So convenient to have everything that you need in one place for a one stop shopping experience. For thise who arent aware the bakery and deli are amazing and the price is incredibly reasonable. The deli hot wings and side dish plate is great value and delicious.

Its ridiculously hard to use cash here. Also one check out open.... one. On a Saturday?! Really worthless. Dont try calling either, they hang up on you. This location is a nightmare. But all Walmart is.

One of the cashiers (young ones) needs to learn how to treat customers with respect and kindness, not with an attitude! Respect goes a long way when it comes to customer service!

Battery died this morning and I knew I needed a replacement. Called and spoke to Ricardo, who was so incredibly helpful, and got me right on. My tech was Imran(I may have gotten the name wrong) but he was such a kind and helpful person. Replaced my j-hooks and showed me why he had to do a couple of things. The whole staff was amazing and very accommodating on what was a rough morning. These are the kind of people that are more than valuable to a shop

Everything was great except. I bought the best Walmart battery for my Toyota and when he quoted the price, I asked if there were any other charges like for labour and he s as Id no. But when I paid the bill there was a $12.00 charge for disposing my old battery. Not completely honest.

Terrible customer service. I was checking out a large cart of groceries by myself and one item was missing a price tag. The employees said they couldn’t help me and proceeded to talk to each other for 5 min. I asked if a manger could help me find the price and they said I needed to go to customer service to have a manger paged. I waited at customer service for quite some time and asked for a manger. The lady looked around and said she’d try to find one. A manager finally arrived looked up the price and I was able to buy my item. It took 20 minutes to do all of this!!!!! Why couldn’t the 3 employees have helped me, instead of chit chatting with each other? Customers have to check themselves out and do price checks now?

For years Walmart has pushed customers into using their self-checkout lines. But over the last several months absolutely zero of them will accept cash at this store. They want your business but not your cash!

It would be nice to actually have workers tell you exactly where youre going, not just point you in a direction and say, its somewhere over there. Lol, yes that legitimately happened to me here. Thankfully, another guy came and told me exactly where I needed to go and it was nowhere in the direction I was given before. That was hilarious.

I got more than I originally started out to get. However,with the awesome everyday sales, I managed to get it all. It was a blessing

They make it inconvenient for you to pay with cash. Forces you to pay by card. And if you are able to pay with cash you may or may not get change back. This is wrong and corrupt. Its extra money in big a corporations pocket. On this trip to your store I would give it a zero star if I could.

It’s Walmart. They have everything I was looking for and I got it all without hassle. The check out guy was nice. I may or may not be have bought a thousand extra things because I took my small human with me in the store - but that’s all on me.

3 stars for the man in the entertainment section that knew what a plug converter was, and where to find it - seriously impresssd.If not for the above, would have been 1 star. I stood in clothing for an hour trying to get into the changing rooms. I ended up changing in public and couldnt care less. One woman/employee came by, gave an odd look, and never even said a word - let alone try to help with the obvious situation.

WalMart is not my first choice for stores I visit often. That being said, this particular WalMart is well stocked, logically organized and quite clean. It was easy to find everything I was looking for.

Carmen from their customer service department should be working in stocking or something away from customers. I called today to find a specific product, and she transferred me 3 x to a department where there weren’t any employees staffed. She told me herself that their employees weren’t in the department. And when I asked her to look up the item herself, she hung up on me.She continually interrupted me when I called back, and refused to give me the name or contact information for her direct supervisor. I’m filing a corporate complaint, she should not be employed if this is how she’s going to act on the job. I hope your calls are recorded so management can see what a horrid job their employees are doing.

I prefer this location because the taxes are way cheaper than Denvera

Prices are good, but the customer service is not as great as it should be.

Their Auto Department is very efficient and helpful. Shoutout to the guys who work there. They are not only helpful but compassionate and understanding. The store itself is well maintained and clean. Aisles are kept tidy and unlike other Walmart’s u dont feel like u are at a cheap place. Their stock is also rotated well. Overall my favorite walmart so far!!

I took my car to get a very standard oil change here. I said I didnt need the filter replaced and that I did want windshield wipers installed. An hour later, I pick up my car and find that the filter was replaced against my wishes and they didnt install any new wipers. Whatever, I would have moved on about it if it werent for what happened NEXT!!I got on the highway to return home and about 20 minutes later, heard this truly horrifying scraping/grinding noise emanating from my car. I thought I had blown a tire and I was terrified. I had to pull over on the side of the freeway as cars whizzed past me. Thankfully, I was helped by a passing tow truck driver, who informed me that whoever did my last oil change lost the screws to my undercarriage and decided to tuck it under a piece of plastic instead of reattaching it. I had to put half a roll of duct tape on the underside of my nearly-new vehicle while sprawled out on the concrete in a dress as traffic raced by inches from my face. The undercarriage was completely torn up and would need to be replaced.I wish I could say that getting this repaired was an easy process, but it was not. It took two days to even hear back from someone regarding the damage THEY caused, and when they did respond, it was with attitude. I went ROUNDS with Pablo for days. He refused to accept responsibility for the damage and used legal speak with me at every turn, claiming that theres no way were paying for that or we cant just give you money to fix it, which is not what I asked for. It was extremely challenging to even speak with him because he constantly interrupted and belittled me.Pablo kept pressuring me to return to this location, an hour away from my house, to have it checked out, which I obviously wasnt interested in. He then told me I could take it to my local Walmart, which I did. The Walmart in Lafayette was very helpful and so was Robert, the service manager there. He took pictures of the damage and told me to send them to Pablo. Unfortunately, when I called Pablo with news of what they needed to repair, Pablo told me that I STILL NEEDED TO BRING MY CAR IN TO THIS LOCATION. Finally fed up with the service I was receiving, I asked to speak with the Auto Center manager, Justin Bate.Justin and Jose turned my experience around, which is why my review is for 3 stars instead of 1. Once I started working with them, the parts were ordered, received, and installed within a week. I was also refunded the entire cost of my oil change and was not charged for any parts or repairs resulting from the damage. They are both great and I appreciate their assistance.This all being said, I would be hesitant to return my car to this location for any service in the future. It is concerning to me that a service technician would lose 5 screws and there would be no attempt to correct the situation immediately. I dont know why it happened, but I have worked in the service industry and know that issues like this dont happen in isolation or in a vacuum.In summary, thank you to Justin and Jose for your help, and fellow customers, double check your vehicle before taking it on the highway after service here.

Walmart changed the brand of ramen and cup ramen, and the replacement is not very good. Some things are bad enough but they have had the same brand for years. Not a smart idea.

I always seem to find something I cant live without in this stores markdown isle. Today it was an entry door locking knob set for $8. The people are always friendly too.

Was able to find everything I wanted and staff was very helpful when I needed it.The cashier could have put more to a bag. There were several things she put by themselves in bags that couldve been put together. I understand raw meats being alone, Ive been a cashier before, but she could put more than one kitchen pan in a bag.

Worst walmart ever theres always problems in this place theres either no cashiers at all or no associates available to help except for teenagers that dont know how to answer your questions at all. Not to mention that cosmetics, vaccumms, glue, and Legos and many more other items are locked now and they dont even have the bell on the glass to call an associate and the ones that are walking around the store working cant ever help because they dont know or they dont have a key.. So how do you purchase anything.?? And shelves are always empty.

So as for Walmarts in the area, omg, this is by far the most unorganized store I have ever seen. Wow. Maybe its just the womens section, but wholly crows guys. No two of the same anything on the same rack anywhere. Its like someone went random just cause.

This location was fairly standard for Walmart. Most of the aisles I visited were organized as best as was possible. It was fairly empty at the time and I was able to find what was needed. They had everything I wanted in stock. Self-checkout was brisk, with no line. I left as quickly as Id arrived. Four stars, would visit again.

Management have no training..at lease 5 times this month I was standing in line and witness Management shutting down three cashiers and only leaving two open with over 50 people in line..

I really liked this Walmart. First of all they have a better selection of clothing than the Walmart by my house on Quebec and C470. There wasnt a fitting room attendant and I went to customer service to have them paged and the clerk paged and then walked all the way with me to the fitting rooms to find her and they still were not there, so she walked all the way to the back to find her. I have been wanting to try the Great Value Pumpkin Spice Cappachinos Kcups for years and this Walmart had it. I asked where gretting cards and the employee helped me find them and I needed to find frozen zucchini and they had it too. I was so happy because its hard to find. Im coming back to this Walmart going forward. Thank you!!!!

The pickup option is great and doesnt cost anything extra. Shop online or the app, select pickup option, wait for email or text, then respond to email or text youre coming, park at pickup location (southwest corner of store in Centennial), call that youve arrived, open trunk and they drop items in, and drive home. Super easy and convenient

The employees here are very nice. I ran into trouble using a virtual gift card recently and the cashier stood there doing the best she could to help me figure it out. In the end it took 20 minutes to get it to work. It shows their dedication to customer service.

Just shopped here and was surprised to see people walking around without masks on. I watched these 2 guys and they passed at least 4 different employees and no employee told them to put their mask on. Were in the middle of a pandemic - come on walmart, I expect better from you.

This is by far one of the cleanest stores in Colorado. I will go out of my way to shop at this store and I live in Aurora. Great job to management and the employees. Thank you for a job well done.

Anthony at the pharmacy was amazing. He was so helpful and patient. He stayed later then he was scheduled just to ensure I got what I needed.

This store is always stocked and so many choices.one bad thing was went to deli for fresh chicken, he said that I could take the chicken already in container cooked at 11am, it was 330. There was fresh in the hot area, I just walked away, if I want fresh and its there why can I not get it? Talk to your deli team, not the first time 😡

Items usually in stock. Not big on customer service though, meaning its hard to find a person to ask. They are supposed to stop what they are doing and guide you to the item.

Never ever purchase through Walmart online. Ordered item online and the product was not suitable for application. Tried to return it to store but they would not take it back. It had to be shipped to 3rd party vendor - in China - to get credit. Dealing with vendor there was no possible way to navigate their instructions to get a printing label for return. Probably stuck with this purchase.

It seems as no one works there or business is closed. I’ve called multiple time to see if item was in stock prior to wasting time and gas. I understand website says available at this location but there are times website is not updated. When I called it kept ring for customer service somehow electronics department answered put me on hold, then someone in the mobile department answered put me on hold then disconnected the call, when I Called back and it rang and rang with no answer. Simple request I have item & model number to see if in stock. To me only thing open was electronics & mobile department are only working and open..

People standing in line 10 deep to check out in one checkout. Have had to call customer service to ask if they are going to open up another checkout. Lots of employees standing around doing nothing.

I feel this is a great location for a walmart. Its close to my place of residence and its a not so busy location to commute to by car or public transportation. friendly staff/employees and great store layout, no clutter in the evening!

The isles need to be wider, the employees that are doing the shopping for the pick-up customer also make it hard to do our own shopping because theyre carts are a lot bigger and block anyone trying to get through. Your greaters are really nice i wish the rest of the experience was like that.

I went to this Walmart to grab a few things and there were no electric carts in site. I have a really bad hip that may need surgery and I just suffered through the pain to just get a least a couple of things. It would be nice for them to have a bigger fleet of electric carts that disabled people can use and be able to all of your shopping done 🥺
