Wow, the more I go to WF the more Im disappointed. This is my breakfast burrito that cost me $6.50. Its soggy, tastes like cardboard and is burnt. Im not sure I can justify giving them my money anymore. Each time its a disappointment. Shame.

Whole Foods sells a variety of seafood and the store rotates which ones go on sale. The store also carries products that can be hard to find at other grocery markets: such as different gluten-free products (everything from frozen dumplings and egg rolls to condiments and snacks), goat’s milk, and goat milk butter.The employees are friendly. The place is clean. The bathroom is clean and sanitary. And I can return Amazon.com products there. How convenient.

I try to by the meat from this store and choose one piece in the tray and half of the another piece. The guy was very rude and try to sell me the price per pound more than the sign said, this is terrible. I talked the manager look like but he didnt do that any thing. Always i buy my meat in this store, any way I am not buying any thin from this store. the guy was very rude and impolite!!!!

Wonderful place to take a break and ShopEmployees are extremely helpful very pleasant but extremely helpful!!I had my service dog Aspen, an Australian Cattle Dog they had questions about how they should handle people with service dogs and it was great being able to interact with employees whove never had experience with service dogsAspen and I have a little treat upstairs watching all the customers and employees Milling around is so nice and clean an open atmosphere you can watch outside get away from the Heat and just have some good foodENJOY 😉 HIGHLY RECOMMEND for time out from Heat & covid, great music 🎶alsoThey have wifi I will be doing the start of my fall and winter podcast from this Whole Foods next week join us

Still an awesome place to shop. Amazing customer service, this store is doing a great job keeping customers and employees safe.Just one discrepancy not worth removing a star or two or three for that matter. The foyer displays have not looked so good lately. Small displays can still look good when done correctly and you can’t use a virus as an excuse for a lack of pride in ones work. Robin gives Customer Service unlike any I have encountered in a long time. They didnt have a product & she came up with an alternative for me to try at no cost. I was shocked; & I made sure to tell her Store Mgr, so he can make sure she gets something special & gets recognized during the next team huddle. Whole Foods at South Glenn is a marvelous store - for everything from groceries to precooked food. Went in to get my Amazon delivery and bought some hot dinner, fruits and dessert. This place is really nice. 😊

Great place to shop but small compared to other locations so might not get what you want.

This is the probably the best Whole Foods Ive ever shopped. The people working there are always friendly and the food quality and selection is very good and probably the best in the area (including other WFM). Prices are typically higher for the same product than Natural Grocers across the street, which is obnoxious when you consider WFM can buy in larger volume, but you wont find a better organic meat/seafood selection. The yuppie clientele here can sometimes (frequently) be on the boorish and aggressive side. That the staff are also able to do such a good job despite putting up with the type of customers who would complain about foyer display quality in the middle of a pandemic (see 3-4 reviews down) is also very much to their credit. Im not sure how they do it and Bezos should give all of them a large raise for keeping his stores running this year.

Prepared food selections are limited and kinda sad at this location.

This Whole Foods is done beautifully. The layout makes everything easy to find. The store was incredibly clean and stocked well with fresh products. This is the best location Ive seen.

Even though I dont normally like to go into this Whole Foods, I still like how quick it is to find products in the store. It is very well laid out and the staff there seem to like working there. It smells nice all the time, almost like a candle. If you live near and need a few things, they have a lot more stuff than you think thats affordable, especially premium olive oils.

So I was shopping at Whole Foods and while I was checking out I specifically asked about their return policy. The clerk who waited on me responded that while they didn’t like to do returns, they would do a return with a receipt. This was done before she handed me the receipt and the sale was finalized. I just went in to the Highlands Ranch store and asked to return the items and was told that “we do not do returns under any condition, it is our policy.” I just called and spoke with Angel, the store manager who said sorry, I understand but that is our policy. His offer was a store credit. I don’t shop at their store nor will I ever. Kudos to Angel for taking care of his staff....he seems to forget about his customers! I think it is wonderful that he backs an incompetent employee as opposed to customers!

Generally like shopping here but very disappointed recently when duringthe early morning hours, the bins for oatmeal (bulk food section) were empty. We checked with the woman at the front desk and were initially told they dont sell bulk items since COVID. Told her I just bought this here 4-5 weeks ago. She contacted someone who said they would meet us back there. No one came while we waited. Mentioned thisto a gentleman checking us out and he apologized. Apparently they wereout of this item. We went right to Sprouts afterward and got exactly whatwe were looking for (organic rolled oats) for the same price. In fact theoats at Sprouts were pre-packaged for sale in 1 lb bags which made it even more convenient.Guess where we will be shopping for this again...

The kind of reliable Whole Foods you expect to find, but this one in particular is one I visit for two reasons : the best selection of international butters and a large selection of Colorado crafts

This Whole Foods location is always very nice. It is not ever very busy. But I know the traffic does pick up after work hours. The streets at SouthGlenn are really nice stores. This Whole Foods is one of the flagship stores at the mall. Great upstairs sitting area to eat or work on computer.

I always price check whole foods with other grocery stores, and whole foods is always about 20% more expensive. For no reason. Sure its convenient and all, but I like smaller grocery stores that have more local companies. And being a vegan with a soy allergy pretty much eliminates every single hot bar item they have.

Pricey and only carry certain brands but overall great quality and their fresh breads and cheese selection are the best!

This review is specifically for the bakery department at this Whole Foods location. They went over a beyond as we had a difficult request of providing a birthday cake for a diabetic employee. They did accommodated all of the requests without hesitation and made a beautiful, low sugar tart. We need more people that have customer service skills like this in the world. Thank you for everything she was very surprised and pleased that she got to celebrate with all of us!

May 4th 9:30am. Be herded like a sheep and make a misstep get yelled at! The lady directing people to the checkout lanes wasnt at her post so I continued only to hear screamed SIR!!! CASH OR CARD!!! standing behind a massive Plexiglas barrier isnt enough, told to STAND BACK FURTHER!!! Relax and dont make this situation more stressful then it has to be. Lady, your job should be replaced by a sign.

Everyones super friendly, the store overall is awesome. Barb that works the front counters is my favorite! Shes a sweet heart and is sooo nice and caring. Great place. I would like to see the bulk seasonings restocked, theirs a ton of them that need to be restocked. Besides that 2 thumbs up guys! Keep up the great work!

The ice cream parlor needs to have better customer service. Its okay if the parlor is closed, but they need to politely tell people who are waiting in line that they are closed and not just ignore them until they go away.Update: I received a nice email from the manager apologizing for the poor customer service. It was nice to receive her acknowledgment and she promised to make things right. As a result, I have changed my review to 5 stars.

I love Whole Foods. I love the selection, the natural and organic foods, the food bars, and all the wonderful things they offer. Everyone is so helpful and cheerful. Their prepared salads and deli foods are fantastic. Their selection of alternative meats and cheeses is perfectly adequate. Their offerings of frozen fruits and veggies is terrific, both organic and non-organic. Sales and markdowns are excellent, and everything always seems so fresh. I love the exotic things that you dont see every day in regular supermarkets, like dragon fruit!! And they have no problem if you want to exchange or return anything. I understand theyve changed their business model, so Im anxious to see how it will all shake out since change takes time and effort on everyones parts. Meanwhile, I love Whole Foods. Thanks for the great everything!!! :-D

Was very disappointed in the customer service at this location.I ordered prime now and got the incorrect soup for my elderly grandmother. At the time, I had strep myself and that is why we ordered for delivery. I called to see if I could swap out the soup for the correct one of the same price. The woman firmly told me no.I called the location on Hampden and they were kind, and more than willing to allow me to swap out for the correct soup. They even gave me a gift card because the woman at this location was so rude and unkind.I love Whole Foods, but will never return to this location. Kindness and understanding goes a LONG way.

And I enjoy going here for my basic everyday foods and for an occasional good lunch from the hot food bar and the pepperoni pizza is AMAZING.I rate it 4 stars because I do get an occasional employee who works behind the food counters with a “unenthusiastic” attitude with their job — not very personable or happy to help. so unfortunately that ruins my overall experience day-to-day.

Always way too busy and limited selection. Super expensive compared to other health food places, and there is never any parking. Only upside is that the employees are so nice.

The store is fairly clean and the area in which the branch is located at is convenient but there are so many people with such a small entrance that it can become irritating. Otherwise the store is in good shape and is in a good area.

Ive been to this Whole Foods grocery store several times...Overall, its a good grocery store. My girlfriend (at the time) was able to get all of the things that she was looking to find.Whole Foods provides many, many items on her grocery list as well as, some of mine (granola, frozen pizza, vegetables).They have a great deli on the south end of this Whole Foods. Her son was fascinated with the selection of seafood on the north side of this Whole Foods.

Good store! Great for lunch if you want a large variety of things to choose from! The salad/soup bar is great or you can get fresh sandwiches amongst many other fresh items! It is pricey. As expected.

I had a bit of an online ordering Thanksgiving fiasco. Long story short, after spending over an hour going to two Whole Foods, trying to find my order, with an infant who was up passed his bedtime, Colby, the manager took care of me. I am not sure what happened to my online order, but Colby made it right - even though Southglenn wasnt even the store with the error. Thanks to his kindness, it made my holiday a little easier and I was able to get my tired baby home. I will drive the extra few miles to shop at this location thanks to Colby! (Plus they have more selection than the Whole Foods that is near my house!)

AWFUL experience. We ordered a cake here for my daughters birthday. When we picked up just before the party, they have messed up and delivered a totally different cake (different color, decoration, pics attached for what we ordered on 8 cake and what we got). We couldnt do anything as party was in next 30min.And when we cut the cake its more worse than what decoration mess up was. All dry bread. Not a single guest could finish up their part and all thrown away. What a embarrassing situation it was.Also we ordered 2 pizza for pick up but they just prepared one and billed for two. When we asked they have just apologies. I wish we didnt gave them a try. It was that bad, all dough, hardly baked properly.They ruined our food and party. NOT RECOMMENDED, wish could give them negative points.UPDATE: Mr.Jeff (Asst. Manager) got in touch the same day and apologized for this whole scenario. Offered us refund and gift card to make up the mess up done for the party.

Extremely disappointed in the Thanksgiving curbside pickup. After arriving at the store, not only was there no curbside, there was no directive why there was no pickup or where to go to get your order. Going into the store defeats the safety aspect of curbside, which was the purpose of my curbside request. Southglenn store .

Let me start out by saying that I love Whole Foods. I wish there were some out East. I went here for breakfast. Waited 15 minutes for them to open and then waited another 5 minute to see if they were going to bring anything out. Walked in to empty trays and some other things that were still covered with cellophane after they opened. Even tried to get something from the refrigerated case and most of the stuff wasnt out yet. I dont even think all the lights were on in the store.Please do not send me a reply asking me to send an email. Everything you need to know is in the review.

I go to whole foods specifically for the hot/cold bar. This location has always had the lowest selection and quality in the Denver area. Yesterday I wake up early enough for breakfast and decided to check out there hot bar selection. While enjoying my meal I find that my pork sausage is not cooked thoroughly. I eventually get someone to bring out the kitchen manager and without hesitation says its fully cooked and just repeated this over and over. So anyways use caution when eating their meats from the hot bar, they obviously are too snooty to accept fault.

Pretty good Whole Foods location overall. Large store with lots of variety and a good prepared foods selection as well. Customers service is hit or miss and checkout often seems understaffed.

Allen there sample professor is awesome! If you get to know his name and talk with him, he might just give you more. We love their fresh bread. Also, if you have some time to spare go hang out in their loft complete with play area for kiddos!

Great meats selection and knowledgeable butchers - 5 stars for them.Fruits, when tasted next to the same from anywhere else, is surprisingly and consistently nowhere near as good, and for substantially more out of pocket.Ive tried various foods from the buffet area a few times. I didnt want to judge too quickly, hence my few tries. The sodium content has to be consistently through the roof. Its surprising. I eventually gave up trying for fear of heart attack.Pre-made sushi is pretty good here.Ill be back for the meat and fish sections.Occasionally Ill swing by for sushi and sales on kombucha.Food buffet: Holy hell! Please include some food with that salt. I realize salt is inexpensive and the company can profit by making 20-30% of the weight of its buffet offerings pure salt, but for the sake of your patrons let them add their own f%#€!ng salt.

Wow, read several reviews, and they all sound great. Unfortunately, not my experience with Chicken Verde Burrito. $8.99 but seemed worth a dollar. Pre-made and purchased 6/9; consumed half 6/10 (threw rest out); expiration date of 6/14. Distributed out of NJ. 15 oz of starch, rice, beans, and probably 1/2 oz of chicken, shredded and chopped into 1/2 inch length dry fiber. On list of ingredients, chicken is halfway down. Smelled of vinegar and some sort of preservative. Two globs, about a gram each, appeared to be fat (listed 12% by volume). Went back to store to buy more for outsourcing to lab. And this is healthy?

A classic giant Whole Foods. Great selection, tons of staff to ask questions, and a two-story cafeteria to eat at. Pretty cool place, and for someone young and single, there are a million good looking people here, ALWAYS. But thats every Whole Foods!

Whole Foods constantly leaves me full of regret. Today was about the worst experience possible. I think it might have finally been enough that I wont ever go back. For starters there was a man in the womens restroom. Then the $10 pizza was tiny with super thin crust, awful cheese, completely burnt crust with burnt cheese bubbles. The dessert was awful, like cheap pudding from a box posing as a chocolate pie and uberly sweet. So many items of the same brand and size were marked higher than other stores. If it werent for the meat and olive oil selection Id never step foot in their store in the first place. Ill be looking for other sources so I dont have to keep giving money to this awful company.
