This location was pretty good at first, years ago... i would guess some genius decided to chronically short staff the pharmacy to cut costs. they became chronically slow to fill prescriptions (pretty much always had to wait in person despite arriving at the prescheduled time) but i dont think it was laziness/incompetence, they were always busy as hell. switching pharmacies is a pain; but cvs (probably management) made sticking with them an even bigger pain. i found a pharmacy closer to my home with apparently more competent management. way to go, whoever screwed that up.

Computer systems down and they are able to figure it out.

My husband tried to use a 25% off coupon and the CVS computer refused to allow the coupon, a common problem. The cashier, Mona, wanted to try again and able to get the discount this time. Thanks Mona for your perseverance.

Recommends you use self check out.Cant use self checkout because item is age restricted.Waits 5 minutes for help then finally just leave what I was trying to buy at the self counter.Terrible.

I hate to have to label her this way but I truly do not remember her name, but there is a black woman who works at the Pharmacy frequently, long hours. And she is always so kind, helpful and she truly cares about customers. I have a lot of issues going on with my spine and Im on 9 different meds right now so I deal with her frequently and even on a long busy day when they are short staffed and didnt have time for breaks - she treats you like she is happy to be there. She is considerate of your needs, being sick and in pain she knows you dont want to stand around and she is straight with you when you ask how long it Will be she is accurate. I just hope she is valued as an employee as much as I value her as a pharmacy tech or assistant

Don’t come here for your passport photo. You’d be better off throwing $15 away. I specifically asked the attendant for a better photo with higher resolution, to which he said 🤷🏼‍♀️My application for passport was delayed due to the rejected photo taken at this location.

Janet the manger was very rude when asked about mask wearing so im changing my needs to the internet wear im not treated rude by the manger. I will never be back

Had what I was looking for.

Takes SO long to fill prescriptions! Not only that, but the drive through is seriously the worst. I just waited in line for 15 minutes (behind two vehicles, both there when i pulled in) and the line didnt even move. Ended up needing to leave because I didnt have another 15 to wait. Ive tried going inside in the past and its no better.

So slow and rude it hurts. The closest pharmacy to my house so it’s convenient in that aspect. I’ve never done anything other then fill prescriptions there.

I would probably say this is by far the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I understand that it takes time to fill prescriptions however there is no urgency with anyone who works there. Everyone is always grumpy and never smile’s it is ridiculous. To say they are rude would be an understatement.

Its ok the service was great the merchandise is on point but some of the shelves have been left unstocked. I mean Im not in the business but its kind of an eye sore. Other then that its fire🤣

Very disappointed...I got an infection, was in pain, and needed some prescriptions. They filled the prescriptions and sent a text stating that they were ready for pick up. Their hours listed online said the pharmacy closed at 6:00 (it was a Sunday), so I went straight to the store to pick them up around 5:45. The pharmacy was closed!I am not usually a complainer, but I felt like this wasnt right...And did I mention I was in pain? :( One employee called another store and they agreed to fill my prescription at their location, but it was on the other side of town and they closed in 10 minutes. They said I needed to get there before they closed. I ran out of the first store and sped to the other CVS. They were, of course, closing up the pharmacy just as I walked in, but thankfully I was able to pick up my meds.If you have changed your store hours, you really need to make sure its changed everywhere its listed...Thats good customer service. The other store was very surprised (and seemed a little put off) that this CVS had changed their pharmacy hours without posting it for customers or informing other stores.On a positive note, I was very appreciative of the employee who made phone calls to make sure I could get my meds right away...Even if it meant I had to race to beat the clock.

This is a good location for where I live. Sometimes the Pharmacy staff is not very helpful. It seems like they are overworked. Im not saying that they are not very knowledgeable, I just think they are too busy.

Been here three times for scripts, all over 4 hours after being called in and not ready. Only one in drive through now and been here 17 minutes just to be told they are 3 DAYS behind....beyond ridiculous.

Very slow and rude in the pharmacy and store. No sense if urgency when there r long lines. They dint mind wasting ur time.

5 customers in the store.3 of them are myself, my mother, and my sister.Front end staff was so very busy... with one phone call and one little old man that -two- employees couldnt spare the thirty seconds it would take to listen to one sentence.And as if that wasnt bad enough, after I got pissed at them, the one decided it was a good idea to follow me through the store. I told him he was pissing me off... And he proceeded to scold me about my tone.Save yourself a headache if you dont need your tone explained to you by someone whos snapped at you and interrupted you every time you open your mouth.
