Hy-Vee definitely puts out their lower quality produce in this part of town, and the item selection isnt great. Decent grocery store in a pinch, but for major grocery trips I always go elsewhere.

The grape selection is not as good as Wilson avenue Harvey but everything else is perfect here

It was easy to locate stuff and the soft check out when it rapidly quick

Always fresh fruit. Never anything looks spoiled. Very clean store. Alway you can always find someone to help you

It has my favorite syrup. Salted caramel. I now eat chocolate chip waffles and salted caramel syrup every morning!

This is my pharmacy. Normally not busy but not a big selection of groceries. Good for in and out.

This used to be a great Hy-Vee. Then they gutted the kitchen, fired the kitchen staff, and were force to lay off most of the employees for self checkout that is slow, buggy, and there arent even enough of them to deal with foot traffic. Terrible money grubbing decision that destroyed the customer experience completely while raising prices. Will not be shopping here again. Or any Hy-Vee thats pushing the same Do it yourself and pay more self checkout b.s. for that matter. And any reviews talking about the kitchen or meat section the past 6 months? Completely made up. They have neither anymore.

There will always be good right along with bad when it comes to this particular location. For the absolute most part, the managers that work at this location do tremendous given the struggle if the location itself.

I was in this store to purchase a paper and cigarettes. 3 employees were standing behind courtesy counter carrying on personal conversation. Not one acknowledged a customer standing there till I said excuse me, may I get a pack of cigs. One comment was go through the line. Another called me rude. Then amazon woman came to counter and rudely said they are not on the clock. As if I, a customer, should know this.? I suggest not on clock employees stay in breakroom or elsewhere. I know I will be going elsewhere, even though this location is close by

They are upgrading everything all at once and not enough employees to help with all the confusion! This hyvee isnt even big enough to supply the whole town of Marion! Id rather go to a different hyvee to get my groceries! The line for pharmacy is just to long and not enough privacy between people!

Friendly staff exemplified theHelpful Smile in Every Aisle moniker. There was a bit of a bottleneck at the registers, but the associate working customer service counter quickly waved several customers over and got them rang up and on their way. Great customer service and teamwork.

I purchased food that had an expiration date of 03-29-2021 and I bought it on 04-04-2021. I had purchased the WW String cheese and Baby Carrots.I had been feeling a little sick to my stomach and couldn’t figure it out. I was about to eat a string cheese for a snack and I just happened to look at the expiration date and noticed it was old and then realized the date on it.I generally like Hy-Vee, and still shop there. Just wanted to put out a reminder to check the dates on produce and dairy items before you buy them.

Although they lost their smile years ago in every aisle this location has a great group of employees here who most also live in the neighborhood and provides a more personable shopping experience were a smile isnt needed. I can be a difficult customer once and a while!

Nothing too out of the ordinary. I do find it strange that I cant buy a spray bottle of glass cleaner I must buy an overpriced empty spray bottle, and another overpriced big refill jug. That would have come to between$10 + $15. They did have some nice season the pork Pattys

Its like any other hy-vee except the cashiers seem to be slower, I am not a patient person and having to stand in those lines for ONE item for 30 minutes gets irritating.I usually put the stuff down and come back before closing.

This is my first time in this small store. I popped in there for some lunch. I like the layout for the small store, you can get in and out very quickly! They had some items that some of the larger stores do not have. However the cashier was pretending to be friendly with but she was friendlier with customers coming up her line that she already knew. That was the only major drawback to the store! After the first hello Im virtually got ignored, even after she gave me the total!

Wonderful customer service - especially in the pharmacy area. When receiving a new prescription, the counter personnel did me a huge favor by double checking this particular prescription and found additional savings for me. This type of extra effort was not only greatly appreciated but showed me that these individuals really do care for their customers.Exceptional service and a passion for quality of care.
