Minus a star due to the fact that they do not refill propane or even do exchange as mentioned on site even after selecting local store. Other than that employees have always been polite and helpful if needed. They do have higher prices in general than other similar stores in the ares.

Not my favorite farm and ranch store, but a fine place to shop nonetheless. They have a decent selection of tools, clothes and snacks.

Came in today, 10-21-20 with an elderly friend of mine who is also visually impaired. He was looking for a specific equine product that we both assumed hed need to buy off Amazon based on what we thought at the time.Of course I failed to get the employees name but she was beyond patient when helping us cross-reference products and ultimately finding a product that we agreed would be just as good as what we were originally looking for. Thank you.

They have a large amount of different types of hay at good prices which saves me a lot of money compared to going to pet stores

My semi truck was there for replacing two short howls after the water pomp they wants to charged me $1306, where the parts are $60 and $170 for labor. This is the highest labor of the entire country. After fighting on the phone with mechanic they charged me $145 for labor and total $768. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE .

I was looking for a corded impact wrench on a day other places were closed. My Dad pointed me in the Tractor Supply direction. They had a website that reflected their actual in stock sale items. I found the best deal and bought the impact.

Great range of produt offerings. Items like clothing can be found on clearance throughout the the year. Parking could be improved. Staff is always friendly.

Sat there waiting & wondering whether I should put my items back, & another cashier walks up to the other register, talking on the phone & doesnt say anything to those of us waiting. What is this, the twilight zone? Can people no longer communicate? Between this and the seedy area this store is in, I will not be back.

This store saved us on the 4th of July. Our trailer had a tire blow out on rt 80. Thankfully they were open at 5 pm that day and we were avle to get a new wheel and tire.

I bought a 20 inch johnserd chain saw in March 2017 from the cedar rapids store an have not starting problems I bought the extended warranty also they have been giving me the run around told me take it to chappys repair chappys told me they dont work on johnserd saws tsc then told me to take it to sw repair they also dont work on through tsc warranty i need my saw getting very frustrated this store fix it or get me one tsc

Has been sorely let down the last three times Ive been shopping at Tractor Supply. Employees have been borderline rude, not helpful, have provided misinformation on more than one occasion and have left and went shopping elsewhere. Not a very easy to access location.
