We are thrilled with the outcome of our kitchen after working with Tim at The Kitchen Showcase. He was highly recommended by our contractor, which is always nice to have a relationship like that. Tim came to the table with multiple ideas for us to build off of when we took our kitchen from 1964 to 2021. He made sure that we considered all of the things that newbies like us would never think of. He was thorough, honest, professional, and great at his job. He really listened to our wants and ideas and made sure to build around the things that were the most important to us. The cabinet are beautiful and we get compliment on them all of the time. We would love to work with him again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone.

We have had 3 experiences with Kitchen Showcase. We had the initial build of the home which was a great design experience for our kitchen and 4 bathrooms. We had a drawer in our kitchen needed servicing. We then added a cabinet in our laundry. We were able to do this remotely and they knew how to design it and what options would be good. The installer then did great work. All the timing was according to the expectations set up front.

Kitchen showcase customized the cabinets for our townhome developer. As our annual warranty came up, we asked them to replace two pantry doors that had warped (or were installed slightly off) since we moved in. They replaced them immediately, with quality professional service. Thanks Eric and Alfredo!

Remodeling is certainly challenging. Working with Erik Brinegar at Kitchen Showcase made it much easier. After researching and interviewing a few vendors, we choose Kitchen Showcase because of their selection and the service we received. Erik was great at helping us design the perfect kitchen that fit our mountain modern style. He walked through our design, drawer by drawer and cabinet by cabinet, to make sure we had the right storage space.  After install, there were a few things that needed to be adjusted and re-ordered. We worked with Tim and he was incredible. He is very knowledgeable of all the pros/cons of each style. We changed our layout multiple times and Tim was always patient and came up with a wonderfully functional design! Matt also delivered the cabinets and was so courteous. We needed some hardware replaced and repaired for our cabinets. I emailed The Kitchen Showcase and Seth responded quickly (within an hour). He was friendly and professional and got a technician scheduled within a week. When our technician, Zane, arrived, he was also friendly and professional. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. He even removed his shoes without being asked. He took care of a few repairs and went over the order with us for the replacements. These were my first interactions with the company, and I can say that they were very easy and pleasant to work with. I would recommend this company!

Fess was our installer for a missed end island panel in our kitchen remodel. He was prompt, called ahead, and wore a mask since he was not vaccinated. Workmanship was excellent.

We were very happy w/ Zane who came out to correct a few problems w/ the cabinets in our new Castle Pines home under warranty. He not only replaced the 2 damaged cabinet doors and missing hinge caps, but also took the time to show us how to adjust each door for best fit, and then adjusted each door so that we had the slimmest of gaps. We really appreciated his attention to the littlest details!

Fess came out today to do some repairs to our kitchen and bathroom cabinets -- not only did he do an awesome job, he even helped out with another small ding on a different cabinet and did another fix on others -- both beyond the scope of his work. I so appreciate the time he took, and his willingness to be flexible. He cleaned everything up (not all tradespeople do) and left us very happy. All in all, Kitchen Showcase has offered us wonderful customer service on every issue. And we really love our kitchen cabinets -- we get lots of compliments!

The Kitchen Showcase did an excellent job of designing a kitchen to fit my needs. John, the designer, worked very closely with me and solved all of my design problems. After installation, the company was quick to offer replacement doors- free- for any that were scuffed upon delivery. Zane, the Service technician, was quick, efficient, thorough, and friendly. Any and all issues with factory workmanship have been handled perfectly to my satisfaction.

Alfredo came to our house as part of our home warranty service to fix our cabinet underneath our kitchen sink that had water damage. He stayed until the job was complete and even made the lip underneath the sink flush with the doors. We were very impressed! Thanks again Alfredo! We will be using this company should we need some basement cabinets installed or something fixed in the future.

Brian G. delivered the cabinets on time and arranged them in the garage so there was sufficient space to walk around. Brian D. had to do extra work measuring and cutting to ensure the top would be level for the countertop. The room looks even bigger, and now more beautiful, with the white cabinets. Larry stopped by our new build to fix a few issues we had with our cabinets. One of our drawers would not properly close and we were missing a toe kick under our pantry door. Larry went above and beyond. He did not only fix those two issues, but he changed our settings for the soft close which was something we wanted but did not think to ask. He also went out of his way to correct one of the shelves that I had moved and put back upside down and just never fixed. He also cleaned up a scuff in the upper cabinet we had upon moving in but just didn’t worry about. It looks so much better now and we are very thankful for Larry and his work! Highly recommend.

The quality of the cabinets is ok and it’s not the manufacturers fault, but whoever measures and designs your cabinets for these new houses we install should be fired and someone that knows what they’re doing be hired. The time and money that your mistakes have cost me is completely unacceptable. My crew and I cringe when we see that we have to install another house full of cabinets measured and designed by kitchen showcase. I’m this close to telling the builder that if kitchen showcase supplied the cabinets, they can also install them. Please hire much much better designers. Thanks.

Our contractor referred us to Tim at The Kitchen Showcase to help with the selection of cabinets for a master bath remodel. Tim was very accommodating and met with us several times (even outside of regular hours) to find an option that was beautiful and within our budget. He was very attentive to measurements and other details. Cabinets arrived within the time frame promised, delivery was easy to schedule and the driver, Scott, arrived right on time (and even sent called to let me know he was close). We will definitely use the them for future projects!Update: Zane came to my house today to do some work and the experience exceeded expectations, once again. He called to let me know when he would arrive (and arrived on time). He was not given all the parts he needed to finish the modifications we requested but was able to offer some interim solutions until he could return with the parts. Zane was very professional and I am looking forward to him finishing the work when he returns.

I stripped and repainted my old kitchen cabinets and found that I had some broken hardware. I walked into The Kitchen Showcase hoping to find a replacement for a broken out of production kitchen door panel hinge. Usually I dress for success, but not today. Having just applied the final coat of paint I was wearing old torn blue jeans and a t-shirt under my coat when I entered.The first thing you notice is how beautifully the showroom is laid out. It was truly amazing to see what you can do to kitchens these days, including such things built-in espresso machines. John greeted me and spent several minutes finding a suitable match to my hinge. Even though I was underdressed and not going to be spending thousands of dollars, I was treated with great respect and given the attention of some who was purchasing an entire kitchen. Our home is new construction and our kitchen was designed by Seth @ The Kitchen Showcase, when we did our final walk thru at our closing there were a couple of cabinet doors that had some flaws in them and one did not hang correctly. An appointment was set up with Service Technician, Ron who came by at the time we were told, he did a wonderful job and was very prompt, courteous and respectful of our new home. We recently had The Kitchen Showcase come to our home to do some repair work on some cabinet shelving. Ron & Larry arrived on time and proceeded to come up with a creative solution to fix the problem.Before they left they noticed some scarring to one of the cabinets and repaired it. We love our kitchen. Eriks design is great, and I was blown away by Larrys professionalism and attention to detail. All in all, this has been a great experience.

My neighbor redid her kitchen and I thought it was stunning, but I also assumed it was way out of my price range. A few years later when I was planning to redo my kitchen, I started pricing out cabinets. It turns out that I would have needed to stack my upper cabinets to get them to go to the ceiling, but I didn’t love that look. Additionally, it added quite a bit of cost. I almost abandoned my project … then I finally asked my neighbor who she used and decided to price out my cabinets with her supplier. She told me she used the Kitchen Showcase. I was worried when I visited because their showroom is AMAZING and I didn’t want to waste people’s time. I told them about my neighbor and they immediately found out who her designer was and set me up for an appointment with Cliff. I let him know about my budget right away and he let me know it was reasonable and could be done and worked with me TIRELESSLY to stay within budget. The best part is that because they work with this particular cabinet maker so much, they were able to get free cabinet height customizations. I didn’t have to stack my cabinets but I could order a custom size for no extra cost!!!! This was music to my ears ☺ Now I could actually save a bit of money by eliminating another layer of cabinets. Cliff came to my house to measure, using his many years of experience to consider things I never would have considered (and the other cabinet companies would not have known to consider either because they did not offer to come to my house and measure for me). Things like gas line locations, distance to certain appliances with the new layout, comfortable heights for storing items and if they should be set shelves or roll out drawers for accessibility. Also geometric/visual considerations like matching cabinet sizes on either side of the sink, etc. Once Cliff had generously explained and considered everything I wanted and needed in my kitchen, he loaded the plan into his computer system. From there, we spent a couple visits reviewing the plans, tweaking them and getting it just right. This is a huge process and takes a lot of behind the scenes work- which Cliff did for me in such a timely fashion. He even added a cool rev a track drawer for me which has ended up being my FAVORITE part of the cabinets!!!Cliff is experienced enough to know that no matter how well you plan, there can still be some things that go wrong. We knew we were going to need to do some cabinet modifications due to my appliance sizes. True enough we had a cabinet that came in the wrong size but it’s ok – we just needed to modify it in a different way. When I notified Cliff, he immediately came out to my project site with an experienced installer to assess the modifications that needed to be made. This gave my contractor and me a good solution and we were able to proceed and NOT delay the installation. We had a few re-orders of drawer fronts and such – but Kitchen Showcase notified me when they arrived and sent their own experienced installer Justin to complete the work. Justin always called to let me know when he would arrive and was respectful and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He went above and beyond showing me the ins and outs of the cabinets and how to adjust them if needed. He is so professional, clean and efficient. The employees here are top notch and are loyal to the company which speaks volumes about the Pfaff family as owners and managers. I can’t tell you how amazing they have been throughout this whole process. I LOVE my kitchen!!!! And I know this is an amazing company run by the NICEST people who are organized and get the job done. I am so happy I got my new kitchen exactly how I wanted it and did not have to compromise on quality or design. I also know they will be around a looong time so if I need to reorder parts, they will be there for me. I would highly recommend Kitchen Showcase to anyone looking to remodel/upgrade their homes.Update: one of our doors warped and they ordered a new one for us and installed it for free within 2 weeks!!

We purchased a new home and met with Charlie to design our kitchen, office, and laundry room cabinetry. We are so happy with the install, quality and ease of use. We recently needed to reinforce an office cabinet because of the safe weight. Went there wanting a pricing estimate with our architects plans for the cabinet layout. Spent 90 minutes with them talking about what we want. At the end of all this the tell us we need to give a deposit before they will give us a detailed pricing estimate. Disappointing.

Weve worked with Kitchen Showcase 3 times over the past 20 years and all have been great experiences. We just had a few hinges break on our 20 year old Crestwood cabinets so I called to find out how to get replacement. I talked to Erik Brinegar and he very quickly had an easy solution for us. Mike did a great job listening to what we wanted and designing beautiful and functional cabinets that met and surpassed our high expectations. When a plumbing installation error before closing damaged one of the cabinets, James came out to repair it, along with several other warranty hiccups. James is an artist as well as a careful technician. The result: natural cherry cabinets worthy of our forever home.

During new construction a vent was installed in one of the cabinets; it was a real hack job, damaging the interior bottom of the cabinet. Alfredo (the Tech) installed a new base (that matched) and dressed it up with a some trim work to cover the edge. Very, very nice!

Alfredo was right on time and very professional upon arrival to fix a cabinet under warranty. I actually forgot the appointment. We already had hardware on the defective cabinet. He stated “ no problem”. He was finished in no time. He went above and beyond and helped me with installation of my flag bracket as he saw I was having trouble. Blessings. He is a good member of Team Showcase.

Three years ago when I bought my condo I had my kitchen replaced by The Kitchen Showcase team. They designed a beautiful, functional space that has been the focal point of my home. It was a professional job from start to finish.Last month I decided to give the kitchen a more custom look by adding additional trim to the existing design. (This option had been presented to me previously.) Larry from the service department arrived to do the installation. Upon completion, he went to each cabinet from the previous install and checked the door fit and seams to be sure the finished look was perfect. This demonstrated to me the companys commitment to customer satisfaction! I will continue to recommend The Kitchen Showcase to friends and family for all their cabinetry needs!

From the Design to the Service, The Kitchen Showcase exceeded our expectations and delivered a great overall customer experience. Mike, our designer, was thorough and extremely patient with us as we went back and forth on our selections (we mustve changed it 5x) and ultimately helped us design a custom solution for both our Kitchen and Master Bath. There were a few minor issues we noticed post-install, however, Larry the magician was quickly called in to adjust and touch up the cabinets (Thanks Larry!). We had a need for a new cabinet in our kitchen due to a cabinet failure. The cabinet housed our double oven and was buried in the middle of our cabinet layout and quartz counters. What a tough job! They replaced the cabinet seemlessly-- it took two professionals the whole day but the results were amazingly good! Thank you Alfredo and Ron!!! They took the time to do it right. I would use these guys anytime!!

Brian was extremely helpful in designing the plans for my kitchen remodel and was responsive to all my questions even during a pandemic where many people were working from home. Brian offered his advice to install a dishwasher and the quality of the cabinets are really impressive. We are so happy with our cabinets from The Kitchen Showcase. We had some repairs that needed to be done to the bottom panel of two of our cabinets. Our cabinets are eight years old, and the company still had all of our information on file. Our designer, Darrell, was familiar with our project, and was super responsive and helpful. Our service technician, Fess, did an awesome job, and the work was all covered under warranty. We highly recommend The Kitchen Showcase. They have wonderful quality products and service.

Tim at the Kitchen Showcase was recommended to us and I am so thankful that we found him. From start to finish Tim was always available to us for our questions. With such a big investment we are glad to have Tims knowledge and experience in helping us to think of things that we wouldnt have originally thought of. Charlie at The Kitchen Showcase was the designer who helped my husband and I to design the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room in the custom home we built. Everything turned out beautifully. Larry was the service tech who took care of all the details after the cabinets were installed, cant say enough of his thoroughness and attention to detail. Everyone at TKS was very professional and interested in achieving what the customer wants.

Working with The Kitchen Showcase on our kitchen remodel was the best decision we made. The designer gave us great ideas on how to configure our cabinets, the value and quality were exceptional, and the installation was top-notch. We were looking for bamboo cabinets (that can be hard to find), and The Kitchen Showcase not only carried them but also had them at an amazing price.

Steve, our designer, was fantastic. He worked with us on our laundry/mud room remodel and helped us get exactly what we wanted. He worked with us and provided several iterations to customize our layout to our exact needs. Alan delivered our cabinets today and was easy to work with and arrived as scheduled (even early which was nice). We are excited for these to be installed tomorrow. We cannot recommend The Kitchen Showcase enough.
