Do not use Interior Logic Group! We bought a brand new home where this company installed the vinyl plank flooring. Our house was under warranty. After six months, we submitted our warranty repairs which included portions of the flooring that were chipped on the ends. A person from Interior Logic Group came by and fixed the flooring, which they did a substandard job. My husband and I waited until our year warranty came around and resubmitted the floor repair. We thought maybe the flooring would improve over time. The plank in question wasnt laying properly and we thought giving it some time it would rectify itself. The plank is rippled on the end and is sticking up. Interior Logic Group came by to inspect it and said it was repaired correctly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They dont stand by their work. Im not sure if they just have inexperienced people working for them but the flooring is terrible. When we originally submitted out warranty repairs, there were about 15-20 vinyl planks that were chipped on the ends. All they did to fix the problem was to fill them with wax. The plank in question was totally replaced and not laid correctly. All this company had to do was come back and replace one plank, which we have, and they refused. The person who inspected the plank said he would need to get his best guy on it to fix it but after visiting us went to our warranty people and said the flooring is good. Again please stay far away from this company.
Incompetent and unprofessional is a magnificent combo, especially when sprinkled with hypocrisy flakes and gaslighting powder, yummy!
Through our builder we selected about 80k in upgrades through iLG... every. Single. Countertop is damaged.Cracked, scratched or both.The edge finish looks like a wavy mess that some crack head finished.Over 12k just for the quartz in our kitchen.I’m beginning to think they are completely incapable of properly finishing and fabricating countertops.Absolutely ridiculous.One would think they would be careful and mindful with your countertops... the most expensive thing in the home... but no they will handle WIThOUT care and try to patronize and blame you because they are unethical slobs.
We built a home and our builders design center is Interior Logic Group. The experience at the design center was fine. Then a few weeks before our laminate flooring was to go in we are told they no longer have it/no longer make it/out of stock (not actually sure). Seems like they never placed the order. Either way they said we needed to pick a new one, so we went back. Not accommodating at all (we were expecting to be able to choose an equal or better value laminate for no extra charge. you know normal customer service offerings for blunders). We picked everything else based on the flooring. They said it is whatever the price of the new laminate we will bill you for the extra amount. The only one close to the color she told me we had to pay an extra $5k-7k more. Definitely not putting your customers first. To add the icing to the cake we met the neighbors to our left, who havent closed yet but were looking at the latest update. What do we see? The flooring we chose originally.
Based on how your your employees drive your company trucks I will NEVER consider using your company. This is at least the 3rd time I have encountered your employees FLYING through a school zone. If they cant follow something as simple as a speed limit, accompanied by an easy to see FLASHING light then how in the world are they supposed to satisfactorily complete a job?
Horrible communication, was called 6 pm night before kitchen countertop install date and told that they had been fabricated backwards. I had already pulled up old tops and disconnected sink plumbing three days prior to install to prepare. Going to be two more weeks with no usable kitchen and no sense in installing a temp sink, just to have to take it apart again...!! Install crew showed up on time, having no idea of what was going on, again very poor communication throughout the company.***Third party group with Home Depot- youve been warned***edit: the two men doing the install kept a clean space and did their best to do what they could while getting phone calls every 5 minutes...again communication issues all around
Once they are paid, they do not return. We have been trying to get someone finish the job for three months now. They have no-showed on at least 3 appointments, all without warning or even a call to reschedule. They will not respond to emails, phone calls or voicemails. They have completely ghosted us.
From my experience this company does not stand by there products. I moved into a new build house and half a year and a half into the house. I started having problems with my wood floor. I have been working with them for 6 months now and still do not have my flooring issue fixed. They take forever to send someone out and when they do, they tell you something different. From changing the recommended floor clean supplies to trying to blame to flooring issue on me. They tried to tell me the flooring issue was due to pets, I dont have a pet. Then they told me that my issue was due to water damage, then it was due to not enough moister. If you want a headache then this is the right group for you.
Horrible experience! Home Depot should not be using this company. It looks like a third grader installed my counter tops with caulking everywhere and management clearly was ok with pictures sent explaining to me that I would just need to paint. Explain to me why I have to fix their work. When I asked GM Randy for the President of the companys number he told me he couldnt give it to me. I dont know where Home Depot found this company but they should not be in business. I would give negative stars if I could! Do not use this company!
I have worked with IRG in a daily basis for the last couple of years. These guys have never not delivered a beautiful home on time for me. I can’t thank you guys enough for what you do for us! Keep up the good work Brandon and I look forward to many more years working with you guys!!!!!
Great experience working with this company. Wide range of finishing options for my kitchen and bathrooms and the staff was very friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

IRG has been the most reliable flooring, cabinet and countertop company we have worked with in the Denver area. For the past two years, we have been impressed with their commitment to quality and service on every home. Highly recommended.
We were reqd to use this company by our builder. In the builder specifications we were provided with thermofoil cabinets and dove tail soft closed drawers. We upgraded to a shaker style cabinet which cost us thousands more. We found out later this upgrade cost us the dove tail and soft close drawers which we ended up paying extra for in some locations. I recommend anyone building a track home bring their specification sheet with them and check EVERYTHING. Be cautious with upgrades as this may change what was included in your home.
I have extensive experience with IRG. I use them for all of my tile, hardwood, vinyl, countertop, and cabinet needs. While IRG is not perfect it is my experience that they do back their products and installation and care about making their customers happy. At the end of the day that goes a long ways with me..
Ive never use this company for their services however I am giving a one-star due to the encounter I just had with one of their vehicles in Loveland. Driver was practically on my bumper for a few miles and nearly rear-ended me!!! Very reckless!!
A company vehicle of theirs had a woman speeding while texting. I now have a terrible impression of the company.
One of these guys live by me and if his work is as bad as his attitude then I would never use them. He gives this company a bad name by being plain ugly and rude to me and my wife. And he must not be good, his truck is always illegally parked in our neighborhood. What a sad example for this company.
