting in our car for a 1/2hr we tried contacting them by leaving a message on the machine where they also left a phone # to text which we did... so now we are waiting an hr and still no response!!! So we reached out to a friend who had his tattoos done here to see if he had a # to contact them, he called the person and said he would be there in 20 min ..so we waited again for 45 min to another no show.. by this time we said F them and went tho Cliffs Tattoos in Centereach and they were so wonderful knowing how much this meant to us and did a beautiful job on all the tattoos that were done!!! So funny how they texted my other niece that night at 10:00 that there was an emergency but they couldn’t find a minute earlier to text us that they wouldn’t be able to make it... make up your mind “ill be there in 20 min or I have an emergency “ which is it??? Very inconsiderate people.. so my recommendation and stars would be a big fat 0.. also correct your website.. the doors said open at 12, website said opens at 2 and fb said always open what ever that means!!!

Clockwork is the best tattoo shop i have over 20 tattoos. The last 5 were done by clockwork they do the best work around. Prices were always good and to make the experience better the shop is very clean and they have the most friendly staff and i said everyone i know there including my own mother.

Went for a Friday the thirteenth tattoo so it was packed. The staff was incredible, kept things moving, engaged the huge mass of people waiting. It was my younger sisters first tattoo so she was nervous, the guy who did tattoo was great. He talked her through everything he was doing and did a small line then stopped to ask how she felt.

Ive been going to Paul for the past 7+ years. Ive gotten tattooed at a few different shops before settling at clockwork. Its like the barber shop for me now.. I go there, he knows me, I know him and we just kick it while he lays down exactly what I request. Ive since moved 1,000 miles away and I always make an appearance everytime I go back home, I highly suggest it.. So much confidence and respect for Paul that Ive even brought my mom there!!

Great expirence from developing the concept all the way to being patient with me on the table. Turned out great so far (only a day old).

Me girlfriend and I have been to a bunch of tattoo shops, a few of my tattoos the black has faded. Seeing as I have a darker skin tone its harder for tattoos to show up. But, when I had my two tattoos done by Paul they are still as dark as the day I got them! They have very professional artists working there. I wont have to hesitate on finding a shop to go to now!

By far my favorite place to go been going to alex for the passed 3 years my mom passed away when I was 16 and the memorial tattoo he did for my mom makes me wake up and smile everyday plus the rest of the pieces I have from him are incredible most definitely recommend this tattoo shop everybody is so friendly and is a great artist never disappointed walking out of there !!!
