Awesome experience. Sharon, my consultant was great. I had used her before with other furniture purchases. She kept me informed as to when my new dining room chairs would be arriving. She made the process easy and stress free. I am very pleased with my chairs. I am awaiting custom cushions from their work shop.The delivery guys were great as well. Very courteous and professional.

Furnished an entire house with the expert guidance of Elaine Harris! Deep appreciation to Elaine, and Ethan Allen for making the experience so easy and pleasant. Elaine really listened to our familys needs and had beautiful choices laid out for us when we arrived. All the staff in the showroom were masked, so we felt safe and comfortable as we checked out items on the showroom floor. We have not yet taken delivery, but will post pictures when we do. My brother still has an Ethan Allen chair my parents saved to buy in the seventies. Ethan Allen quality is worth it. Instant family heirlooms!

Jennifer Rubick did a great job showing examples of materials as well as leathers to use on our new chairs. We ended up with entirely different style chairs then I first originally thought we wanted. The atmosphere in the Ethan Allen store is very pleasant and I did not feel pressured. The one thing they didn’t have was a sofa with the two reclining sides ( with power). We ended up having to purchase the sofa at another store.

I have worked with Sharon Miller, my Ethan Allen decorator, for over two years and I cannot say enough good things about her both personally and professionally. Sharon loves her work and loves her clients. At all times, she had my best interest in mind as she listened to my ideas and gave me honest feed-black. We had a large budget but she was mindful of costs and alerted me if some of my wish-list items were on sale. Sharon is not only extremely talented when it comes to design but she has a great eye for color and what works with pieces I already had in my home. I highly recommend Sharon and will continue to work with her for many years to come.

I have been working with Robin at the Centennial store on my dining room. I could not be happier with the results of the room, it is even more beautiful than I had hoped. Robin was very easy to work with, she is so professional and has a great eye for detail. I felt I could trust her with the design choices that were made. There have been other projects that I start feeling anxious about in the waiting, but in this case I was more excited than anxious. I look forward to working with Robin again on other areas of my home.

Very upscale, quality furniture store that customizes everything you buy to your specs. You get what you pay for. Keep in mind being custom made, once you buy its yours. They do warranty their work and the staff is very curious and professional.

We had great experience with Ethan Allen for both our primary home orders in 2015 and last month for our vacation home. We worked with Robin as our interior designed and were very happy with her choices and creativity in deigning living room/dining room/kitchen. She masterfully incorporated our existing furniture pieces with new ones we ordered. Ordering and delivering was very smooth and professional. Delivery truck rescheduled original appointment due to weather conditions but they came in the time frame was promised. They also noticed a very small ding on the dining table and notified their service to repair it. Overall, I was very pleased with service and quality of furniture and will continue working with Ethan Allen and Robin to completely furnish our new home.

I had a great experience working with Elaine at this location. She was very patient and helpful as we picked out a new sectional. She took the time to show me all the various couch frame options as well as fabric choices. She was very knowledgeable about the furniture and fabrics. She also took my room dimensions and was able to have a floorplan quickly drawn up so we could determine what would best fit in our space and select the right pieces and the right configuration for the sectional. This was a huge help!Our order arrived faster than expected and the delivery process was very easy. The sectional is beautiful and high quality.Overall it was a great experience and I will continue to seek Elaines help on future furniture we plan to buy.

I had been searching for a beautiful French Writing Desk for some time and had the good fortune of making contact with Ethan Allens designer Robin Julich at the Park Meadows flagship store. With her assistance, I found the most beautiful desk, ordered it and received it within six weeks. I recommend both the Park Meadows store and the expertise of Robin. I couldnt have asked for more@

My sectional arrived yesterday and the delivery was flawless! Guys were extremely professional and quick! Although my order was delayed by a month, it was worth the wait. Robin Julich was my sales rep at the Lone tree location and did a great job helping me select my sectional, as well as staying on top of the constantly moving target date of delivery.

The furniture we designed we absolutely love but the customer service at this store was sadly awful. We thought by purchasing from Ethan Allen it would have been the best of the best and we went into this so excited but the best was not the case for us. Our plan was not to review Ethan Allen, instead we decided we would just never spend our money with them again. But I received an email asking how they did and never received contact from the store asking how we liked our furniture so I decided to share exactly how our experience went.We worked exclusively with the design manager which was shocking to us when we discovered she was the manager. We ordered our items memorial day weekend and received them after labor day. Given that this was in the middle of a pandemic we completely understand the time frame, however, we also spent a few thousand dollars so just an update every now and again would have been appreciated. Every time I reached out to Elaine Harris it felt as though I was inconveniencing her and that it was such a burden for her to get back to me. She never called and her return emails were snarky and not genuine and that was the overall theme throughout our whole process with her. In a 3 month time span, I contacted her 3 times (not in excess) and the communication was never initiated on her end. Not even when the furniture was to be set for delivery. I just happened to contact her once again and it happened to be ready. The original time frame was missed because of delays which again we were ok with but we were never contacted with a single update. I soon learned why this customer service was acceptable. I contacted the national Ethan Allen customer service line when we were passed our time frame, I waited on hold for exactly an hour then an automated voice logged my phone number, said they would call back and that never happened either. I then looked up Ethan Allen through the BBB (because we started to get concerned) and Ethan Allen does not have a stellar rating with them either for the same complaints that we had. Horrible customer service and lengthy delays on furniture turn around. Something I would have never guessed, Ethan Allen has an incredible marketing team. They make you feel like you are purchasing from a Mercedes Dealership when its really only a Kia at best. The furniture is phenomenal but you must go into this with a much lower customer service expectation. On a side note Bassett Furniture quality is just as good and they know how to treat their customers well. We wont be purchasing from Ethan Allen Park Meadows location again.

Michael was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We love our chairs and barstools. They came out exactly as we expected, no flaws or issues. We will definitely come back to Ethan Allen when we need high quality furniture for our home. Its not inexpensive or fast, but it is furniture that will last a lifetime.

I have always been a fan of Ethan Allen. They offer great craftsmanship, quality and design along with unbeatable customer service. My last experience put our design consultant, Robin, to the test. We purchased two sofas and were so pleased. Almost a year after we received them one of them started squeaking every time we sat down. Robin was able to arrange for the sofa to be picked up, fixed and sent back. Such a relief, until it happened again. Robin was always quick and very professional in responding to my not so positive feedback and messages. I am happy to say that Robin and everyone else at Ethan Allen stepped up and made things right. They completely replaced the sofa that I was having issues with. Hands down the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Thank you!

I had a similar experience as two other reviews. Sometimes you just want to look. You know your own tastes and don’t need someone following you all over. Another time I was there (I’ll admit I was not dressed up) but I was treated as if I shouldn’t be shopping there. Not even a hello when I walked in. I ended up making a purchase only because the item I was looking for was hard to find. I had to hunt someone down to buy it. Don’t judge a person by how they are dressed.

Store shopping and delivery experiences are both noteworthy. Nympha from the Centennial EA on Chester St is very patient, helpful and a good communicator. Some custom pieces we ordered took a while to arrive (approx. 3-4 months), but we were kept informed during the whole process. Emily from payment and delivery scheduling is also a joy to work with. Once scheduled, the deliveries were on time, and if not, we were informed of any changes via robocall. The delivery men were always polite and mindful with the furniture. In all, a wonderful experience, despite the pandemic and the associated restrictions and delays.

Have issue with our sleeper sofa.Cushion content is foam not feather as we ordered-VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, fabric is torn, pullout is also damaged.We were told someone would be contacting us in 48 hours, been 5 days.Very disappointing as we have bought from Ethan Allen for 30 years.

I have worked with Sharon Miller from the Centennial store several times over the past few years and have always been very pleased with the items we have ordered. She has come to my home to make sure items we were considering would look well, be the right size and also be appropriate in the spaces we were furnishing. Her extensive product knowledge and design expertise has been a great help when selecting pieces. I particularly love the quality that I can depend on when purchasing Ethan Allen products.

We recently built a new home in Colorado and need to find the right furniture for a very open living space. Robin was so helpful with that task. She took us around the entire showroom and listened to what we liked and what we needed. After a home visit where she carefully measured and photographed our space she was able to present us with a picture of our floor plan with all the pieces to complete the rooms. Presenting options for us to choose from. The result is a space we love to live in. The one small problem was a bed foundation that made the bed too high, even though careful calculations had been made. Robin made the effort to correct the foundation for us and now our bed height is as perfect as the beautiful Charlton bed. Ethan Allen and Robin, thank you!

My husband and I went in this store recently just to look around and a woman followed us around the ENTIRE time, wanting to talk to us about what we were looking for. We explained several times that we were just looking around and she wouldnt leave us alone. All we wanted was to be able to talk privately. It was an awful shopping experience and I will never go to an Ethan Allen again. I was actually afraid to go into other stores after this experience but it wasnt an issue at any other store.

I worked with Meghan Rappa in the Centennial store and had an excellent experience as far as the design and consulting goes. We got a beautiful sectional, and although there was an issue with it, the woman I dealt with in quality control was always responsive and did everything possible to get it resolved. Since that time, I also worked with Meghan to get window treatments for both my kitchen and dining area which turned out beautifully. Megan had great ideas and the workmanship is impeccable. I would definitely return to Ethan Allen in the future.

Meghan has helped us with 2 homes. We remodeled our home in Evergreen in 2014 and she helped us with selecting beautiful furnishings that made the remodel gorgeous. We sold our home in July of 2018 and moved into a new patio home. Meghan once again helped us utilize some of our furniture from the remodel, new furnishings and window treatments. We continue to get many compliments on our home. She even suggested making a play area for our grandchildren!!

She was prompt and efficient at every stage of the transactions, but never pushing me to purchase something that I did not really need. Sharon with Ethan Allen is a wildly talented Godsend of a designer. She thinks outside of the box and comes up with the most interesting ideas that I never tire of enjoying. I needed an upholstered headboard for my bedroom, and Chris Campbell was awesome! Im very picky, and she was very patient with me, bringing fabric samples out to my house. Shes friendly, courteous and just a joy to work with. My headboard arrived without any problems (I usually have problems with things I order), and its beautiful! Chris Campbell and Ethan Allen are the best!

As an interior designer, Ethan Allen and several of their in house designers, including Robin Julich, have helped me and my clients to come up with beautiful custom furniture that looks like something from the Denver Design Center at a much lesser price! And in the past three years of working with them, I have not had one client complain about the quality of furniture. That is a wonderful thing!

My fiance and I were so lucky to work with Michael Jackson! We appreciated him coming to our home to understand our space and use his expertise to find exactly the right solution to our limited sq footage. The design presentation he prepared for me with our options made me feel like a million dollars even though we spent less at Ethan Allen than we would have elsewhere. He was mindful of our budget and helped us in every possible way.

I have worked with Christina Campbell on both large and small home projects. I have valued both her suggestions and her professionalism . She always kept me apprised as to when my items would be completed and delivered. In one instance there was a snag in a delivery and Chris was right on top of the matter and saw to it that it was resolved quickly.

Chris is a wonderful designer. She is so creative. She helped me design my family and kitchen — it is gorgeous! Also, she works so hard to make everything perfect!

Michael Jackson is an incredibly creative designer. He has helped us with almost every room in our house and in every case, we got just what we wanted and more. He is professional, follows up, stays involved and communicates all along the way. We highly recommend Michael and Ethan Allen.

The quality of the leather sofas we purchased was VERY POOR. Our couch was stained the first day we got it. When we tried to clean it using usual methods used with previous leather sofas (leather cleaner) the color faded. There was no protectant on the leather. If anything (even water) gets on the leather, it will stain. The only cleaning instructions Ethan Allen recommends is vacuuming and dusting. For the price we paid, we expected high quality durable leather sofas like those we have gotten at other stores. Ethan Allen sells junk furniture that cannot be used in high traffic areas. Go somewhere else to buy your high end furniture. I will never buy furniture from Ethan Allen again.By the way, Ethan Allens solution to the stain problem was to sell us another cushion cover at a cost of over $250. We now have to research how to make these junk leather sofas more stain resistant at an additional cost. Be forewarned, dont buy from Ethan Allen!

Very pleasurable experience. Being new to Denver, I had done a Google search to find my closest Ethan Allen Store. I searched the website for furniture styles and dimensions, as I was searching for a very specific piece of upholstered furniture. I found it, and then went into the store to select an appropriate fabric for color, pattern, and durability. The designer, Nympha, was very helpful with narrowing down choices and selecting welting and leg stain. Although I had to wait about 8 weeks for delivery of this custom order, it was well worth the wait. I’m very, very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and hope to hold onto this piece for several years. Overall, this has been a positive experience, and I intend to shop for other items there as the need arises. FYI.....most items, other than their ‘Quick Ship or In-Stock’ items, can be rather expensive. I try to shop the sales in order to fit the items more comfortably into my budget.

We have been a long time Ethan Allen customer for many years. We always know that we are going to get quality furniture with great customer service when we shop at EA. We had recently moved into our new home in Colorado and needed some finishing touches with rugs and window treatments. Chris was fabulous! She conducted a home visit bringing out swatches to ensure that we were getting the right color combinations. She was very professional and was always prompt with any updates she had on ETAs for our fabrics and end product. The outcome was beautiful. She helped me overcome my fear of bright colors and we couldnt be happier with the results.

I love this place. The quality is unbeatable and the service is amazing. Nympha Garrett has a great eye for style. She came to my house (at no charge), took measurements of the rooms, and helped to create a plan. She incorporated what I already had and the results were amazing. We bought a couch, two end tables, a buffet for our dining room, a media cabinet for the game room, several custom pillows, and a couple of rugs. I especially appreciate Nympha’s down to earth nature, no pressure sales approach, and ability to have a vision of the end result. She’s amazing!

When we decided to finally get some new family room furniture, we went to every furniture store on the C470 strip and around Park Meadows. Every store felt like a used car lot with their eager and often obnoxious sales people following us around. Our last stop was Ethan Allen. We could not be more pleased. Nympha was amazing. She was patient and masterful at helping us wrangle our dual ideas into one cohesive and beautiful room. We are truly grateful and have recommended her and Ethan Allen to many friends. We will definitely be back.

I’m quite disappointed with the entire delivery process and only gave more than 1 star because of the high quality of furniture but the fact that I won’t get my chair until almost 3 months after I ordered it is just ridiculous, especially since this was an expensive purchase and is only 1 item, not an entire suite of furniture. I expected much better service. Also, when they delivered my sofa, 45 days after I ordered it and it was a “30 day delivery”, the delivery guys dropped it and one of them was lifting with just one hand while he spoke on his cell in the other hand (clearly on a personal phone call). Very unprofessional. I won’t order another thing from Ethan Allen.

I worked with Meghan Rappa who made the process fun instead of scary, and she helped me design my pieces to suit my personality and my home. Kim worked with my crazy schedule and Jack and Darek were the most considerate and professional delivery men I’ve ever worked with.The pieces themselves are beautifully crafted and I love them!! We recently purchased new furniture for our entire main floor. Kathleen worked with us for WEEKS (ok months lol) to insure that everything was perfect and delivered on time! Don’t know what we would have done without her expertise and unflagging patience. Everything is beautiful and going forward I can’t imagine we’ll use anyone else. Definite five stars from the minute we walked in the door to the delivery (the delivery guys were very nice and exceedingly careful with everything).

Second time ordering from EA. They delivd ahead of promised date. And Sharon at Centennial CO kept me fully informed via emailed updates. Comfortable chair, exactly the color I was looking for

Designer Nympha Garrett was so easy with whom to work. She really tuned in to our needs and made options available for our choice. We really enjoyed her friendship.

Lovely furniture. Atrocious customer service. We have left 6 messages for our sales rep, zero returned phone calls. She was good at helping us pick out furniture, but dropped us like a hot potato after she closed the sale.Recommend using this as a show room, then order online and hope the online customer service is better. For the money, expect more. 10 weeks estimate, took 15.

We stop by Ethan Allen to consider our options for new furniture in our home. They were closing in three minutes but we’re happy to allow us to come in and look around we met with one of their sales people who could not of been more accommodating or more considerate of our needs and desires. This was what our first visit to the store and we will return many times in the future!

Paris bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our purchase and even followed up with me the next day to ensure I had no additional needs. EA is known for their customer service and employees like Paris are a prime example!

Easy to find and good quality furniture

We recently moved into a new home and while our old furniture fit nicely into the great room space, we needed something brighter and more contemporary. We worked with Nympha Garrett to create a new look. She listened to what we wanted and had great suggestions for what would work. She came to our house to measure and make sure our choices would work and created a digital room for us to see how it would look when we were finished. When we had a hard time with a couple of choices, she asked if we would like her opinion and they were spot on. We love the new look and its been fun to live in it. We will use Nympha again if we need more furniture. Thanks!

Our designer, Michael Jackson, is absolutely wonderful! He helped us pick out the perfect furniture for our home. The only reason we are not giving 5 stars is that we opened an Ethan Allen credit card in order to take advantage of the 6 months no interest promotion and have had issues with Synchrony Bank not applying our payments to our account in a timely manner even though they had received the funds from us electronically. Synchrony Bank waits up to 10 days to apply the funds and release the available balance back to you so you can reuse the card on other Ethan Allen purchases. This delayed the delivery of our furniture as we had to wait for the balance to be released so that we could then pay for the remainder of our items. This happened twice and was very frustrating.

Megan Rappa has been amazing in helping me update and design my living and family rooms. She listens to what you want and finds the perfect furniture and room design!

We bought two Baylee barrel-back swivel chairs in a beautiful velvet fabric. The chairs were delivered within the quoted time frame without any issues. Our designer, Paris, was a delight to work with. We are looking forward to working with ETHAN ALLEN and Paris in the near future, on additional projects.

Expensive but the quality of the product and service provided is well worth it!

I knew there had to be better options in the Denver Metro area to find quality furniture than the furniture warehouses and rows. Ethan Allen has beautiful and quality furniture not anywhere in the same league with those. And, if you are able to visit the Park Meadows location on the north side of County Line Road, ask for Paris Samuels. While the store is called a gallery one neednt be concerned that she will be snooty. She is a highly relatable, gregarious, warm and comfortable person with whom to work and speak.

Buyer watch your checking acct. Ethan Allen, Centennial, CO location double charged us for our living room set. While trying to explain the whole problem, whomever answered the phone shut me down and hung up. They did not return our call when they said. We are still out double the amount of our furniture. We hope they will take care of it. It should be noted they are not members of the BBB.

There’s a reason that Ethan Allen is iconic in North America. There furniture is gorgeous, timeless and (as far as I know)....made in America.My bedroom suite, comprised of 4 completely separate pieces chosen to look cohesive but not matchy-matchy, is gorgeous.Delivery was prompt, curious and very well priced.I love my EA pieces !!!

We bought our gorgeous mahogany dining set from Ethan Allen because of their well deserved reputation for quality and craftsmanship but it was our design consultant and the service department -- who so readily worked with us to correct a minor defect -- that will have us shopping there again. Thank you, Robin Julich and Ethan Allen service department.

We enjoyed working with our design consultant. However once you have completed the purchase support and quality goes out the window. 2 tables, our couch, a lamp, and 2 bookcases were delivered with significant scratches or dents. The fact that the quality control prior to delivery of the furniture was so poor it has tarnished our opinion of Ethan Allen completely. The amount of waiting time and multiple deliveries has been very time consuming for us personally. The damaged furniture remained in my home until the technician could come inspect. The technician they sent to repair was great, but he is very busy. The customer service and bad quality control, we will not be purchasing any more products here despite the upfront design benefit.

Beautiful showroom, helpful designer (Chris is wonderful!), and a gorgeous, cozy reading chair to show for it. I am oh so happy with my purchase.

Our designer, Nympha was pleasant to work with. We basically need every single piece of furniture item in our new home. Nympha made suggestions and recommendations and helped us to pick and select our master bedroom and great room sets. The bedroom set were delivered within her quoted time frame and it looks gorgeous. After meeting with a sales person last year, I was excited to come back in to order furniture for a new custom home, over 6,000 sq. ft., in Pradera Golf Course Community. The sales person, who I met before, spoke with me a few minutes, then she said she needed to finish up an order she was working on, and that she would be back in a few minutes. After 20 minutes passing, she had not returned. So I walked around the store, then sat down near the elevator (2nd floor). I went up to the front desk and told the person there that I was leaving and to let my sales person know. I never received a follow up call either since the sales person has my contact information. I was really disappointed. After 33 years, my career in upper level management, I would never ever leave a potential client just to finish up another order! I checked the BBB about this store and apparently they are not a BBB accredited business. However, there is one dispute, 5/3/2018, a complaint which appears to be pretty serious. BBB gave Ethan Allen C+ rating. I check ratings on furniture stores and there are many who have bad reviews. Check BBB complaints before making large expensive purchases! So I took my business to another designer store downtown Denver who has an excellent reputation, staff have worked for this store 20+ years, and I have purchased custom made furniture from them in the past. Behavior speaks volumes especially when you try to have a professional business relationship with a large company. Thank you for demonstrating your lack of professionalism and saving me from purchasing $66k worth of furnishings at Ethan Allen.

We loved our sales person Christina Campbell, thus two stars, not one, but the customer service behind this company is pathetic given the price tag Ethan Allen charges. I noted the other reviews regarding the same problem...this appears to be a trend at this store. We purchased a dining room set, living room table and end tables and waited the customary several months for delivery of our highly priced but beautiful furniture. After a 1/4 scratch on the dining table led to the finish beginning to peel away around the dent, we called, took the picture that the service person requested and they responded it was ordinary use and not under warranty. I asked for a visit anyway & their service guy came out, said hed seen this before and after the visit, Ethan Allens customer service manager said it was our problem and we were to blame for the finish coming off the table because we cleaned the tiny 1/4 dent with a wet dish cloth and, that once a dent penetrates the laquer coat, the table finish would peel off. So if you buy a dining room set from Ethan Allen, please remember, do not dent it, do not let your kids near it and by all means, do not wipe any dented areas with a wet or damp dish cloth, because if the finish comes off, its YOUR fault. Ive had inexpensive dining tables in my life and plenty of dents with our kids and never had the finish begin to come off despite spending thousands LESS for those cheap sets! Im deeply disappointed in the service behind the sale. We wont be back.

We love our Ethan Allen furniture but the level of customer sevice is 0 on a scale of 0-10, 0 being the worst rating.There was a defect on manufacturing and the process of getting this resolved has been very trying and frustrating . It was hard to get anyone from customer service to answer the phone, if you get lucky and someone finally answers, that person is not helpful at all! Customer service does not follow through on what they said they would do!At this point were still waiting for a call back about the replacement of the defective piece.We bought our furniture in Denver with delivery to our new home in Palm Coast Florida . The customer service here in Palm Coast leaves a lot to be desired!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!! 1. Very unfriendly store hours: really, store open till 6pm on a business week, when most of people get out of work around 5:30-6-pm? Just to buy and pay for our bed we had to waste 2 Saturdays, precious weekend/family time 2. Official EthenAllen website does not give a correct info on the store hours. It said that, in our state (Colorado) out of 3 locations only 1 was open on Saturdays, so we ended up driving, and driving, and driving, half of the time staying in traffic on I-25, just to find out that the store near by us was actually open!!!!!!! 3. Even though they have their own delivery service, which should simplify the process, and technically (after taking into account store prices) not cost customers a penny, dont hope too much, even though the cost of delivery is about 150$, the delivery of the product can not be scheduled from the store even if you paid 100% for your furniture, and the product is available in the store, you have to wait for delivery service to call you (give it another 7 to 10 business days, and remember their agents do not work on a weekends!!!) and then schedule the delivery. So, as the result of this experience, after paying 2000$ up at front in cash, i ended up sleeping just on the mattress for a week, at 36 weeks of pregnancy!!! Did the sales agents or a store manager cared? Tried to help somehow? Not at all....Am i mad? Am i going to EA again? At this price level the competition is quite high, i am sure i can find another store: Basset, Restoration Hardware, Arhaus and many more.,

Ethan Allen really is not interested in customer service at all !! Ethan Allens delivery service is absolutely horrible, not to mention the more you spend, the more they charge you for delivering their goods!!! Wake up, if you spend $15,0000 I think you could wave the fee.
