This was one of my favorite gas stations. They added a lot of wonderful things and are really set to become the Premier gas station in the area. Being in the DTC area thats a big deal.I think we can all agree that we appreciate our Amazon drivers. Theyre the ones who deliver our packages and they should be taken care of.When I went into the gas station today I witnessed the management refusing the restroom to the Amazon driver. I spoke up and said look this is our package delivery person you should treat them well go ahead and open it for them.He stated this is our policy.Wow! Your business is supported by human beings.As soon as you start treating them like dirt like you did today is when you start to lose money.That loss of money starts with me and my company! And what about the amazon employee? when word gets around... drivers are gonna stop fueling up at your station. What a genius move Business move your making :(

Poor costumer service .. not only was the cashier rude when we approached to pay.Also rude and dismissive when we ask to unlock the restroom.I couldve deal whit them not wanting to let ppl use the restroom but the attitude is overkill

I like this store more than others in the area. They keep good deals on most all products in the store and its conveniently located off of I-25. However, they could hire better employees for 3rd shift.

The employee ashley yelled at me Because I told her that my card went through for my items and my gas when she kept yelling at me saying she calling the police for the item I paid already I will be calling the HR Manger for this rude employee, Absolutely the worst experience at a convenience store ever!!! Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name! I rarely write reviews but this store deserves a 5 star. Awesome staff/crew, very well maintained and never missing products i need! Satisfied daily patron.

I shop here on a pretty regular basis. During the summer, its pretty common for me to come in around 4-7pm when I get off of work where I install artificial grass. It is also common for me to not ware a shirt upon entry. This has never caused me to be refused service, nor has anyone ever said anything to me about it before tonight. I usually come in buy my gas and goods and I leave without any issues. Tonight, Mark, assisted me with me check out around 10:45 pm. I did not have on a shirt as it was rather warm outside and I had just left The View house where I watched UFC 264 on the patio (in a rather hot climate). Mark ignored me and my wife as we approached the register and made the remark, have you never heard of no shirt no service? Last I checked, there are no signs displayed on the store with this statement visible to the public. And secondly, Mark continued to argue with me once I stated that I shoped like this regularly during the week when I get off of work. His response was, you shop like this in the day time, no you dont. I couldve respected the situation if I had been approached differently; however, Mark was far less than professional.

Dude at register had issue with me bringing my small bike in his huge store calling it a trip hazard (????). So bring a lock or expect your bike to be stolen cause this dude has no sense of customer service or being reasonable. Thx RICHARD!!!!

The ownership needs to do a way better job a getting nice and friendly people working their stores.

Charged my card to the wrong pump then tried to tell me it was my fault? Then said they would have to charge my card a second time instead of moving the money to the correct pump? Asking for a receipt I was told to leave twice by a guy way to old to be having a shoulder length pony tail.Manager was nice gave me my receipt and proof the transaction didnt go through.Hope I get my money back.

I love 7 eleven. Been coming to this location for 3 years. Now every morning for the past month it sucks. Line is always long as hell. NEVER ANY COFFEE EVER!!!!!!!!!!You guys used to have a great manager. But you wouldnt take care of the guy so he left. This is what happens when you dont take care of your people. Ill take my money elsewhere.

Always busy. Always dirty.At least this one always has more than one person working there unlike a lot of other 7-Elevens. Also unlike a lot of other 7-Elevens, the hot food items here usually have been made recently, if youre looking for a fast, cheap, unhealthy lunch.For all the complaints though, it sure is convenient. Im in here nearly every day, as are a lot of other people. Whoever thought to put a huge gas station and convenience store here must be rich by now.

This 7-11 feels like an exclusive resort in Maui. The ice cream cooler was innovative, apparently it was designed by the Thermodynamic students at MIT. The cashier was friendlier than a southern bell, and the building was air conditioned. The sinks were some kinda new design by Boeing. State of the art. 👌🔥💯

Went in just to use the bathroom. At first was very happy about how clean and nice the restroom and store was. But the owners or who ever the hell he was. Needs to learn how to talk to his employees!

For a 7 Eleven, this place is very nice. Always clean, products seem to be well stocked at all times and the staff is generally very kind and friendly. Definitely my go-to convenience store!

Regular 7-Eleven. This location is newer so the entire facility is nicer. The layout is more ergonomic and well lit for you while you are filling up your tank. This location is a little easy to miss if you are going west on Dry Creek. Im not exactly sure if they have signage on the I-25 saying that there is a gas station at that exit. They are more or less completely obscured from sight on the highway by the Bonos BBQ and Drury Inn in front of them. Ive never really shopped gas prices with them, but Id assume they are more middle to upper range mainly because they are right off the highway and also because the demographic they serve is more affluent, DTC types and all. That being said the extra 0.05 to 1.50 I spend on gas at their location is worth it due to the nicer building, friendly staff, better layout, and better advertising (inside).

Absolutely the worst experience at a convenience store ever!!! The women working the register cant comprehend a simple question, they cant understand people dont want to be overcharged and over charge you anyway! I will never come to this location again, and I hope those women lose their jobs!!!

Yeah terrible. I walk in and the clerks are playing their own music. Extremely offensive. Nothing but F-bombs. No one at the counter.

The store looks desperate for help but when I applied here the heavyset female manager wanted to ridicule me for having two part time job and complained about my hours I proposed. I happily took my offer back and walked out of the poorly managed excuse for a convenience store.And the bathrooms are nasty. Def not pleased

The weekend evening employee here EXPLODED into a towering rage when I pointed out that he was overcharging me. After refusing to look at the price on a full-color promotional sign posted on the display case, he exploded again, shouting at me in front of customers, throwing his arms in the air, shouting as loud as he could that I have to call the owner because he has no control. This employee is a white male, about 59, very fidgety and I was afraid he was going to snap like he was on flakka. This is not the first time that 7-Eleven displayed a promotional price by a product in the store, then would ring up a higher price at the cash register. Maybe this happens so much at 7-Eleven and this guy just couldnt take the complaints anymore. Anyways, hes really not fit to handle customers and my advice to you is dont tick this guy off. Just nod, buy something else, and get the heck out of there.
