I’m so happy I found work n play several years ago to embroider my work uniforms. Other places laughed at me when I told me them I only needed two shirts embroidered and wouldn’t do it. The owner and his staff at work n play have always been very kind to me and very attentive to my needs. Very fairly priced. There’s a reason they have been in business for over 40 years

This place I really like for all my work shoes and clothes. I have been using them for as long as I can remember. I found them very knowledgeable about their merchandise and very honest. It is a no frills place so do not expect to walk into a Macys. Good products and good staff is what I look for.

I bought a pair of boots for manual labor. A store employee came over to help me right as I started looking at boots. I settled on a pair of boots that I thought I liked. I wore them around the house for a bit and decided I did not like them. Next week I exchanged them and another employee helped me find the right boots. I ended up going with a pair of black timberland pro boondocks. The employee told me they do very well. Best pair of boots Ive ever worn. There was a break in period for me, feet hurt for about a week. Now I dont even feel them on me. Feet are safe and dry. Excellent store. Great products and service.

This place is heaven and it’s been around as long as heaven the reason why they know there business the proof is in the pudding if they didn’t have knowledge of what they did they be gone like all the others. Great service and knowledge of all the products if they don’t have it they will get it and if you can’t get your correct length in pants they will hem it on the premises this place is awesome. No need to not check it out

I always come here to get my Carhartt gear and slip resistant sneakers for work. The employees are extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable. Id much rather support a local business like this rather than a big box store that just looks at customers as statistics rather than an asset. Highly recommend!

Love this store! They dont make them like this anymore. Tons of work clothes its like a candy store for carpenters I get all my carhartt stuff here. I used to go to the carhartt store but this place has a better selection and they beat there prices not to mention the employees are actually helpful. Me and my buddies swear by this place.

Work and play is a great retail store with great honest people with genuine information, and great prices on all there products. I would defiantly recommend checking out the store for some handy products. As well as the owner being very friendly, they have been in business for over 20 years! Horrible store. I’d give it no stars if I could. A nice young man was helping me pick out scrubs when I’m guessing the owner waved me off and told him to go work the register. Completely unprofessional. Go to Scrubs and Beyond instead.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. I came in on a Wednesday night and asked for an order for a Friday. I was going to a convention and really wanted a specific shirt to meet an actor. There was a complication with the shirt arriving on time so they called me immediately to warn me. I showed up Friday with a new shirt and by that night it was done!I cant believe the kindness and turn-around I got. Seriously, they helped make my experience so memorable. Thank you so much!

My boyfriend and I (we’re a gay couple) went in to buy a pair of scrubs for my bf. First time buying scrubs, we were quickly passed off by the manager to a heavy set guy. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. When my boyfriend asked if they had other “styles” or “choices” for men’s scrubs we were told no that’s all they make for men and if we want something different then we should wear women’s scrubs. He embarrassed and belittled my boyfriend and that’s unacceptable. Returned our merchandise and went to scrubs and beyond where they Do have multiple fittings and styles/fabrics of men’s scrubs. The women were also friendlier and more helpful there. I won’t be back to Work n Play.

Great prices and excellent service. They hemmed emt tactical pants for my daughter while we waited, about 10 minutes. We paid less than we could find them on line for.This place is a hidden gem, great prices on carhartt and a large selection. Good selection of work shoes as well.

Came here to see what kind of slip-resistant boots they have. Blond haired kid was very helpful.. Then another, seemingly wiser employee came over to help. So I questioned him a bit. The guy got really aggressive and basically told me I didnt know what I was talking about. All I said was that in my experience shoes for crews were great for anti-slip but they wore out too quickly and I was hoping for a more durable boot with a similar sole. Dude practically barked me out of the store.Its sad because Ive spent thousands there through the years and Ill not be going back after that experience.
