STOPPED IN TO UPGRADE PHONE, BRYON WAS COOL BUT I COULD TELL HE WAS BEING RUSHED WHICH MADE ME FEEL RUSHED THEN JOEY THE GUY IN CHARGE THAT NIGHT CAME OVER AND QUESTIONING HOW LONG THIS WAS GOING TO TAKE WHICH MADE BRYON HURRY MORE! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/MANAGMENT

He kept me up to speed on what was happening with my phone and was timely with return calls. I will be back to the store for upgrades and continue to renew my contracts with US Cellular because of the great treatment I got from Josh. Thank you!
Went to get a new phone. Waited an 45 mins for a rep no problem. When a rep wad available couldnt get help because the lady wasnt a sales rep for a new phone. Waited another 20 mins same rep came up and asked what kind of phone were you wanting. Stated the phone I wanted and said sorry we dont have it in stock. Wasted over an hr for nothing. Why couldnt they asked what are you looking for before hand so Im not wasting my time
Wonderful service! Went at 10 am on a Saturday morning, was able to get helped right away. Josh S was super friendly, knowledgeable, and a great salesman- learned about our needs and then found us the right products. He explained everything really well and gave us good options to make our purchasing easy. Did not feel taken advantage of. We’re from out of town, but would definitely drive the hour back to this store to work with Josh again. Thanks!
The staff was helpful and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Trade ins for phones only cover S6 and higher, but I needed to upgrade from my S3 anyway. Id advise getting there by 10 am as there was a line starting to form before opening. There were about 5 kiosks opened ready to help customers.

Best service in town, by far. It gets busy in there at times, but that is pretty normal for any strong business. Only down side is price, which is still better than the competition. Prepaid plans could use more data.
I guess its hit or miss at this location. We had a great sales associate last round, but today, after 2 minutes with Jon, I flat out got up and walked out. A sales career isnt for everyone.

Monica is hands down the best US Cellular customer service rep. I have used her for at the very least 7 years. I would have left by now if I didnt deal with her.
Customer service is absolutely dreadful. Ive had an account open for 6 months with US Cellular and they have found a way to charge me for services I cancelled 2 weeks after I opened my account. I cancelled my home wifi data plan and router rental on the 15th day of my account being active. They continued to charge me for it and the plan for the next 4 months (even with notes in their system saying I wanted to cancel). I thought the issue had been resolved after talking to a supervisor in customer service. I was wrong. Im still getting charged for a service I dont use and the monthly bill of $140 a month I was promised, has remained in the $200 and $300 area. Trying to fix this problem has been an absolute nightmare and I would never recommend this company.

Bigger store, empty space, less staff and longer wait times. I wouldnt waste my time again. I waited an hour and a half only to be told that they were out of stock on most phones. I was told to go to another store. If only they could notify you of available phones when you walk in the door.
Just found out I can upgrade my 2 yr old phone for $23 and some change, might I mind you weve been customers for at least 8 years. Great right?! But not if your phone has any damage. Then it costs about $165 to upgrade. Oh and you know the insurance I pay for monthly in case my phone gets damaged that should help right!? Wrong!! To get my phones damage fixed I have to pay about $200.. How the hell is it more to get it fixed/replaced vs upgrade... Needless to say Im definitely not a happy customer at all!!
OK place to buy a phone, absolutely horrible place if you have a problem with the phone. Unfortunately, I am forced to go there because of a business phone. Once, shortly after upgrading to a Samsung Note 8, it stopped taking a charge, it would not charge with the cord provided or theSamsung Charging Pad I purchased elsewhere yet which worked previously. It went dead while I needed as the weekend dispatcher for a 350 unit trucking company, I was the only person who could answer any phone number dialed into the company for that weekend. Fortunately I had my previous company phone & had it activated to finish my weekend. at the next opportunity when I went into this office it booted up when they hooked up their cord, then told me I didnt have a problem. When I pressed that I did have a problem they said said I could bring in the charger and cord I was using at home. I ended up having to speak to a Supervisor who said even though they could not find a problem, they could send it back to Samsung for them to check it out. Turns out there was a chronic problem with some of the batteries used in the Note 8. Huh! Samsung has a battery problem, would you believe that? Battery / charging problem gone when they returned it to me. Phone worked great for a year, until it developed a chronic problem sending or receiving MMS messages, which I need to do on weekends. Last weekend after missing too many details created a Service Failure, U S Cellular Customer Service 888# tried hard to help me, but failed. We found that when I shut off the WiFi, the 3G / 4G insignia did not appear on the top, suggesting to Cust Svcs, that I may have a sim card problem. The following weekday, when I went in to this office, MMS messaging worked there & the 3G/4G symbol appeared (I live less that a mile away inside the city limits of Cedar Rapids) causing the CSR, to say I didnt have a problem & what else could he do for me? He was done trying to help. I walked out before losing my temper. Ill let my company resolve this problem. What a complete fail in their presentation of Customer Service.
I have received some of the worse service here. I would highly recommend a different us cellular store. To all those looking at a provider I would suggest visiting any other carrier. They do no care about their customers here

If I could give U.S. Cellular zero stars I would. The customer service is awful and the waiting times are worst than the DMV. Once my contract is up I am switching providers.

Sat there for 20 minutes and still couldnt get anyone to help me start new service. Everyone finished up with their customers and them went to hide in the back. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Friendly enough, but clearly did not know/care how to fix the issues with my phone. Gave me some run around story and I ended up walking out with no solution. Disappointed that they are supposed to be the experts.

They messed up my whole contract they tried saying that I owed from $500-$1000 they put me on a government phone that charged me for every text, phone call, and data I used they changed my number and closed my other account but they didnt and then Im getting letters from the collection agency saying I owe money so then I had to talk to them and explain what happened so now once my contract is done Im never going back to them again
