I have US Cellular for my phone provider and Im very proud of it. Very good service! When I had problems they were promptly taken care of!
I stopped in last week to get an upgrade for my iPhone. Jeffery was phenomenal. To keep it short he was knowledgeable, personable, answered questions with ease and honesty and helped me look at potential new plans. Another gentleman came over a few times to help and I wish I would have gotten his name because we was suburb as well. Thank you for a great transition to a new phone.
I enjoy going here, especially this last time. My mom and I were both getting new phones. Brylee is amazing to work with. She is polite, funny and knowledgeable, I would give 10 stars if I could. Her co-worker Roger also is amazing to and fun to talk to. I reccomend you going there to see these to, they will brighten your day!
We went into the store today looking at buying new phones. Manny greeted us and although the store was busy he remained attentive to us and answered all of our questions. He remained courteous to us while still multitasking with other customers. I often tread going to the cell phone store, but Manny made the experience very positive. Thank you for you great customer service.

This location reminded me why I havent stepped foot in an agent location vs a retail location in years. No greeting when I walked in. My phone suddenly stopped working and I figured I could drop by on my lunch to buy another one. No line but both agents were busy, thats fine. I wish they would have asked me what I came in for to help prioritize what they needed. My issue would take about 5 minutes to ring me up, I can program a phone and move a card over myself. Unfortunately they didnt and spent the next half hour sullenly helping the 2 idiots with things like email, how does a phone work, and how to do basic things. 1 was just sitting watching a woman put her information into every app she wanted and easily could have let her sit and do that while letting me buy a phone. I will never try this location again and they missed an easy sale. Learn to multitask and greet people! I heard a lot of I dont know. Im not sure which is terrible customer service.
A big thank you to Jason Peitz. I had an issue with my bill that I did not think was correct. I talked with Jason about it and he took the time to look it over and called US Cell corporate and got the issue resolve. I had first gone to a US Cell branch near my home but they did nothing to help me. Jason exemplifies what true customer service is all about.
Warning, do not go here. Wasted 2.5 hours and a week of waiting because incompetent salesman doesnt know how to do his job, selling phones. Screwed up our pre-order, and didnt follow up to do any paperwork when he said he would. Awful service. Now without a phone for a week because of it
