Do not pay at the pump here. They place a $100 hold on your debit card. It’s been almost a month since I put $20 worth of gas in my vehicle, and they still haven’t released the $100 pre authorization they placed on my bank account. That’s not cool at all.

Today is December 17th, guess I should have taken a closer look at the burrito that I bought from the counter display before I purchased it and left the store, as you can see by the little sticker on it it expired 2 days ago they really need to pay better attention to expiration dates

Charger me 1.59 for a .99 cent pack of cigars.. told me it was a misprint and refused to honor pricing on package... FYI, its not a misprint

This gas station used to be awesome. The carwash is great and the free vacuums were a huge Plus. But for the last few months one of the vacuums barely works and the other is completely broken. The employees here dont seem to care when you tell them about it either. You just go back a week later and theyre still broken.

Large convenience store, great selection. Sometimes all the hot food is gone by 9:30am. Otherwise a very pleasant large area. This station has plenty of pumps.

This gas station is ALWAYS clean. The bathrooms are well stocked and CLEAN. Good coffee on most days.

Hey everyone ! Ive recently started at this location. The ive taken great strides to get the store appearance to my standards and lighten teammates demeanor . Sorry some others can be unpleasant but I hope yall stop by and see the changes!

Like everyone else states the employees are extremely rude! Was called all types of names and then threatened to have the cops called when I asked to have the area manager and owners contact information to let them know about the issues they are having. Magically every clerk in this establishment is the owner and manager... Been using this location for 5 years and up untill this year, 2018, this location was great but not anymore.... Will never support this location or any other shell to be frank

Went here today with my fiancé to get coffee. We were in a rush but figured we could each get a cup of coffee. We both grabbed a cup and she first starting pouring and after it was half full it stopped pouring and we found out that machine was now out of coffee. She then tried to fill it from the coffee machine next to that one to find that one was empty. We then asked the worker how long it will take to make more. The lady said 5 minutes but we did not have that much time. She pointed out there is a machine next to it that has expresso. My fiancé filled the rest of her cup with that since it was only half up the cup. Expresso is too strong for me so I told the lady I can’t drink that. She then tells me I have to pay for the cup even if there is no coffee in it. I told her I’m not paying for an empty cup and don’t want the cup and she told me “we still have to pay for that cup you were going to use.” Of course I refused to use the cup and walked out. Totally unbelievable!

Went to get gas and a soda at 2:30 in the afternoon and all of the doors were locked with no answer. Two customers besidesyself were forced to go elsewhere.

This place is supposed to be open 24 hours we just went there there was a 10 minute sign on the door which I totally understand if you have to pee and youre the only person working. But the girl was hanging behind the cigaret station and would not let us in. A so we waited she flipped us off and then weny in the backroom. Never beenSo disrespected

Absolutely the worst gas station. Feel very disrespected and neglected. Went inside to get cash back and they don’t have freaking cash in the register. Are you kidding me? What gas station doesn’t have sufficient cash? We’re on our way to the airport and have to deal with this? Very surprised that Shell has let this station go so far down the crapper hole. It’s ok though, because I will never give my business to this location again. You can freaking forget that, that is pretty embarrassing.

In and out if the store really quickly and a great price in fountain drinks.

The gentleman that works in the evening he is not that friendly I mean he does his job but decently but he always gives me a hard time when I come in as an honest customer asking for an additional car wash

Car wash takes 8 mins per car!!!!! And doesnt even do a great job so if theres a line for the wash say goodbye to your day...

The evening employee was extremely rude, refuse to answer simple questions, yelling, harassing, and attacking customer to get out of store. It was a toxic and frightening environment. Do not go into the store. It deserves no star at all if it were available.

I will never spend another dime at this particular Shell location. I had issues at the pump and the man inside named Brent from Oklahoma City for some reason had better things to do and let me freeze outside in 36° weather for 20 minutes. Then after showing my displeasure about the situation he cussed me out and gave me back my money so I could not get any gas at all in hopes that I would be stranded. I guess thats how he treats customers where hes from.
